It is said in the allusion that Buddha couldn't bear to see the eagle chasing the dove, so he protected the dove. The eagle was dissatisfied and said to the Buddha: "You protected the pigeons, but I am going to die because of lack of food. Is it really right for you to do this?"
The Buddha thought to himself: "This big eagle wants to eat meat. It would be wrong for me to kill one and save one. Since I have made a great vow to save all sentient beings, I should save all sentient beings with myself."
So he cut some flesh from his own body and gave it to the eagle in exchange for the life of the dove. But the eagle was still unwilling. It said that the weight of the meat was different from that of the pigeon. If it wanted to save the pigeon's life, it would use a scale to weigh the same weight of meat.
The Buddha did as he was told, but no matter how much he cut off the flesh, he could not weigh the same as the pigeon on the other side of the scale. The eagle persuaded him to give up, but the Buddha refused. When he cut off the last piece of flesh, he became a Buddha.
What Yun Qing was doing at this time was similar to that of the eagle. She was blatantly testing Jueluan's bottom line, asking him to add more weight to the scale over and over again. When it came to posting books, Jue Luan helped her break through the confusion and improve her mood. When it came to searching for books in the Sutra Pavilion last night, Jue Luan directly passed on the Marrow Cleansing Sutra to her.

For example, secretly going to the Sutra Pavilion to check the suspended original scriptures, or directly attacking the direct disciples of Guiling Temple and using secret methods to peel off the inheritance. She sat on the futon, and after sorting out all these things, she felt that the whole plan became much clearer. She has gone too far with her temptations these days, so she should calm down recently and wait until Jueluan relaxes her guard a little.
Thinking of this, Yun Qing couldn't help but look at the thin page of the Marrow Cleansing Sutra. Now that the piece of meat has been put on the scale by Jue Luan, she doesn't plan to pay any attention to it.
The Yunqing Lingtai had been cleaned, and she relaxed her mind and finished reciting the Marrow Cleansing Sutra in one breath. After repeating this, the short thousand words were firmly imprinted in her soul.
There are five chapters in the Marrow Cleansing Sutra, and the one handed down by Jue Luan is actually the most important one, the Marrow Cleansing and Restoration Sutra. Legend has it that this is a chapter that truly provides guidance on the method of immortality. However, the entire chapter cannot be obtained and the context cannot be coherent, which can easily lead to misunderstandings and lead to errors in practice.
The first sentence of this fragment, "After the Yi Jin Gong is completed, you will become a diamond body" has already confirmed Yun Qing's idea. The Yi Jin Jing and the Marrow Cleansing Sutra really complement each other. First, use the Yi Jin Meridian to form a diamond body, and then use the Marrow Cleansing Meridian to cleanse your heart and thoughts, and finally reach the road to immortality. It seems that the Yi Jin Jing focuses on physical exercise, while the Marrow Cleansing Jing focuses on mental training.
The name "Marrow Cleansing Sutra" comes from the "Marrow Cleansing Sutra", which also coincides with the path Yun Qing is taking now. Immortal cultivators often cleanse the marrow and cut the bones in one step, but Buddhists, like those monks in ancient times, are willing to spend their entire lives practicing. This can be regarded as a difference between the two traditions.
If there are similarities, they can be exploited. Yun Qing's current method of "eating food and swallowing breath" is a bit clumsy and cannot be said to be very sophisticated. However, if you eat, you will not be contaminated by the turbid air of the world, and will not be polluted by the mixed spiritual energy. You can keep your own power pure and clean. Swallow the breath, live on the essence of heaven and earth, and nourish and refine the body while breathing in and out.
There are many secret methods of this kind in the Immortal Family. Shenyin Sect’s Qingxu Conquering Qi method and Mianfenglang’s Conquering Qi and Hongxia method are among the best. There are many classics in Taoist canon that discuss the pros and cons of conquering Qi. However, there are very few practitioners of this kind of method, and they are almost invisible in the world today.
The Marrow Cleansing Sutra in front of her gave Yun Qing a good pointer. She no longer had to travel all the way to the Immortal Cultivation Sect to find these uncommon books of faith.

He was wearing a thin and loose white monk's robe, but even the corners of his robe did not move in the wind. The wind seemed to stop at a certain distance from him. Everything happened naturally without the need for magic.
