The heart can always be pure, all the heaven and earth return. To practice martial arts is to raise your eyebrows in front of those who look down on you. If you want to seek the Way, first correct your heart, how can you seek the Way if you are bitter in your heart! Evil starts from the heart, rest from the heart, the heart and breath depend on each other, the Tao and wisdom will come. Once a person can maintain the heart of the Tao, the wonders of heaven and earth are in his heart. The practice of Tao is to seek pain and happiness in the heart, so that the thoughts can flow smoothly, in order to derive wisdom and insight into the wonders of heaven and earth. No one fans the wind and automatic, no one pushes the water and self-flow. The Tao is invisible, is the essence of change, yet constant. Practice, practice, is to change. Fine. Just do it.
心能常清净，天地皆悉归。练武修道，就是要在看不起自己的人面前，扬眉吐气。欲求大道，先正其心，心中苦闷，又如何能求得大道！邪从心起，息从心定，心息相依，道慧自来。人一旦能保持一颗赤城的道心，天地之奥妙皆在心中。修道本就是为求心中痛快，念头才能通畅，才能衍生智慧，洞悉天地奥妙。风无人扇而自动，水无人推而自流。道是无形无象，是变化之本，却又恒古不变。修行，修，就是改变。行，就是做到。
