Luke coughed: "No, I just sighed that things are unpredictable."
Robert looked at him suspiciously for a moment, then gave up.
He suspected it, but had no evidence.
We strolled around New York City until five in the afternoon, then returned to the villa and began packing our bags to prepare to go home the next day.
Robert hesitated for a while, but finally pulled Luke out of the house.
The two of them walked on the deserted street, and he finally asked, "Have you... any news about my old friend?"
Luke hesitated and shook his head slightly: "I only found out that his real identity is Frank Castle, but his family no longer lives in New York."
Robert was stunned and silent for a long time: "Forget it, if he can return to a normal life, it will be better than anything else."
Luke: "Is he important to you?"
Robert sighed: "He saved my life three times."
He didn't say any more unnecessary words.

On the morning of December 28th, Luke sent everyone to the airport early and entered the VIP lounge as usual.
Although he seldom flies, he has VIP cards for all major airlines.
After sitting for a while, he stood up and said he wanted to go for a walk, and then he started to look at the scenery near the airport runway.

Luke thought she was just bored again and sent him the failed chocolate cakes made by her brother and sister.
At first glance, the failed cake looked like a pile of shit, the watery kind at that, which successfully made him feel sick.
However, he still opened the short video.
As you can see in the video, it is a typical Texas wilderness, and then there is a big pit.
There seemed to be something sticking out in the center of the pit, and quite a few people were watching it, laughing and making noises.
Selina was standing at the edge of the pit, filming downwards, and her voice rang out: "Is that a hammer?"
Luke was stunned, feeling that this scene was a little familiar.
Then, Selena sent a series of pictures and texts.
Looking over, she should be walking towards the bottom of the pit, taking pictures and sending them to him as she walked.
The message read: "A lot of people came."
“People are coming from farms and ranches around Shackelford.”
"They were pulling out that... I think it was a hammer."
"They said no one could lift the hammer."
“… the hammer seemed to be welded to the ground.”
Luke looked at the pictures and messages, and in a very rare move, he cursed "Wang Defa", which attracted the attention of many people around him.
Because his voice was really loud.
But he didn't have the heart to care about them at the moment. He directly sent a message to Selina, asking her to take a complete set of pictures starting from the hammer and moving from near to far and send them to him.

Dustin was on vacation himself, so he just let him go just to keep the communication open.
If there was a real emergency, it would only take him half a day to summon Luke back.
Walking back to the lounge, looking at his family members chatting and resting there, Luke smiled and said, "I've thought about it and decided to go back to my hometown with you guys to play for a few days. Are you happy? Are you surprised?"
Everyone was stunned for a moment, then laughed together, and Claire and Joseph started to make a noise around him.
A moment later, Luke sent a text message to Selina, asking her to bring her entire family to Houston.
No matter what excuse she made, even if it was a New Year's trip for the Hayek family, she had to let everyone go out for a few days.
Selina didn't ask anything, she just agreed and went to make the arrangements.
Luke, however, was thinking in his mind how to get his family out of Shackelford.
The area around that hammer is never safe.
Fortunately, there is Robert, who definitely understands how dangerous certain mysterious events are.
Catherine usually doesn't say much, but she always knows what's going on.

Coincidentally, the pictures and texts Selena sent back indicated that the hammer was in the mountains next to the Colson-Hayek Ranch, not far from the ranch.

His gaze quickly fell on Claire and Joseph beside him: It seems that he can only use these two's big moves to pester and act like a spoiled child.
