Two Galaxy transport planes slowly passed over the cruise ship and spit out several small ships from its big belly.

With these small ships, the transport plane will not be fully staffed with soldiers, but two hundred people can still be easily squeezed in.

In less than ten minutes, four hovercrafts arrived.

Then a searchlight from a hovercraft shone over, and a loudspeaker sounded: "This is the United States Marine Corps. Please identify yourself immediately, or we will treat your hostage-taking of the cruise ship as an air raid."

Luke glanced at Flagg beside him and saw him instruct an agent beside him: "Take a few people and hold these guys back for negotiation. Try to be as slow as possible."

Then, Flagg said to another of his men, "Hurry up the collection team, tell them to speed up, stop dawdling, the ones who want the benefits are already here."

After the two agents walked away, Luke smiled and said, "These are the Marines, aren't you afraid?"

Flagg grinned. "Just because they say they're Marines, they're definitely not."

Luke uttered a sound.

Flagg casually explained: "Generally speaking, when the Marines go out to do things, they will say they are from the Navy, or even the Army Air Service Regiment, which makes it easier to argue."

Luke understood immediately.

For example, the FBI of Flagg and the FBI of Wells are as unreliable as the Marines in front of them.

When it comes to the issue of identity fraud, the battle between various U.S. departments is extremely complicated.

As long as there is no evidence, institutions often use each other's identities to take the blame.

The people on the deck were obviously busy. Flag turned his head to look at Luke and said, "Shall I take you back?"

Luke nodded decisively: "Thank you very much. Can the two of my family come with us?"

"Okay." Flagg agreed without hesitation: "It's better to leave immediately. If these guys come up, you will definitely not be able to escape."

"Five minutes at most." Upon hearing that, Luke immediately walked into the cabin.

A moment later, Luke and his family of three boarded Flagg's hovercraft and headed for the seaplane.

After the plane took off, Luke looked at the cruise ship below and asked, "We'll leave this to them?"

Flagg hummed, "They have the official approval document, so of course we have to hand it over to them."

Anyway, the things are already in our hands, so whoever wants them can go and argue with the higher-ups, I am only responsible for grabbing the things, he muttered to himself.

He is a front-line operator, just doing the action.

How the big guys above argue is their business, otherwise it would be a waste of their words and faces!

It was for this reason that he took Luke's family with him.

According to Luke, he was the only one on the ship who witnessed the mutated giant octopus.

After taking Luke away, the group of people who had just arrived had no idea what Flagg had taken away.

Direct action is impossible.

Flagg is the FBI's suspect, but they don't have the guts to fight the FBI, even though they are not sure of Flagg's identity.

Now even if they curse American MMP in their hearts, the other party has to accept it, because it's their fault for coming late.

If the big guys behind them are capable, they will naturally be able to share the benefits from Flagg's boss. If they are not capable, they can just go home and sulk.

The plane landed at a base facing the rising sun, and Luke and the other two were taken out of the base by Flagg.

He didn't have time to see Robert off in person, and he didn't want Robert to attract other people's attention, so he just nodded and said goodbye from a distance.

Luke and his two companions took the slack-crowded bus in the early morning and slowly returned home.

Claire opened the door and walked around in the living room. She turned her head and saw Catherine who came in first. She shouted and rushed over: "Mom, you are back."

Katherine smiled and hugged the little monkey, kissing her forehead: "Luke sent us back."

Claire was very happy.

Although Robert had called her before and told her that all three were safe, how could she be completely relieved

At this moment, when she saw Luke and the other two come in, she finally felt relieved.

Luke watched this scene with a smile, and signaled to Selina beside him with his eyes, indicating that there was indeed no problem.

Selina also relaxed.

Luke left in a hurry before, and although they had two phone calls afterwards, Claire's anxious and restless look made her feel uneasy.

Now that everyone was safe, she felt relieved.

When everyone sat on the sofa, she remembered something and asked quietly, "Where's the dollar?"

Luke smiled and said, "It should be here soon. Well, it performed well this time. I'm going to bleed a lot."

Selina laughed when she heard this: "It only knows how to eat, how can it bleed?"

Luke smiled but said nothing.

Gold Nugget has to get paid this time, and it can't be less, otherwise it will dampen its enthusiasm.

This money cannot be saved.

While everyone was talking, gold nuggets came out from the side passage.

When Luke called Robert and Catherine, this guy swam to the seaplane, slipped into the cabin quietly, and stayed in a corner.

Then, under Luke's cover, it successfully got off the plane, slipped out of the base, and jogged home following the bus.

While Luke and the others were talking there, the dog head came in through the garage door that Luke had opened.

Rubbing the dog's head beside him, Luke gave it an affirmative look, indicating that he would not forget its reward. The guy lay down next to Selina with satisfaction and began to snore.

The gold nuggets are not tired, but the US dollar feels a little sleepy.

After they talked for a few minutes, Luke went to wash up as he had to go to work later.

Robert, Catherine, and Claire all hadn't slept all night and needed rest.

Everyone went their own way and the house soon became quiet.

Listening to the sound of cars driving away outside the window, Catherine sighed.

Robert reached out and hugged her: "What's wrong?"

Catherine smiled bitterly: "I always hoped that he would be just ordinary and safe, so I asked you to help him get a job as a sheriff in Shackleford. Who knows he would still be..."

Robert was silent for a moment, then hugged her a little tighter: "It's okay, he's very capable. If you're in trouble, I'll help you."

Catherine nodded, but a figure appeared in her mind: Should I talk to this person

This thought came quickly and went away quickly.

Catherine quickly dismissed it, fatigue overcame her, and she slowly fell asleep.

Luke and his partner went out to work.

After staying up all night, neither of them felt sleepy.

Both Luke and Selina don't need much sleep now and are full of energy.

When they reached a street corner, Luke looked at a car waiting for the red light across the street and saw an old acquaintance. He couldn't help but smile and said, "The SWAT team is quite free today. Harrison, the team leader, can still stroll on the street."

Selina looked up and said, "All police officers in Los Angeles have been notified not to send anyone to the District Attorney's Office. What else can he do if he's not idle?"
