Chapter 181: Coulson's Death

Views:

Inside the rapidly descending aerospace carrier, everyone was in panic.

Only Thor didn't do that. He walked straight to the interrogation room where Loki was imprisoned, wanting to keep an eye on his scheming brother.

"Loki, this must be your doing!" Thor walked to the glass cover, very angry. He held a hammer and almost wanted to smash the glass cover and then beat Loki up.

"But I have been locked up here, my dear brother. You must have misunderstood me again." Loki obviously didn't care. He paced inside quietly, as if nothing had happened.

"The spaceship is falling. Everyone on board will die. You have done a very stupid thing, Loki. Only by loving your people can you make them love you. This is the real conquest. But now you regard their lives as grass. This is the behavior of a tyrant!"

Thor held the glass cover with both hands, feeling extremely sad. He didn't know since when his brother had become so cold-hearted.

"Is that so, my dear brother? What you said seems to make sense, and you sound like a great king, but don't forget, the two of us once helped our father conquer so many disobedient countries. It was not based on love and kindness, but on the hammer in your hand and the dagger in my hand. At that time, when you were bathed in the blood of thousands of enemies, you didn't want to be as soft-hearted as you are now." Loki's face was full of sarcasm.

"History will be written by the victor, my dear brother, and now, the victor will be me."

Loki laughed, shaking his head as he looked at his brother, feeling that he was ridiculous.

"Loki!"

Clearly, Thor isn't one to withstand provocation.

He immediately turned around, waved his hand on the switch controlling the glass cover, and opened the restriction that imprisoned Loki.

He wanted to go in and beat up Loki himself.

However, this played into Loki's hands.

Just as Thor rushed towards Loki with his hammer, he suddenly missed and staggered a few steps before falling into the glass cover, but Loki was nowhere to be seen.

"You are still so irritable, my dear brother. It seems that what father said is right. You still have a lot to learn about how to be a competent king."

When Thor heard this, he found that he had switched positions with Loki.

Now, he was trapped in a glass cover, and Loki came to the console and pointed his hand at a button.

Just now, he used a little magic to successfully deceive Thor and escape from the glass cover.

"Loki!" Thor knew that he had been deceived again, and he became furious. He hammered the glass cover with all his strength, but found that it was extremely solid.

"Perhaps you can really become a benevolent king, but unfortunately I will never see that day. Goodbye, my dear brother." Loki was not as indecisive as Thor. He was ruthless enough to ignore Thor's anger and did not give him any chance. He pressed the button while speaking.

Then with a "Zeng" sound, the glass cover suddenly lost its restraints and fixation, and was thrown down from the aerospace mothership like a catapult missile.

That was the method Nick Fury once used to threaten Loki, and now Loki used it on Thor.

"It's so depressing." Seeing his brother falling and about to be smashed into a pulp, Loki couldn't bear to stay any longer. He turned around and walked out, trying to get his scepter back.

However, at this moment, a black figure suddenly appeared in front of him.

He was a black-haired agent who looked gentle, reserved and introverted, and his fighting skills were not very strong.

He held a strangely shaped weapon and pointed it at Loki.

That was Agent Coulson Fell, who rushed to the holding cell as soon as the fight broke out, wanting to make sure Loki was still under control.

But obviously he was too late, Loki had already escaped.

It can be seen that Coulson was very nervous, but he remained firm and had no intention of backing down when facing Loki.

"Hello."

Strangely enough, Loki actually greeted him.

"You too, but I advise you better-" Coulson thought Loki wanted to negotiate with him, so he took a step forward.

But he didn't expect that he would feel a strange feeling in his lower back, as if he had fallen into an icy cellar, and he began to feel dizzy.

He felt as if he had been stabbed.

At this moment, the Loki in front of him turned into a residual image and disappeared, which meant that the real Loki had appeared behind him.

And that knife became a reality.

Coulson wanted to call for help, but he felt like he couldn't say anything.

He had no strength left, and he felt his body temperature rapidly draining away, and his consciousness was beginning to fade.

"You humans are truly pathetic. You never know your own limitations and never know how to be respectful."

Loki sneered and turned away.

He had no idea who this daring agent was, he just felt that he was blocking his way and he needed to teach him a lesson.

Not only him, but all these people out there need some lessons.

However, just after he finished saying this, a beam of light suddenly hit his back, catching him off guard and causing him to fall to the ground hunched over.

A faint voice was heard.

"As a god of Asgard, aren't you also prone to arrogance?"

Coulson Field pulled the trigger with all his strength and pointed the weapon at Loki, causing him to suffer his first injury since coming to Earth.

Then, after leaving these handsome and calm words, the legendary agent closed his eyes completely.

“Bang, bang, bang—”

The battle outside intensified, but the agent could no longer hear it.

"retreat!"

Hawkeye's men rushed here, and after seeing Loki on the ground, he immediately gave orders. The rest of the people quickly covered their teammates, helped Loki up, and began to move out.

Nick Fury and his team were trying to stop them, and a fierce battle broke out.

Bullets poured onto the railings and walls, creating fierce sparks. Both groups were top agents with extremely high tactical attainments, so they were inseparable.

But soon, Nick Fury, who had rushed into the central area, suddenly stopped. He wanted to continue chasing, but suddenly saw Coulson leaning against the wall.

An ominous intuition came over him and made him stop.

In all these years, he had never lost consciousness during an action, and this was the only time.

Nick Fury held his breath and walked forward, tremblingly stretched out two fingers, and placed them under Coulson's nose.

Coulson looked like he was asleep, his expression was very relaxed, as if he had just done something that made him happy.

There was no breathing.

Nick Fury suddenly lost all his strength.
