"You've been indulging them too much lately."
Katrina and Albert came out of the Room of Requirement after finishing the Defense Against the Dark Arts training. They chatted about a series of events that had happened recently. "Even I heard about the Defense Association."
"This matter has nothing to do with me. I just gave them some insignificant help. The so-called Defense Association was set up by themselves." Albert admitted that he did provide Hermione with a little help, but the whole matter really had nothing to do with him.
"No one would believe that you have nothing to do with this." Katrina didn't believe that the Defense Association had nothing to do with Albert. The fact that they used the "Self-Defense Guide" as a teaching material to teach other students already explained a lot.
What's more, other people don't have this ability.
Umbridge was almost driven crazy.
Katrina still remembers that one time when they were having dinner, a dung bomb fell directly into the toad's plate. It was scary to think about it.
Later, it was heard that the dung bomb had become the most notorious contraband in Hogwarts. However, despite Filch's best efforts, he still failed to prevent the dung bomb from appearing in Hogwarts Castle.
These things are as troublesome as bedbugs.
Don't forget that Umbridge had people check the packages of Hogwarts students. There is no common way to transport a large number of dung bombs into Hogwarts Castle quietly. The only possibility is through house-elves. Katrina happened to know that Albert liked to let house-elves do things for him.
"Tell me, when will I be able to truly master the use of silent spells?" Katrina did not talk about this with Albert, but changed the topic that she cared more about.
Mastering silent spells and actually using silent spells are two different things. If you want to get high scores in Hogwarts Defense Against the Dark Arts, you must be able to use silent spells. As long as you can use them skillfully, you can get a higher score, because wizards who can use them skillfully, no, it should be said that wizards who can use silent spells can barely be considered powerful wizards.
"It depends on how much time you are willing to spend practicing silent spells." Albert said calmly: "Or, you can try changing your wand. A wand made of alder is most suitable for silent spells."
"When did you start dabbling in wand studies?" Katrina raised her eyebrows slightly. It wasn't that she didn't believe it, but she was surprised at the wide range of Albert's knowledge.
Most wizards rarely dabble in multiple fields in their lifetime, and even if they do, they rarely achieve good results. However, the guy in front of him is definitely an exception.
Because she didn't know there was such a thing as a hacker.
Of course, part of Albert's success is also due to his own efforts.
"I've always dabbled in it." Albert didn't talk much about it. He only dabbled in wand learning, and the wands he made were very ordinary. He himself was unwilling to use them.
The two walked down the stairs, chatting about what they would do after graduation, and headed towards the library. Katrina seemed to be in trouble about what kind of job she would find after graduation, and opening a beauty salon was just one of her backup plans.
"I don't want to be like my sister," Katrina muttered.
Albert did not make any comment; he saw Isobel's efforts.
As soon as I arrived at the library, I heard someone shouting at the door: "Professor Trelawney has been expelled by Umbridge and is now in the hallway."
This shouting made Madam Pince in the library very angry. Many students in the library could not sit still and prepared to go to the lobby to watch the fun.
"I thought you knew?" Katrina tilted her head and looked at Albert. Professor Trelawney's prophecy was most likely caused by Albert. This guy was very bad.
"This kind of thing requires careful divination, otherwise it is impossible to accurately predict the specific time." Albert explained casually.
"Professor Trelawney was expelled by Umbridge, don't you want to go and see?" Katrina was a little surprised at Albert's calmness. This guy was as patient as ever.
"Of course we have to go and watch the fun, let's go together!"
Albert did not plan to go to the library. Instead, he walked towards the secret passage not far from here, preparing to take a shortcut and go to the lobby with others to watch the fun.
This is a rare big show in Hogwarts, and it is directed by him personally. It would be a pity to miss it.
When they passed by, the foyer was already packed with students, many people were crowded on the marble staircase, and the audience in the front row even surrounded the main characters.
The onlookers were all whispering.
There was no way around it. Everyone was still shocked and disturbed by Trelawney's expulsion by Toad. They had never expected that Toad would actually expel a school professor.
"She should have been fired a long time ago."
A tall Slytherin student said to his companions with a look of gloating, "Everyone knows that she is a complete liar."
"Liar, you think Professor Trelawney is a liar. Her prophecy came true, Potter was banned, and she was expelled, but you still think she is a liar." The two Gryffindor girls glared at the Slytherin boy and sneered sharply, "You are just an idiot who knows nothing."
It is really disgusting to make sarcastic remarks at this time.
Of course, many students around were surprised at the bravery of the Gryffindor girl.
"Mrs. Meng, if I were you, I wouldn't be saying this nonsense here. Everyone has bad luck and you are no exception." Albert's voice suddenly sounded, interrupting Mrs. Meng who was furious because of the provocation, "Do you want others to laugh at you when you are at your worst?"
"I won't." Montagu obviously didn't dare to shout in front of Albert, but he still mustered up the courage to refute to avoid embarrassing himself in front of the Slytherin team members.
"No, you do. Everyone does."
Albert ignored Mrs. Montgomery and looked at the two Gryffindor girls. When they noticed Albert's gaze, they shrank their heads slightly and apologized to Albert.
"She's so calm."
Katrina looked Professor Trelawney up and down, a little surprised at how calm the Divination Professor was. This man didn't look like he was going to be expelled at all.
Trelawney held her wand in her hand, as if waiting for something.
"I've given you a chance." Umbridge said in a little girl's voice, "You don't have any prophetic talent at all. You can't even predict tomorrow's weather, and your teaching is terrible. When you are unwilling to improve your course, you are doomed to be fired. If you don't want to leave on your own, I can only ask someone to ask you to leave."
Umbridge was obviously prepared. The two Aurors beside her were there for this purpose. Otherwise, who knows where some troublemakers would pop up and attack her quietly. She had to be on guard.
"Don't worry, I'm just waiting for Dumbledore and I'm going to say a few words to him. Then I'll leave on my own and you don't have to chase me away." Trelawney looked at Umbridge and said softly, "If I were you, I would pay more attention to my own situation. Didn't you notice that you looked unlucky when you looked in the mirror?"
"How dare you..."
"You're going to chase me away, so why shouldn't I dare?" Professor Trelawney looked at Umbridge as if she were an idiot and said, "Besides, what I said is the truth. Haven't you been unlucky recently? Don't worry, this is just the beginning. And the nickname is really right. You and Toad have an inextricable bond."
With a chuckle, no one knew who laughed in the crowd. More and more students were infected by the laughter and laughed out loud. It was the first time that they felt Professor Trelawney was so interesting. It turned out that she was not just a liar, but also so sharp in her tongue.
"Dumbledore can't change the fact that you're expelled. I have here a dismissal order signed jointly by myself and the Minister of Magic." Umbridge's face flushed red, and her eyes swept through the crowd, as if looking for those who dared to laugh at her.
"I know, you idiot Fudge." Professor Trelawney said nonchalantly, "You're going to step down next year. Everyone knows this, but you don't know... You're still the Deputy Minister of Magic."
"Dumbledore simply doesn't like to bother with a bunch of idiots like you, so he has been ignoring you? What a little fool with no self-awareness." Trelawney said excitedly, "By the way, I will remember to visit you when you are in the hospital next year."
Professor Trelawney's shocking words stunned all the students in an instant. Even the professors were stunned. Could it be that Dumbledore really knew about this and that was why he allowed Umbridge to mess around in the school
However, thinking about it carefully, Professor McGonagall felt that this did not seem strange.
Perhaps the headmistress already knew it and was too lazy to bother with Umbridge. The whispers of the students around became more intense, and even the two Aurors were stunned.
Trelawney, who was unable to control her power before, could only make predictions under certain conditions. In the eyes of Umbridge and most people, Trelawney was a liar, but now Trelawney had Albert, the charlatan, behind her, and she didn't mind taking this opportunity to disgust the toad who tried to expel her.
Umbridge's cheeks turned purple and she couldn't even maintain her false smile. Trelawney's words were like a piece of shit hitting her in the face.
"Well, I think we should send her away so that she won't affect other students here." Umbridge signaled the two Aurors beside her to forcibly take Trelawney away. She was going to find a place to teach this annoying woman a lesson.
The two Aurors looked at each other and walked towards Trelawney in full view of everyone.
Just when they were about to take forceful action, something was thrown out from the crowd. It was like a deflated balloon, except that what leaked out was a large cloud of white mist, and for a moment the hallway was filled with smoke.
In the chaos, there was a thud, followed by Umbridge's scream.
When several professors manually dispersed the smoke, they found that the two Aurors who were about to attack Trelawney had fallen down, and Umbridge somehow fell heavily to the ground. Her boots seemed to be stuck to the ground for some reason. Just now, when the white fog was lingering and the Aurors were attacked, Umbridge accidentally fell herself.
"How pitiful! I've reminded you more than once that the curse of the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor is still there, but you just don't believe it!" Trelawney leaned over and looked at the embarrassed Umbridge, sneering sharply.
Everyone thought carefully about what had happened to all the Defense Against the Dark Arts professors, and looked at Umbridge with some sympathy.
"What's happening here?" A voice suddenly sounded behind the crowd. Dumbledore finally appeared as the last audience member. He looked at the unexpected scene and strode through the crowd towards Professor Trelawney.
"It is a pleasure to see you before leaving Hogwarts," said Professor Trelawney, smiling.
"You do not have to leave," said Dumbledore firmly. "I want you to stay, Sybil."
After saying this, he turned and looked at Professor McGonagall.
"Will you please take Sybil upstairs, Minerva?"
"Of course," said Professor McGonagall. "Come upstairs, Sybil?"
"No, no, Dumbledore is not needed. I just hope that after the toad leaves next year, I can return to school and continue to serve as the Divination Professor." Professor Trelawney rejected Dumbledore's kindness. "I know you have found a new Divination Professor, but what we teach does not conflict. His Divination knowledge can expand everyone's knowledge, but it is not suitable for wizards, and he will go back eventually."
"Oh, of course." Dumbledore raised his eyebrows slightly, "But where are you going?"
"I've found a safe temporary place to stay until next summer." Professor Trelawney bowed slightly to the old man in front of her, thanking him for his care over the years. Then, she waved her wand and walked towards the gate with her luggage, disappearing amid the students' whispers.
“That’s cool.”
I don't know who shouted secretly.
"How disgusting." Someone began to gag at Umbridge.
"Oh, my God, you look hurt." Dumbledore seemed not to hear the whispers of the students around him.
"Someone has just attacked me," sputtered Umbridge.
"Why didn't that guy kill you?"
I don't know who spoke in the crowd.
Everyone looked at each other and looked around for someone to speak.
"Don't be angry, I doubt it's just a prank." Dumbledore said cheerfully, "I think it's just a sticky feet spell."
"Mischief, I don't think so," shrieked Umbridge.
"Mr. Anderson, Miss MacDougal, please send Professor Umbridge to the school hospital." Dumbledore ignored Umbridge's words and turned to the two student union presidents and said, "I think she needs to be treated by Madam Pomfrey now, and of course, the two over there."
"No problem, you guys." Albert pointed to four Slytherin students and signaled them to take the stretcher on the two Aurors' table to the school hospital.
"And you two, help her to the school hospital." Albert pointed to Malfoy and Goyle to help Umbridge.
"Okay, it's over, everyone can go home." Dumbledore clapped his hands, signaling everyone to stop crowding here.
