"Are you done?"
Yin Zebel, wearing a loose nightgown, walked into the study with two cups of steaming milk. She placed one of the cups on the desk in front of Albert, lifted her hair, leaned over and kissed his cheek, then sat down on the chair by the window. She reached out and lifted the thin beige curtains, looking at Katrina who was jogging in the yard.
"Why don't you sleep a little longer?"
After Albert sorted out the notes on the table and put them in the drawer, he turned his head and looked at Yin Zebel who was sitting there drinking milk.
"I'm not going to sleep anymore. I used to get up at this time to do morning exercises." Yin Zebeier was quite helpless. Since she became pregnant, many things have become inconvenient.
"How about going back to sleep?" Albert took a sip of milk and reminded with a smile: "Lack of sleep is bad for the skin, and it is the natural enemy of women."
"That's all your fault."
Yin Zebel withdrew his gaze from outside the courtyard and asked his doubts, "Do you care about the money of those Muggles?"
"Yes! After all, I am a greedy capitalist. Well, I am very greedy for everything and want to take everything for myself." Albert put down the cup, walked to Yin Zebel's side, leaned over and pecked her fair cheek lightly, leaving a white mark.
"Really? You're about to become a father, but why are you still like a child?" Yin Zebel also kissed Albert on the face.
"We are just children." Albert sat down next to Yin Zebel and said calmly, "In the eyes of most people, we are just children."
"No, you are the child, a nineteen-year-old child."
Yin Zebel put down the cup, reached out to help Albert wipe the marks on his cheek, and leaned his head on his shoulder. “Actually, I kind of regret that I didn’t go out to work for a while. Sometimes I feel like a child. I feel very naive.”
"Isn't this good? I like you more like this." Albert stroked Yin Zebel's head gently as if comforting a child. "I like this feeling of being in love."
"That feeling of being in love won't last long, and life will always return to normal." Yin Zebel held Albert's hand, just like Nico and Perenelle.
"An ordinary life is good." Albert changed the subject. "In two years, when we don't have to worry about money anymore, we will go to the Far East to visit them, travel and taste the local food."
"You're a big liar."
Yin Zebel pouted slightly, looked into Albert's eyes and said, "I've never seen you worry about money."
Even though Albert had a high level of attainment in brain occlumency, it was difficult for him to hide certain things from her.
Albert actually doesn't care about money. Helping his family earn a lot of wealth is simply to leave room for himself so that he won't panic when encountering problems.
"Well, this was actually my biggest wish when I was a kid."
Albert didn't care at all that he was labeled a big liar. He gently stroked Yin Zebel's little hand and said, "I remember telling you about this before."
"Make a lot of money." Yin Zebeier raised his eyebrows slightly, "To be honest, it's weird to think about how to make money in the future since childhood."
"In the Muggle world, money is very important, because many things depend on money. That's why when I was a child I thought about how to make money when I grow up." Albert nodded and reaffirmed what he said.
"If I want to marry a beauty like you in the Muggle world, I have to be rich."
Yin Zebel couldn't help rolling his eyes. Not wanting to continue talking to Albert about these things, he changed the subject and asked, "When are you going to start writing the memoirs of the Flamel couple?"
"In the near future." Albert thought for a moment and said, "I also have to help Dumbledore write a memoir."
"You are quite busy."
"Don't you still have help?"
"I knew it would be like this." Yin Zebeier said with a look of astonishment: "You seem to like throwing things to others."
"I can't help it. I have a lot of things to do and I can't split myself up, so I have to do this." Albert said as a matter of course: "Besides, teamwork is more efficient."
"That's because you want to be lazy." Yin Zebel saw through Albert's intention at a glance.
"After we finish drinking, let's go for a walk outside." Albert handed the remaining half cup of milk to Yin Zebel.
"I can't drink that much."
After Yin Zebel took a few more sips, he handed the cup to Albert.
After Albert finished the rest of the milk, he walked to the desk, picked up his wand and waved it lightly, sending the two empty glasses back to the kitchen.
"Let's go for a walk in the yard, and take Tom with us. It's time for that guy to lose weight." Albert looked at Yin Zebel, and seemed to have thought of something. "Go back and change your clothes first. The weather is starting to get colder now."
"knew."
After Yin Zebel went back to his room to change clothes, Albert followed him out of the study. Before leaving, he glanced at the two-sided mirror on the bookshelf and closed the door gently.
Walking towards the room prepared for Tom, there were various cat climbing frames placed in the room. Unfortunately, lazy Tom had never used them since he moved in here.
At this moment, Fat Cat Tom was lying on the soft cushion to rest.
Albert picked up the guy who was still sleeping from the mat and found that he was even heavier. He carried Tom to the lawn in the yard, rubbed the cat's head with his hands, and then pulled the cat's ears to teach him a lesson, "If you don't exercise, your food ration will be reduced by half in the future, and there will be no dried fish to eat."
I don't know if Tom understood or not. He kept rubbing his head against the back of Albert's hand and then yawned again.
"Mrs. Norris is quite smart, why are you so stupid?"
"I think it's all because of you that Tom has become like this." Yin Zebel smiled and touched Tom's head.
"I suspect that Mrs. Norris of Filch has catkin blood, otherwise how could she be so smart." Albert suddenly said, "I remember that there seems to be someone next door to Potter who specializes in raising such smart cats. Maybe I should find a companion for Tom."
Looking at his owner who was gradually going away, Tom lazily got up from the ground, trotted towards the two of them, and then fell in front of Albert and acted coquettishly.
"I think Tom is actually quite smart. It can only be said that a cat is like its owner." Yin Zebel touched Tom's head with a smile.
"I'm not fat at all."
Albert took Inzebel's hand, stepped over Tom and continued walking in the garden.
This kind of life is actually pretty good. It would be even better if there was no threat from Voldemort.
Sometimes, Albert even thought about simply giving up everything, taking Yin Zebel away from it all, and living the life he wanted.
Anyway, with his abilities, he doesn't need to worry about other problems at all.
But Albert finally gave up because his appearance caused many things to change.
To be honest, Albert was a little worried that the situation would become out of control. Perhaps the future would not change easily, but sometimes it could change easily.
If Voldemort was not defeated by Harry, the near future might become a mess, which was not the future he wanted.
Only a dead Voldemort is a good Voldemort.
It will only take a year or two, and Albert won't take the risk.
Of course, this is not the whole reason.
It is actually more for triggering panel tasks and gaining more panel experience and skill points.
As he had once told Yin Zebeier, he was a greedy man.
Albert never denied this.
He knew very well that most of his achievements came from panel skills. Even though he was now in a very high position and had accumulated a large amount of experience and skill points, it still could not satisfy Albert's greedy appetite.
Although he really doesn't need these now, what about in the near future
Perhaps, in the future he will try to create the Philosopher's Stone, brew the Elixir of Immortality, or even create a potion that can preserve eternal youth.
Storing a lot of experience in advance will definitely come in handy in the future.
Active participation will allow Albert to gain more benefits.
His intuition told him that if he missed this opportunity, he might never have the chance to gain a lot of experience in the future.
Moreover, Albert prefers to keep the situation under control rather than face the future in panic.
"What are you thinking about?"
Yin Zebel bent down and put the chrysanthemums picked from the flower bed on Tom's back, and actually pressed the lazy Tom to the ground.
"I'm wondering what's missing."
Albert looked at Tom who was chewing his chrysanthemum and said, "Should we go to St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, or should we secretly kidnap a few healers and bring them back to help?"
"I asked my mother, and she said it's okay," Yin Zebeier consoled. "Besides, it's still early."
"Although she is a professional, I am still worried. I will ask someone else about it some other day and make preparations in advance."
As they spoke, Albert and Yin Zebel walked towards the sunroom, where Katrina was already doing yoga.
While Yin Zebel was exercising with Katrina, Albert was sitting on the sofa next to them and watching quietly. He reached out and rubbed the head of Tom, who was yawning next to him.
Just then, the house-elf trotted over, handed Albert a newspaper and a note, and asked what he wanted for breakfast.
"Just the same as usual."
Albert looked at the enchanted note and confirmed that it was sent by Dumbledore before opening it. There was only a short sentence inside: "Found it."
Found it
This should refer to Slytherin's locket.
"Well, it seems that we are one step closer to our goal. I don't know if what I am doing is right!" Albert let go of the note in his hand and let it burn to ashes. Some red and gold spots of light floated out from the ashes. Dumbledore's voice suddenly sounded in Albert's ears.
"I have completely destroyed the locket, and the last piece is probably the gold cup. I hope to talk to you another day. I may need a favor from you."
Dumbledore's voice was blown away by the wind along with the burning ashes.
Voldemort is doomed!
This is really good news.
But will things really go as smoothly as expected
If Voldemort discovered that all his Horcruxes were destroyed, would he try to create new ones
Never mind. This isn't something I should worry about.
Albert opened today's newspaper and began to read the latest front-page news.
The Defense Against the Dark Arts training program was implemented faster than he expected.
However, this article should have been written by Rita Skeeter, who openly questioned the purpose and effectiveness of the Ministry of Magic's Defense Against the Dark Arts training program in the newspaper, believing that Scrimgeour was trying to please the masses.
"Anything wrong with today's newspaper?"
After finishing her morning exercise, Katrina pulled Yin Zebel to sit opposite Albert. After drinking a few sips of the salt water specially prepared by the house-elf, she asked.
"No problem. The Ministry of Magic plans to provide basic Defense Against the Dark Arts training to ordinary wizards so that everyone will have more ability to protect themselves." Albert handed today's newspaper to Katrina.
"Do you think this thing will work?" Katrina looked up at Albert after reading the newspaper. She always felt that this matter was related to Albert.
"Of course it is useful." Albert said affirmatively, "Most wizards have not received formal training in Defense Against the Dark Arts, so they perform so poorly. This cannot be blamed on them, but only on the Ministry of Magic."
