Chapter 1169: Crazy woman

Views:

In the quiet wilderness, two figures appeared out of nowhere, and one of them lost his balance and fell to the ground as soon as he appeared.

"Are you okay, Bella!"

Alecto Carlo's voice came from the darkness. She just reached out to help her colleague who was as miserable as a beggar and pulled him up from the ground, when she suddenly found that a magic wand was against her throat.

"What do you mean?" Alecto frowned slightly as he looked at Bella who was about to lose her mind.

"You traitor."

Bella wanted to kill the guy in front of her directly. It was not that she doubted Alecto, but all the signs from the other party showed that something was wrong with her.

"traitor?"

Alecto muttered, as if pondering the meaning of this sentence.

"I know that coming to Strange makes you sad, but that doesn't mean you can slander others at will. Narcissa warned you long before the action that this might be a trap, but you didn't take it seriously at all, and I believed it and made adequate preparations."

Looking at Bella who was staring at him, Alecto reached out to push away the wand that was against his neck and reminded her impatiently: "If I were you, I would go back and treat your injuries first instead of venting my anger on me. Don't forget, I saved you, Bellatrix Lestrange."

Alecto's words caused Bella to waver briefly. The next moment, Bella suddenly fell to the ground and fainted, and the female Death Eater also stood there like a stone.

No one knew what exactly happened. The change came so suddenly, as if someone reached out and pressed the pause button.

"How perceptive! Or do dark wizards not need evidence when they suspect others?"

In the deserted darkness, someone seemed to be muttering complaints.

In a short period of time, it seemed that something had happened, and it seemed that nothing had happened. Alec's time started to move again. She looked at Bella who was lying on the ground unconscious, and couldn't help shaking her head and said, "What a crazy woman."

With that, Alecto grabbed Bella's arm and Apparated away again.

As soon as the two disappeared, Albert, wearing a nightgown, looked at their backs as they left, then lowered his head to look at the new task on the panel. A faint smile appeared at the corner of his mouth, and he was looking forward to the next development more and more.

The next moment, a crackling sound was heard in the darkness, and the wilderness fell into silence again.

As soon as he returned home, Albert found that the lights in the living room were on and Yin Zebel was sitting in the living room waiting for him.

"Honey, why aren't you asleep yet?"

When Albert saw Yin Zebel, his heart skipped a beat, but he quickly took a deep breath and calmed himself down.

"Waiting for you."

Yin Zebel looked Albert up and down, and seemed to be relieved when he was sure that he was not injured. There was a hint of reproach in his tone, "What are you doing out so late?"

"Something happened. Let's go back to the dormitory and talk about it slowly."

Albert walked to Yin Zebel, leaned over and kissed her forehead, then reached out and picked her up in a princess hug.

After being together for so long, Albert knew very well how to calm Yin Zebel's complaints and dissatisfaction.

"Don't think you can get it over with like this." Yin Zebel poured Albert a glass of red wine, as if to say, "You have to explain it to me clearly."

"Where do I start?"

Albert took the red wine handed to him by Yin Zebel, took a sip, and recalled, "You should know that the mysterious man has set his sights on me."

"Since you know the danger, why do you still like to run around?" Yin Zebel took the wine glass and took a sip.

"Last time, Lucius Malfoy brought a group of people to disrupt our wedding," Albert continued.

"Then, you and the Ministry of Magic captured me, and I spent a large sum of Galleons to send me to Azkaban prison?"

Yin Zebel raised her eyebrows slightly. Albert had told her about this matter. The Ministry of Magic had extorted a large sum of Galleons from Lucius Malfoy.

"You-Know-Who isn't going to give up yet." Albert explained, "This time it's that crazy woman Bellatrix Strange."

"So, you're using the same old trick again, using the Ministry of Magic to trick Bellatrix Strange once again?" Yin Zebel probably guessed what was going on.

"This time, it was actually the Ministry of Magic themselves who did it. I just helped a little." Albert put down his wine glass, put his arm around Yin Zebel and lay back on the bed to chat.

"A little favor?"

Yin Zebel obviously didn't believe it. If it was really just a small favor, Albert would never go out tonight.

"I just provided a hair." Albert shook his wand and turned off the lights in the room.

"A hair? Polyjuice potion? When did the Ministry of Magic become so sinister and cunning?"

After listening to Albert's story, Yin Zebel could be sure that Albert did not lie, at least what he said just now was true.

"It can't be considered cunning. After all, the You-Know-Who and the Death Eaters are also very sinister and cunning. It's impossible to defeat those dangerous guys using normal methods." Albert defended the Ministry of Magic. Although a large part of the changes in the Ministry of Magic could be attributed to him, the most important responsibility should be attributed to Scrimgeour. After all, he is the Minister of Magic and he is the one who gave the order.

"So, you went out to watch the fun tonight?" Yin Zebel asked while covering his yawn.

"It can't be considered as going out to watch the fun. After all, the Ministry of Magic is closing the net, and I have to go out to help keep an eye on it, so that no fish slips through the net and escapes." Albert kissed Yin Zebel's forehead and said, "Go to bed early. Insomnia is not good for your health."

"That's all your fault!" Yin Zebel complained.

"Sorry, it's all my fault." Albert apologized decisively and hugged his wife to go to sleep.

"What big fish did we catch this time? Is Bellatrix dead?" Yin Zebel asked with his eyes closed.

"No, but her husband and several Death Eaters are dead. We should be able to see the latest reports in the newspaper tomorrow."

"Did you do this on purpose?" Yin Zebel propped himself up with his hands and looked at Albert.

"What?"

"Bellatrix Strange's husband is dead."

"Yes, I did it on purpose." Albert admitted directly, "If she wants you to lose your husband, she should experience the feeling of losing her own husband first. By the way, that woman was disfigured, how miserable!"

"You are such a bad guy."

Yin Zebel showed an expression that said, "As expected."

"Yes, I am petty." Albert said seriously, "Of course I have to retaliate. However, her disfigurement was actually an accident."

"Accident? I don't believe in so-called accidents."

"I think the death of the Strange brothers is actually a good thing for Bellatrix." Albert thought of a fan fiction.

"Good news?" Yin Zebel felt that her husband would say something shocking again.

"Yes, Bellatrix has an admiring obsession with the mysterious man. After the Strange brothers died, no one in the Strange family cared about Bellatrix anymore. It just so happens that she is now disfigured, and the mysterious man is also disfigured. Don't you think..."

"Okay, stop talking!" Yin Zebel interrupted quickly. This news was really shocking.

"Well, go to bed."

"Is this true?"

Women are indeed more interested in gossip, especially when the subjects are the You-Know-Who and the Death Eaters.

"Bellatrix's obsession with the mysterious man is well known. If the mysterious man is willing, I think Bellatrix will definitely agree." Albert suddenly showed a malicious smile.

"You were smiling very evilly just now." Yin Zebel reached out and pinched Albert's cheek.

"The possibility of this happening is actually not high." Albert explained, "Bellatrix caused several Death Eaters to be executed by the Ministry of Magic. I think she will probably lose the trust of the You-Know-Who. For that crazy woman, this may be more painful than hearing about the death of her husband."

"Don't she love her husband?" Yin Zebel asked puzzledly.

"I don't know, but I don't think there's much emotion." Albert speculated.

"Then why are they getting married? A marriage between pure-blood families?" Yin Zebel guessed the reason immediately.

"Maybe, but I don't think this is something we should be concerned about." Albert said softly, "I hope that after these two lessons, there won't be so many stupid people who want to trouble me."

Compared with the tranquility in the bedroom, the British wizarding world before dawn was far from peaceful. The awakened reporters had already flocked to the Ministry of Magic to interview Scrimgeour.

Nothing was more exciting than learning of the death of a Death Eater, especially when Scrimgeour took out the body of the dead Death Eater for all the reporters to take enough pictures, the atmosphere on the scene was pushed to a climax.

"Mr. Minister, don't you think..." The reporter was interrupted by Scrimgeour before he could finish his words.

“I know what you want to say, but I can only say that there is no such thing as being despicable or shameless in treating these cruel dark wizards, because when they committed numerous crimes, they were no longer human beings.” Scrimgeour said coldly, “Put away your ridiculous pity. You should pity those who are persecuted by the You-Know-Who and the Death Eaters.”

“Honestly, do those people who pitied Barty Crouch Jr. back then really realize that it was that guy who caused You-Know-Who’s return and the current chaos in the wizarding world?” Scrimgeour looked around at the reporters in the venue with a stern look. “If you think those brutal dark wizards and Death Eaters deserve sympathy, I can arrange for you to interview the victims’ families and listen to their different views on the matter. This is a rare opportunity. Does anyone want to sign up? Percy, please keep a record of the number of people.”

After the press conference, Scrimgeour asked his assistant, "How many reporters signed up just now?"

"Only one." Percy glanced at the name in the notebook.

"Very good, make some arrangements for him," Scrimgeour said grimly. "By the way, remember not to let anyone beat him to death. And by the way, help him reserve a bed at St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries."

"Isn't this... not good?" Percy was shocked by Scrimgeour's behavior.

"No, this is good. We lost a few brave guys tonight. I don't care whether he really sympathizes with the Death Eaters or wants to take the opportunity to interview them. I think the families of the victims will make him sober up." Scrimgeour reached out and patted Percy on the shoulder and reminded him again, "Don't let anyone kill him."

Percy nodded vigorously to show that he understood.

At this moment, in the Death Eaters' temporary base, Bella, who had just received treatment from Narcissa, woke up slowly.

"Are you okay, Bella?" Narcissa asked worriedly. "Alecto gave me a real scare when he brought you back."

"What's wrong with me?"

Bella stretched her hand to cover her forehead, only to find that she was wrapped in bandages all over her body, looking extremely miserable.

"Is she awake?" Alecto stood outside the door, holding a copy of today's newspaper in his hand, feeling extremely heavy-hearted.

"How about it?"

"Very bad." Alecto handed the newspaper to Narcissa: "There was no such thing as Albert Anderson from the beginning to the end, and that Kenneth Toller was also fake. Everything is a conspiracy of the Ministry of Magic."

After Narcissa took the newspaper, her eyes widened and the newspaper slipped from her fingers, because the front-page photo of the newspaper was the corpses of several Death Eaters, and Bella's husband Rodolphus Lestrange was among them.

"We'd better let Bella get some rest." Alecto motioned for Narcissa to follow her out.

"What's going on!" Narcissa asked impatiently after following Alecto into the living room.

"The situation is very bad." Alecto glanced at the room where Bella was resting and said to Narcissa in a low voice, "The Dark Lord is very angry about this failure. You know, Bella took the initiative to take this job... Not only did she fall into the conspiracy of the Ministry of Magic again, but she also got involved with so many people and didn't achieve any results. Narcissa, the Dark Lord is very angry about this."

"I let him down."

Bella got up from the bed without knowing when, bent down with difficulty to pick up the newspaper, and limped out of the room.

Narcissa and Alecto looked at each other and fell into a brief silence. They thought Bella would be sad because of Rodolphus' death, but they didn't expect that she would be sad because she betrayed the Dark Lord's trust.

"It's all that damn Mudblood's fault, and that Kenneth Toller. I'm going to make him regret being born into this world." Bella said viciously.

"Kenneth Toller is missing! Our people at the Ministry of Magic sent a message that Scrimgeour seems to be planning to continue using Kenneth Toller as bait." Alecto was silent for a moment and reminded, "I think you should now think carefully about how to explain to the Dark Lord. He is really angry."

"If the Dark Lord..." Bella panicked.

"Calm down Bella, the situation is not as bad as you think. We can still save the situation!" Narcissa comforted softly.

"What should I do, Narcissa?" Bella tried to seek help from Narcissa.

"Draco sent back a message saying that Dumbledore was seriously injured." Narcissa didn't want Bella to forget Draco's mission because of her desire for revenge. "As long as Dumbledore can be killed, I think the Dark Lord will definitely forgive you and Lucius for your failure."
