Chapter 162: France travel vacation

Views:

Traveling is a pleasant thing. Changing the environment can change people's mood and give them a chance to relax. Going to France for vacation is undoubtedly a brand new experience for Albert.

This trip was planned by Herb and Daisy. The British love to travel, and the couple is very experienced in this area. When they were preparing to take the family on a trip, they tacitly chose France as their destination.

Why

Albert can speak French!

Yes, that's why Herb and Daisy chose to travel to France.

When traveling abroad, language barriers are actually a hassle.

Now, they don’t need to worry about this problem at all, and they don’t need to follow the annoying travel agency. They can go wherever they want. As for the translation problem, don’t they still have Albert

The couple said that this was to improve Albert's French.

As soon as the plane landed at the airport, the customs officers were stunned by the little translator.

Herb and Daisy enjoyed seeing the stunned and shocked expressions of the French people, which greatly satisfied their vanity.

A few days before arriving in France, the Anderson family visited several famous French attractions, such as the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe, the Seine River... and did not forget to take a lot of photos as souvenirs.

Of course, this may be related to what Albert said about selecting a few good-looking photos to help make animated magic photos.

The rest of the time was spent on the Basque beach. It was a very pleasant experience to feel the sea breeze, sunbathe, and look at the beauties in swimsuits.

However, Albert's favorite activities are still surfing and swimming. He was a landlubber in his previous life and rarely had the opportunity to go to the swimming pool. It was a rare opportunity for him to use the panel to learn how to swim. How could Albert easily give up the fun of swimming at the beach

On a hot summer day, it is quite comfortable to play in the water at the beach.

Albert often surfed with the French. As his French skills and experience increased, he became more and more proficient in French and had no problem with general reading, writing and communication.

Of course, the surfboard was borrowed from others.

Albert is quite popular here. To the romantic French, this friendly British boy who speaks French and can surf is full of mystery.

"Albert, Albert, help me apply sunscreen." Nia threw down the half-built sand castle and ran towards Albert with a towel and sunscreen in her hand.

"Why don't you let your mother help you apply sunscreen?" Albert drank a sip of juice and took the towel to wipe off the water stains on his body.

"They are chatting with others." Nia nodded in a certain direction, motioning Albert to look for himself.

Under the parasol, Herb and Daisy were chatting with a young couple who were also traveling to France. No one knew what they were talking about, but both sides were talking excitedly.

"Oh, it's really unreliable." Albert muttered.

"Yes, yes!" Nia nodded in agreement.

"Come here, lie down on the beach chair, I'll help you apply sunscreen." Albert took the sunscreen, let Nia lie on the beach chair, and began to help Nia apply sunscreen carefully.

In this hot summer, if you sunbathe without applying sunscreen, your skin will be sunburned.

"Albert, is there a magic school in France?" Nia squinted her eyes comfortably and asked curiously.

"Yes, there are three magic schools in Europe, the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the UK, the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic in France, and the last one is located in Scandinavia in Northern Europe, called Durmstrang Academy." Albert said softly while helping Nia apply sunscreen.

"How did you know?" Nia asked again.

"There are relevant records in the Hogwarts library. The relationship between the three schools has always been good." Albert replied.

"Then tell me, why didn't we encounter anything related to magic when we came to France?" Nia asked again.

"Because ordinary people have no intersection with the lives of wizards, they naturally cannot come into contact with them. Apply it." Albert suddenly said, "I'll go get you some juice."

"Magic School?" The young couple looked towards Albert with strange expressions.

"He likes reading," Daisy explained.

"I'm planning to write a book for myself." Albert smiled and nodded at the young couple, "A story about magic."

The young couple looked at Albert in surprise. They didn't expect that this child who was less than twelve years old was already planning to write a book.

"We support him in this regard." Herb cleared his throat, "Just like we support him learning French."

Speaking of this, Herb started bragging about Albert to others again, and even prepared to let Albert speak a few words in French for everyone to hear.

Albert couldn't help wanting to cover his face with his hands when he heard this, and he quickly walked away.

"Why don't you continue to bask in the sun?" Albert asked puzzledly as he looked at Nia who stood up.

"This time, let me help you apply sunscreen," Nia said.

"No, I can do it myself." Just as Albert was about to apply sunscreen on himself, a voice suddenly sounded in his ears.

"Handsome boy, do you want me to help you put on sunscreen?"

Several young swimsuit girls carrying surfboards passed by and greeted Albert with a smile.

"No, thank you." Albert politely declined, "Let's go surfing together when we have time."

"Oh, I'm shy." The swimsuit girls left with laughter.

"See, Albert speaks French really well!" Herb said to her young husband.

The young couple who were originally skeptical finally believed it.

"Who are they?" Nia looked at the backs of the swimsuit girls leaving with caution.

“Friends I met while surfing.”

"So, you like that type?" Nia looked down at her flat body and muttered, "I will grow up..."

"Okay, stop struggling and just lie down and bask in the sun."

"I'm going to help you put on the sunscreen," Nia insisted.

"Okay, okay." Albert agreed reluctantly. In fact, Nia's skills were really not good enough. In the end, it was Daisy who helped Albert repaint it.

At dinner, Albert stared at the plate of French fish soup that the waiter brought and asked, "Where's Dad?"

"Go and book tickets for the opera house," said Daisy.

"Opera house? Which opera house?" Albert felt that he could not appreciate such high-end things.

"The Opera Bastille."

"The tickets there are not cheap, right?" Albert frowned.

As the second largest opera house in France, tickets there are not cheap.

"Herb said that since we're in France, we shouldn't miss this," Daisy consoled him. "Besides, we have enough money on our budget, so this vacation is cheaper than we thought."

"When did it happen?" Albert asked again.

"Before going back, I just finished watching the opera and took a plane home." Daisy said with a smile, "Does Nia like opera?"

"I don't know, I haven't seen it." Nia shook her head. "Is it good?"

"I really can't appreciate this kind of art. How about going to the cinema to watch a movie instead?" Albert suggested.

"I'm afraid not." It was Herb who answered him.

"You've already bought the ticket?" Albert asked in disbelief.

"The tickets have been booked and cannot be refunded. Besides, how can you miss the opera when you come to France?" said Herb.

"Okay, as long as you're happy." Pas couldn't help rolling his eyes and didn't intend to continue to dwell on this aspect.
