Sizzle!

White smoke rose from the hot barbecue grill and the air was filled with the aroma of barbecue.

There was a barbecue going on outside Hagrid's hut.

Albert used food tongs to flip the beef on the grill, and the lightly marinated steak became slightly browned on the surface.

"Onions, lemons, and eggs." Hagrid placed the ingredients on the table, picked up the freshly toasted bread on the plate and took a bite. He stared at the steak Albert was flipping and felt even hungrier.

Before, Hagrid thought his cooking skills were pretty good, but now... he felt like he just cooked the food.

Albert picked up his wand, waved it lightly at the onion, used the cutting spell to cut it into thin slices, brushed it with the dipping sauce, and put it in the oven to grill together.

The eggs are beaten in a frying pan and fried, then placed on a plate with the grilled steak. It is served with grilled onion slices, fried eggs and a large spoonful of canned peanuts, and a homemade grilled steak is ready.

"It smells delicious. I guess the grilled steak still needs to be marinated." Hagrid couldn't wait to cut himself a large piece of beef, took a bite and exclaimed.

"The main pleasure is actually tasting the food I cook, which gives me an inexplicable sense of satisfaction and accomplishment." In fact, Albert has cooking skills, but he has never deliberately upgraded them. After all, except for a few times at home, he doesn't really need to cook for himself.

When Albert cut a piece of beef and was about to put it in his mouth, he suddenly heard a familiar scream from a distance.

"etc!"

Albert had already put the fork into his mouth and turned his head to look in the direction of the sound. It was Fred and his friends, jogging towards him.

"You, you are grilling steak here?" Fred's eyes widened and he looked at Hagrid and Albert who were enjoying grilled steak in disbelief.

Of course, Hogwarts also provides steaks. However, when they saw Albert grilling steaks here, they felt a little unbalanced.

"It tastes okay." Albert squeezed lemon juice on the steak and ate another piece before looking up and asking, "Don't you have time to come over?"

"We came to deliver a letter to you, but we didn't expect to see you hiding here having a barbecue." George looked heartbroken.

"I'm just having a meal at Hagrid's." Albert took a bite of the grilled onion, poked the egg with a fork and put it into his mouth. After chewing and swallowing, he asked, "Where's my letter?"

"Here it is." George handed the letter to Albert.

"That's strange, why didn't the owl deliver the letter directly to me?" Albert was a little confused and raised his hand to take the letter handed over by George.

"Professor Smith asked me to give it to you." George explained, staring at the cheese baked potatoes on the grill.

"If you want to eat, help yourself. Don't get burned." Hagrid felt a little funny and asked the three to sit down and eat. "Albert made this. I didn't know he was such a good cook."

"Professor Smith?" Albert nodded to show his understanding. After looking at the sender, he could probably guess what was in the letter.

"Why don't you open it and take a look?" Fred's mouth was full of cheese baked potatoes.

"Oh." Albert thought about it and opened the envelope. It was a letter from Seraharishis, expressing his willingness to communicate with Albert through letters. In the letter, he also introduced him to two books related to alchemy.

"What's written inside?" Li Qiaodan asked curiously.

"Someone is willing to establish a friendly correspondence with me." Albert put the letter back into his pocket and explained with a smile.

"Is it delicious?" George was more concerned about the taste of the grilled steak.

"Not bad." Albert responded and continued to finish the food on the plate.

After Fred swallowed the baked potato, he couldn't help but sigh: "I didn't expect you to actually cook."

"Why not?" Albert said, "If you can do it yourself, you can have enough food and clothing."

After all, Herb and Daisy were lawyers, and sometimes they were too busy to take care of them.

"Great steak," Hagrid exclaimed. He had already finished his portion, which was too small to satisfy Hagrid's appetite. There was also toast on the table, with bacon and cheese, and a small pot of oatmeal.

"If we had known, we should have come to see you after lunch." Fred couldn't help complaining as he watched Albert stuff the last piece of beef into his mouth.

"That's right, it's time to go back. It's almost time for lunch." After George said hello to Hagrid, he told Fred and Lee Jordan to get up and leave.

"Goodbye, Hagrid." Albert greeted Hagrid and left with the three of them.

Halfway back to the castle, George suddenly asked, "By the way, we just saw you coming out of the Forbidden Forest with Hagrid."

"What are you doing in the Forbidden Forest?" Li Jordan asked.

"Well... I promised Hagrid that I wouldn't tell anyone else. If you want to know, just ask Hagrid yourself." Albert knew that the three of them wouldn't ask, otherwise they would have asked just now and would not have waited until now to ask him.

"You hid it from us," Fred muttered in dissatisfaction.

"There's nothing I can do. I promised Hagrid first." Albert shrugged helplessly.

"Okay." The three of them had no choice but to stop asking because they knew Albert didn't want to talk about it.

"By the way, will there be a gathering of the Wizard Card Club in the afternoon?" Li Jordan was quite concerned about this matter. He is now a loyal supporter of Wizard Cards.

"Well, let's have a party in the auditorium. There won't be many people anyway." Albert said, "I have already made the original card."

As he spoke, Albert took out a few cards and handed them to the three people. They were the cards for each of the four of them.

Fred and George were both wearing Quidditch uniforms and holding broomsticks, while Lee Jordan was wearing wizard robes, a wizard hat and a wand, and Albert himself was wearing wizard clothes and holding a book and a wand.

"When were these photos taken?" George took his cards, looked at them carefully, and couldn't help asking.

"What do you think?" Albert smiled but said nothing.

"Will all the cards in the future be like this? It finally feels a bit formal!" Fred took the card and looked at it. He was very satisfied with his card.

"Where are the other cards?" asked Li Jordan.

"I haven't made the other cards yet. Do you think I really have that much time to spend on them?" Albert shrugged. "Besides, I don't have any photos of other people."

What about portrait rights

There is no such thing in the wizarding world.

"I'll take this card!" George was about to put his card into his pocket, but was stopped by Albert.

"That won't do. The original cards must remain with me. These will be used as original cards in the future. I will use the transformation spell on them. Once the original cards are modified, the other cards will also change." Albert explained.

"Is it possible?" Fred was surprised.

"Well, this spell is used in the Daily Prophet, didn't you notice?" Albert asked.

Several people shook their heads.

Although they knew that the content of the Daily Prophet sometimes changed, they had no idea why.

"Then... how long will it take?"

"Who knows? At least I have to wait until I learn the Transfiguration Spell." Albert thought about it carefully and said, "It is said that it is the level of newts. I estimate it will take another two or three years."

"Two or three years?" Li Qiaodan said weakly, "In two or three years, can you reach the level of Newts?"

"Although it may sound a bit arrogant, it is actually not that difficult for me to graduate from Hogwarts with excellent grades." Albert said nonchalantly.

"It's a big loss to them that you didn't go to Ravenclaw." George sighed again, "After all, you have such a brain, don't you?"

"If you can answer more riddles correctly than Katrina, that'll be even better."

"You think too much." Albert glanced at Li Jordan and said speechlessly, "That's impossible. Do you think you can win a riddle guessing competition with someone who guesses riddles every day?"

"Then why did you bet with her on riddles?" Fred was even more confused.

"I want to know how many riddles there are at the entrance to Ravenclaw, and what the answers to these riddles are." Albert said without hesitation: "Maybe I can sneak into the common room of Ravenclaw in the future."

"I think you're going to be kicked out," said Fred.

"I think so too," George and Lee Jordan echoed.

As the four of them were talking, they had already arrived at the castle. Just as they were about to pass through the entrance hall, they heard hurried footsteps behind them.

Filch came quickly towards them.

"Dirty things! Dirt everywhere, I've had enough!" Filch pointed at the muddy footprints on the ground and shouted angrily. His eyes bulged, the flesh on his face trembled, and he looked scary. "I've had enough... Kill the chicken to scare the monkey... You four, follow me!"

"Ahem, calm down, Mr. Filch." Albert took out his wand and waved it gently at his muddy footprints and boots. The muddy footprints on the ground disappeared, and the mud on the boots also disappeared.

Fred, George, and Lee Jordan looked at each other and used the Descaling Charm on their boots.

Unfortunately, they found that they could not completely clean the stains.

"How did you do it?" George couldn't help but ask.

"Vanishing Charm." Albert waved his wand to clean up for them, then said to Filch who was standing there in a daze, "Can we go now?"

Without waiting for Filch to answer, the four of them walked through the entrance hall and into the auditorium, leaving Filch in a daze with the others who were about to watch the show. When he came to his senses, Albert and the other four had already gone far away.

Filch was trembling all over. There were a few students watching the show nearby. Unfortunately, they didn't know the saying "afflicted by the innocent", so two unlucky Hufflepuff students were used by Filch as an example to scare the monkeys.

They wanted to learn from Albert and do the same, but unfortunately, neither of them knew how to use the Vanishing Spell.
