The next day, Albert and his roommates slept until noon before getting up for lunch. Along the way, they heard many students talking about what happened last night.
Last night, the noise Albert made in the library woke up many people in the castle.
The result is predictable. The matter had already become a hot topic early in the morning.
Li Jordan felt it was a little funny. Albert had told them about this, but he didn't expect that a flying curse would actually knock over the large bookshelf in the library. Whenever he thought of Albert's depressed expression when he talked about this matter in the Room of Requirement last night, Li Jordan couldn't help laughing. There were not many things that could make Albert feel depressed.
However, the Room of Requirement is really a good place. These guys didn't tell me about it until last night. They are such idiots!
"This seems like a big deal." Fred couldn't help but sigh.
"Eat your food." Albert picked up a fried chicken leg and stuffed it into Fred's mouth. Then, he turned his head and asked Shanna beside him, "Didn't you catch those students who were out at night?"
Aren't you asking this even though you already know the answer
Fred took the chicken leg, took a bite, and then resisted the urge to complain and rolled his eyes at Albert.
"Caught." Shanna raised her head and glanced at Albert, and said faintly: "A Hufflepuff and a Ravenclaw student. I heard that they were dating last night. It was supposed to be a romantic thing, but in the end..."
Phew!
"Sorry, sorry." George couldn't help laughing and apologized quickly.
Several people around looked at George who was trying to hold back his laughter, and asked in confusion: "What's wrong with you? Is this so funny?"
"Originally, going out for a date at night was a romantic thing, but that couple obviously became someone's scapegoat." George shook his head and said, "I feel sorry for them. It's all the fault of that bastard who made the noise."
"Yeah, that's right. It's all the fault of that bastard who made the noise on purpose." Fred agreed. "I was also scared by that noise last night."
"Ahem," Li Qiaodan, who had just taken a big bite of bread, coughed repeatedly. He took a big sip of water and then asked, "I just heard someone say that the noise came from the library, but nothing happened in the library?"
"It's very strange, isn't it?" muttered Fred. "Do you think Peeves could have done this?"
In fact, the three of them admired Albert. This guy made a mess in the library with a flying curse. Before leaving, he even restored the place to its original state. What made several people want to complain was that Albert even forgot to close the door of the library, making it unclear what happened.
"Why did I hear that it was done by Gryffindor students?" Albert muttered after swallowing his food, "The professors have all gone to ask the Fat Lady."
"Yes, I was in the common room at the time. Many people came over to eavesdrop, but no one knew who did it. According to Professor Smith, it should be a senior student in the college." After Sana finished speaking, she looked at the four abnormal guys suspiciously. Her expression suddenly became strange. She asked, "You guys got up so late today?"
"Yeah." Albert said, "We played wizard cards too late last night."
"I won the most times." Fred raised his chin proudly. Of course, what he said was not wrong, because there were only three games played, and Fred won two games.
"Could it be... that it was you four last night?" Sana suddenly asked in a low voice. Angelina beside her raised her head in surprise and looked at the guys in front of her.
There was no denial, nor was there any admission.
The atmosphere around them suddenly became a little weird. Albert and the others were concentrating on eating, as if they had been hungry for a long time.
"Really?" Angelina asked tentatively.
Fred, his mouth full, mumbled, "Who knows?"
"Is there an owl today? I mean my owl." Albert changed the subject. He received owl letters almost every week.
"Oh, they're here with me!" Sana took out two letters from her robe, handed them to Albert and said, "I always thought you were quite diligent in receiving letters."
"I can't help it. I have so many pen pals." Albert took the envelope, glanced at the sender's name, shrugged and said, "I'm very busy recently. I'm going to the library later to finish my homework and borrow a few books."
"The library is temporarily closed today and will be officially open to the public tomorrow." Percy stopped behind them with a plate in his hand, and looked at the twins with a critical look. "I heard that Madam Pince plans to check the books in the library."
"Yeah, it's really hard."
"By the way, the incident last night was not done by the senior students in the academy." Percy suddenly said, "I just heard from others that none of the senior students went out for a night out last night."
"Oh, who did that?" George asked back.
"I don't know. Everyone is curious about who did it." Percy muttered, "I heard that Filch almost turned the castle upside down last night, but he still didn't catch those students who were out at night."
"That's a pity," Fred shrugged.
"Where were you last night?" Percy suddenly asked.
"In bed, of course." George couldn't help rolling his eyes. "We played wizard cards until very late, and talked about wizard cards for a while before going to bed. By the way, do you want to join the wizard card club?"
"What club?" Percy was stunned and didn't react for a moment.
"Wizard Card Club!" Fred pulled out a wizard card, waved it in front of Percy and said with a smile, "Want to join?"
"Isn't this really strange?" Charlie muttered.
"What's going on?" Percy looked at his second brother.
"No one knows who went out for a night out last night?"
"Are you going to report those students who were out at night?" George couldn't help but laugh at himself after swallowing his food. "Those people weren't caught by the professors, but you guys got them into trouble first."
Charlie was very confused, even though what George said was actually not wrong.
After all, Gryffindor has no secrets!
"Could it be you two?" Percy cast a suspicious look at Fred and George. His two younger brothers seemed like the kind of people who would do such a thing.
"Last night, we were discussing the contents of wizard cards. By the way, Percy, do you mind if we get you a card?" George asked maliciously.
"No." Percy refused flatly.
"Actually, there is already a card for you. I made it secretly." Fred laughed maliciously.
"What's wrong?"
Next to him, Li Jordan saw Albert frowning and asked.
"Nothing, just some trivial matters." Albert folded the letter and put it in his pocket.
“You don’t look like you’re okay,” Lee Jordan muttered, but Albert didn’t want to say it, so he didn’t ask any more questions.
One of the two letters Sana handed him was from Isobel, in which she said that the time for teaching Occlumency had been brought forward.
Originally, Albert had planned to wait until he finished reading the Advanced Occlumency Guide before going to her to learn Occlumency.
As expected, Albert got himself into trouble last night.
I should have taken the risk and taken the Advanced Occlumency Manual with me.
"I'm leaving first, I have an appointment later!" After finishing the food on his plate, Albert stood up and prepared to go back to the dormitory to get the tuition for Occlumency.
"Isobel?" Sana suddenly said.
"You also know that Ravenclaw genius?" Percy looked at Albert in surprise.
"Yeah, the same club," said Albert.
"From the same club?" Sana asked back in a somewhat strange tone.
"Okay, the same two clubs." Albert shrugged, got up and left.
