"Have you been able to summon a physical guardian?"
Seeing Albert's reaction, Fred asked almost instinctively: "I remember that you have been practicing the Patronus Charm recently. It shouldn't take long for you to summon a physical Patronus."
"Well..." Albert noticed that Fred and the other two were looking at him inquiringly, and suddenly he didn't know what to say.
"Let's give it a try. I think it should be an eagle." George leaned forward and suggested with a smile, "I think your patron saint should be an eagle."
"Ahem, I haven't been able to successfully summon a physical guardian angel yet." Albert said with a little embarrassment, "It's just a cloud of smoke at the moment."
"I don't believe it. You're Albert, a true Gryffindor student. Of course your patronus should be a lion. How could it be an eagle?" Lee Jordan also leaned forward with an expression that said, "You must be lying to us."
"I say, you guys have done enough." Albert stretched out his hand to push away the three people who were leaning over, and said speechlessly, "Can't the guardian angel be another creature? It has to be a lion, an eagle, or something like that."
"Give it a try. Even if it's just a cloud of mist, maybe you can see some outline." Fred reminded. The three of them were really curious about what the answer would be.
Although the Patronus Charm is a very complex and ancient spell, the opponent is Albert, who knows whether he has secretly mastered this spell.
"Okay, Expecto Patronus!" Albert took a deep breath and began to search for happy memories in his brain. He pulled out his wand and drew circles in reverse, chanted the Patronus Charm, and a silver gas spurted out from the tip of the wand. However, the smoke did not form a physical patronus.
"Look, the shape of the smoke doesn't look like an eagle at all. It seems a little big, more like the lion of Gryffindor." Lee Jordan happily announced his victory.
"No, that's just your guess. We have to wait until we summon a physical guardian angel!" Fred and George immediately retorted. However, Albert had already frowned slightly. The guardian angel's skill had been upgraded to level 2, but he had not been able to successfully summon a physical guardian angel. This was obviously a bit strange.
According to records, the caster of the Patronus Charm must concentrate on recalling the happiest memory they can think of; the more pleasurable the memory, the more powerful the spell.
Perhaps, I should try again with a happier memory. After all, the strength of the patronus is related to whether my memories are happy.
Albert closed his eyes and recalled how he felt when he first discovered he had the panel. That was probably the happiest moment of his life.
That day, Albert discovered that he was no longer ordinary!
"What's wrong?" George noticed Albert's strangeness and asked with a little worry, but he found that Albert raised his wand again, drew a circle in the opposite direction, and whispered: "Guardian Guard!"
This time, a silver griffin burst out from the tip of Albert's wand.
The three of them were all stunned, staring stupidly at the silver griffin flying over their heads, and couldn't help but sigh: "It's so beautiful!"
"Haha!" Fred suddenly laughed and said to Lee Jordan, "We won. We won."
"Assholes, you guys obviously lost!" Lee Jordan pointed at the griffin above him and shouted at Fred, "You were talking about an eagle, but this thing is not an eagle at all."
"Eagle head, you saw it just now, Eagle head, didn't you? It's Eagle head." Fred and George looked at each other and said in unison, "Read it with me, Eagle head, it's related to eagle, so we won."
"Don't quibble. A griffin is not an eagle. Just admit that you lose and swallow these beans." Lee Jordan's face turned red with anger. When he found that he could not win the argument with Fred and George, he jumped up from his seat and pounced on Fred next to him, intending to persuade him. The carriage suddenly became chaotic.
When Albert saw that his patron saint was a griffin, his face suddenly darkened.
"Is there a problem? You don't look too good." The playful George noticed that Albert had a gloomy frown on his face and couldn't help asking.
"Of course there is a problem. The Griffin is a magical creature!" When Albert started to speak, Fred and Lee Jordan stopped joking and listened to him quietly. "It is said that the patron saint of wizards is the same as the Animagus. This means that my Animagus may take the form of a Griffin."
"What's an Animagus?" Fred asked confused.
"Silly, animal transformation!" George reminded, "Remember Professor McGonagall turned into a cat on the first day."
"You actually still remember it!" Lee Jordan looked as if he had seen a ghost.
"Animagus refers to a wizard who can transform himself into an animal while retaining his own magical powers." Albert explained to the three people.
"Oh, what's the problem?" Fred asked. "Animagus."
"Animagus transformation is usually limited to non-magical creatures." Albert explained helplessly: "The transformation of magical creatures such as phoenixes and dragons will bring unpredictable consequences."
"It is said that there is an essential difference in the operation of wizard magic and magical creature magic." Albert thought for a moment and explained: "You know goblins and house-elves. Goblins have their own goblin magic, and house-elves have their own magic. They are not in our wizard magic system, although they can all use wands."
The three of them exchanged glances, obviously not understanding what Albert said.
"Take house-elves as an example. Hogwarts prohibits Apparition, but house-elves can Apparite at any time." Albert gave an example casually. "Hogwarts prohibits Apparition only for wizards' magic, but not for house-elves' magic. This is the difference in the magic system."
"Wow, you actually know these things." The three looked at Albert in surprise.
"Remember to keep this matter confidential." Albert reminded.
The three of them nodded in unison.
"But what does this have to do with that Arnie or something?" Fred scratched his head and asked in confusion.
"Headmaster Dumbledore was also a professor of Transfiguration." Albert knew they didn't understand, so he continued, "I have checked the records of Animagus in the UK this century. There are only seven people. There were nine in the last century, and none of them has Dumbledore's name. Of course, illegal Animagus cannot be ruled out, but I once asked Professor McGonagall what the headmaster's Animagus was. At that time, Professor McGonagall told me that the headmaster's patronus is the phoenix."
"The phoenix is a magical creature, so you mean that Headmaster Dumbledore is not an Animagus?" Lee Jordan asked uncertainly.
"That's right. Magical creatures are not within the range of Animagus transformation. Headmaster Dumbledore should be very clear about this, so after discovering that the Patronus is the Phoenix, he may simply give up the Animagus transformation. Otherwise, do you think that with Headmaster Dumbledore's talent and ability, how could he not learn the Animagus transformation?" Albert's face did not look good, because there was an Animagus task in his task list, which meant that this task might be a failure.
The three of them could understand now that Albert's patronus was the Griffin, a magical creature. This meant that Albert might have to give up becoming an Animagus like Headmaster Dumbledore did.
Because once the transformation fails, there may be unpredictable consequences. No one would try to get up there even though they know they will die. Isn't that courting death
"Even if you can't become an Animagus, it won't prevent you from becoming a great wizard like Dumbledore. Didn't the headmaster give up the same way?" Fred said comfortingly.
"No, I still have a chance. It is said that the Patronus will change as long as it experiences a certain degree of mental shock or emotional upheaval," Albert recalled the information related to the Patronus Charm. As far as he knew, there seemed to be similar cases in the Harry Potter novels.
"Hey, you're being too harsh on yourself!" The three of them were all stunned when they heard this, "Is it really necessary to go to this extent?"
"I just don't want to give up the possibility of becoming an Animagus." Albert thought for a moment and said, "I need to write a letter to Professor McGonagall and seek her advice."
"I thought you might need an owl," Fred reminded.
"Open the window, Sheila will appear. She will always come back to me when I need her." Albert took out the parchment from the suitcase and began to write a letter to Professor McGonagall.
