When we left the Room of Requirement, curfew had not yet arrived.
Albert spoke the command in front of the Fat Lady's portrait and entered the Gryffindor Common Room through the exposed passage. At this time, most people had already returned to their dormitories to rest.
"Where have you been?" Sana looked at Albert in surprise when he came in from outside.
"Kitchen, do you want it?"
Albert shook the bag in his hand, and inside was cream biscuits.
"Thank you." Sana took two cream biscuits, made herself a cup of hot cocoa, and chatted with Albert about some difficulties encountered in study. Then they went back to the dormitory to rest.
"You're back! We were just thinking about how to get you out of the Room of Requirement later."
The moment the dormitory door was opened, Fred and others who were playing cards turned their heads to look at the door, and when they saw that the person coming was Albert, they all looked a little disappointed.
How much do you hope that something will happen to you
"I'm fine, I'm really sorry!" Albert said unhappily, the veins on his forehead twitching slightly. He decided not to share the midnight snack from the kitchen with them.
"Did you succeed?" Lee Jordan was more curious about the thing Albert mentioned. It was said to be a very powerful self-defense weapon.
“It worked, and the effect was very good.”
Albert pulled the small cage out of his pocket and placed it on the table.
"What is this?"
"Rat cage."
"Are you kidding?" Lee Jordan raised his eyebrows.
"Idiot, it's the Traceless Extension Charm." Fred had seen this kind of magic before.
"You actually mastered the Traceless Extension Charm. I heard that this kind of magic is extremely difficult." George said in disbelief. "By the way, haven't you been practicing the Patronus Charm?"
"Professor Smith taught me this. I haven't learned how to make the patronus speak yet, but I have learned this first." As he said this, Albert took the unconscious mouse out of the small cage.
"Where did you get the rat?"
"I caught it from a corner of the castle where debris was piled up. It took a lot of effort." Albert poked the mouse with his hand.
"What happened to the mouse?"
"I don't know, probably dead!"
Albert picked up the wand and began to try to cast a resuscitation spell on the mouse. He was curious whether the mouse was dead or not, whether it was cursed or simply fainted.
"Isn't what you made life-threatening?" Lee Jordan said in feigned horror.
"I don't know, maybe, maybe not, I'm testing its power." When Albert saw that rejuvenation had no effect, he knew that the effect of the Banshee's Howl was unusual.
"I think this mouse is dead!" Fred poked the mouse with his finger curiously.
"No, do you think Albert would be stupid enough to cast a spell on a mouse?" Lee Jordan shook his head.
"Could this be... Percy's Scabbers?" George, who had been silent all this time, suddenly said.
"Definitely not. Anyway, isn't Percy's rat going to die soon?"
"It seems to be alive and well." Fred asked in surprise, "Can a normal mouse live that long
"Who knows!" Albert certainly knew that mice could not live that long, but humans could. It was just that this was not what he needed to focus on at the moment. He took out a small bag of dark salt from his pocket.
"What is this?"
"Salt, give me a hand and pry the rat's mouth open." Albert motioned for the three to come over and help.
It took some time for the unfortunate mouse to swallow the salt.
Not long after, the mouse, which had been tortured to death, finally woke up, but it was listless and looked terrible.
"It actually works." Fred looked at the mouse that had woken up, then his gaze fell on the small bag of color-changing salt. After observing it from top to bottom curiously, he picked up a little and put it in his mouth.
"What on earth is this?" The expression on Fred's face suddenly became distorted. He spat out the contents of his mouth and squatted on a plate, making a retching gesture.
"Salt is just processed and has effects similar to potions. But you dare to eat something you don't know about." Albert glanced at Fred and admired his ability to commit suicide.
"What good stuff have you made? Take it out and let us see it." George urged. He was very curious about what Albert had made.
"I'll let you try it another day. I don't want to faint for no reason now." Albert didn't plan to let them use the Banshee's Wail in the dormitory. He knew very well who these people were. If someone got hold of it, they would probably open it impatiently, which would not only put themselves in trouble, but also bring bad luck to others.
It turned out that Albert's decision was right.
The next afternoon, in the room of gratification.
Albert looked at the three people lying on the ground, his face full of helplessness.
Fortunately, he had the foresight to put in his earplugs before giving Fred the Banshee's Wail.
As expected, the bastard Fred opened the Banshee's Wail immediately after getting it.
The three people who were not wearing earplugs were hit and fell down without any warning.
Albert bent down and picked up the Banshee's Howl from the ground. After making sure that it was not damaged, he closed the Banshee again, glanced at his roommate who had fallen to the ground, and sighed softly.
If you don't seek death, you won't die. How come you don't know that
Albert tried the resuscitation spell on several people, but it had no effect, just like the little mouse. He took out the salt he had prepared in advance from his pocket, pried open Lee Jordan's mouth and fed him the salt, and also poured him a small cup of water, moving his Adam's apple for them to swallow.
Then, he continued to cast the spell to restore his vitality.
"What's wrong with me? It hurts, it hurts!" Li Qiaodan covered his head. He hit his head when he fell just now. "Bah, what the hell is this?"
He squatted beside and began to retch, looking very uncomfortable.
"That idiot Fred used this thing, and you all fainted." Albert shook the Banshee's Howl in his hand and explained casually.
Lee Jordan was so angry that his face twisted. He wanted to kick Fred. It was all because of this guy who made trouble and screwed all three of them. No wonder Albert didn't want to let them try last night. It seemed that this guy knew it would turn out like this.
Lee Jordan looked at Albert with resentment as he woke up the Weasley brothers. The two were not in good condition either. They were both bruised and were retching.
George was the most unlucky, and he even had a bump on his head.
"You knew this a long time ago!" Fred asked depressedly, "Why didn't you tell me earlier?"
"I told you last night!" Albert said unhappily, "But you just won't listen. You have to suffer a little before you learn your lesson."
"You must have done this on purpose!"
"So angry, let's beat him together."
