Daily Life at Hogwarts

Chapter 305: Ron's birthday

Views:

Late March, before Easter.

The students at Hogwarts were in high spirits, and even cases of minor fights increased as everyone was celebrating the arrival of Easter.

In the hall, Fred threw the quill in his hand on the table, packed up his holiday homework, and prepared to go out for some fresh air and relax. They had been busy with their holiday homework for the past few days, and they were almost suffocating themselves.

"Fred, wait for me." George also threw down his quill and prepared to run away with his brother.

"A bunch of bastards," Lee Jordan muttered. He also wanted to go out and relax, but he still suppressed his depression and continued to recite the spell theory in the book. He was almost there, just a little bit away from finishing it.

"Finally done." Angelina stretched, put away the History of Magic paper, took out a piece of parchment from the book, ticked the History of Magic paper, and turned her head to ask Shanna, "How much of your holiday homework is left?"

The parchment was filled with Easter holiday homework, and the long pile gave Angelina a headache.

The Easter holiday is not nearly as fun as Christmas.

Most students can only spend their time buried in piles of books, trying hard to complete their heavy homework, memorizing some key points in the books, or practicing spells. It is difficult for them to have a good holiday in a relaxed manner.

Unless, you can reduce the amount of holiday homework as much as possible before Easter, like they are doing now.

"There are still a few papers to be done." Shanna looked at the boy opposite and asked, "Where's Albert?"

"Um, there's not much homework left." Albert took the parchment handed to him by Angelina, glanced at the contents and said, "I don't have as much homework as you do. Most of the spells that need to be memorized and practiced have been completed. I just need to practice them when I have time."

"How enviable!" Sana envied Albert's memory. For most articles, Albert didn't need to recite them specifically, he only needed to read them a few times to remember them, so Albert's theoretical knowledge was very solid, which made her doubt whether Albert had memorized most of the theoretical books.

"Have you been hiding and practicing spells?" Alia suddenly asked.

"Oh, you actually found out?" Albert said jokingly. He really didn't need to spend a lot of time practicing most of the spells in class, otherwise how could he have extra time and energy to do other things

"We've been practicing stunning spells and disarming spells recently. Do you want to join us?" Fred suddenly appeared from behind Albert, put his hands on his shoulders, and said to everyone with a smile, "I've mastered it and can teach you."

I don't know when the twins came back.

No one paid any attention to Fred. They just ignored his words and continued to discuss their holiday homework. They would exchange the information they found with each other to save the time and energy of going to the library to look up information.

This way of division of labor and cooperation was thought up by Albert. It didn't matter anyway since everyone was not copying each other's homework. It saved everyone's time in looking for information and doubled the efficiency of completing holiday homework.

"You guys finished your tour so soon?" Albert asked without even looking up.

"Truman asked me to ask you, will the wizard card game be held as scheduled tomorrow?" George stated the reason why the two came back.

The holiday starts tomorrow and the day after tomorrow is Easter.

"Proceed as normal. If anyone is planning to go home for the holidays, I'm sorry." Albert said without hesitation.

Most students will spend Easter at Hogwarts, and few will go home during the Easter holidays. This is why professors desperately assign homework to students, hoping that students will be more well-behaved during the Easter holidays.

"By the way, I just saw Hagrid." George suddenly said, "He seemed very anxious and seemed to be going to find Headmaster Dumbledore. It felt like something had happened."

"It may be related to the giant eight-eyed spider!" Albert said casually, "The Forbidden Forest is not safe right now. There are wizards hunting those giant spiders in the woods, which has completely pissed those guys off."

"Why don't we go too?" Fred leaned his head closer and said excitedly, "I heard that the venom of the Acromantula is very valuable. Since there is a chance to make a fortune, why miss it?"

"Is the eight-eyed giant spider you are talking about the same big spider that Professor Smith mentioned last time?" Angelina asked with a raised eyebrow.

"By the way, aren't you afraid of those things?" Sana still remembered that the Weasley twins' Boggart was a giant eight-eyed spider.

"Don't talk nonsense. Be careful of being eaten by the Acromantula." Albert reached out and slapped Fred's hand on his shoulder, reminding him, "When you become the spider's excrement, don't blame me for not reminding you. Acromantulas eat people."

"Hey, could you please not say such disgusting things?" The girls all looked disgusted and were disgusted by what Albert said.

Alia silently put down the biscuit in her hand.

Albert didn't care and continued, "I think it was probably Hagrid who found the body of the poacher, so he rushed to report it to the principal."

“I always feel that the poacher is unlucky.” Fred couldn’t help but complain. “After hearing what you said, he might be eaten by an eight-eyed giant spider one day. If I were him, I would be so scared that I would explode on the spot and stay away from those giant spiders.”

As we all know, what Albert says is sometimes more accurate than predictions, especially when it comes to bad things, he always comes right.

At this moment, a scream suddenly came from the hall.

Peeves threw a bag of wolf spiders onto each of the long tables in the academy. The spiders were running around, scaring the timid students.

"Where did it get the wolf spider from?" Fred took out his wand, knocked down the wolf spider that was crawling over, picked it up and looked at it, then said with a smile, "I've decided. This thing will be Ron's birthday present this year."

"I really want to see how Ron would react when he opens the gift box and sees a bunch of spiders crawling out of it." George also pulled out his wand and started to stun the wolf spider on the table.

"I remember your brother seemed to be afraid of spiders!"

"I think you'd better give up this crazy idea." Sana couldn't help shaking her head as she watched the twins put the tarantula into the box.

"Ron is so unlucky. How could he have a brother like you?"

"No, that's his luck," Fred and George said in unison.

"Be careful of the howling letters you receive," said Albert.

"I think so too." Lee Jordan couldn't help but shake his head. It would be a nightmare in his life if he opened his birthday present and found something he was afraid of crawling out of it.

"How dare you make such a joke."

An angry voice sounded in their ears. Percy put his hands on his hips, stared at Fred and George, and confiscated the box containing the wolf spider.

"I'll write to mother and tell her."

"No, we were just joking, it was just a joke."

Fred and George were unable to change Percy's decision. There was nothing they could do because the joke they played was so bad.

"Werewolf, there is a werewolf in the Forbidden Forest." At this time, someone ran into the auditorium and shouted.

"I overheard the conversation between the big guy and the headmaster. They found a werewolf in the Forbidden Forest." The senior student said breathlessly, "Headmaster Dumbledore has already gone to the forest."
