On the northern slope of a hill somewhere in Scotland, there is a house in an unknown place. It is the home of Serra Harrithis, and few people know that this famous and eccentric wizard lives here.
Today, Sera Harrisis welcomed a rare guest. An old man with a white beard walked towards this side with light steps. He stopped at the door and raised his hand to knock on the wooden door.
After a moment, the wooden door was opened from the inside.
"I hope I didn't keep you waiting too long, Sera!" the visitor greeted the owner of the place.
"You are always so punctual." Harris said with a smile: "However, many people were disappointed when you didn't attend the party last time."
"Nico has something to do." Dumbledore said vaguely, "I can't get away for the time being. Hello, Mr. Anderson."
"Good morning, Professor Dumbledore." Albert nodded slightly to the old man who appeared in the entrance. "Is Mr. Nicolas Flamel really still alive?"
"Yes. However, we'd better not discuss this here." Dumbledore winked at Albert and said, "He is in some trouble now."
"Okay, I know what you are worried about. My invasion spell didn't detect anyone else around. Of course, if you are worried, you can use my emergency exit!" Harrysis understood Dumbledore's concerns.
After all, the other party is a mysterious person, so it's always better to be careful.
"Emergency exit?" Dumbledore raised his eyebrows slightly.
"You must know it. Come with me." Harris took them to a miscellaneous room where there was a cabinet.
"The Vanishing Cabinet?" Albert asked.
"Yes, the Vanishing Cabinet."
"I didn't expect you still have this antique here." Dumbledore reached out and touched the Vanishing Cabinet, tilting his head and asking, "By the way, is this thing still usable?"
"Of course, I checked it not long ago." Harrysis was a little dissatisfied with Dumbledore's questioning.
"This thing was very popular when the mysterious man was rampant last time. Let's start from another place." Harryhis gestured to Albert to go first.
Albert stepped into the cabinet, and after it closed again, he felt a sense of emptiness in his body, as if he was going down in an elevator, and the cabinet soon reopened.
When he went out, Albert found himself in a dusty room. The air in this damn place was terrible, and there was a Gubler fairy fire on the wall to provide light.
Not long after, Dumbledore and Harry Heath also walked out of the Vanishing Cabinet.
"I dare say you haven't taken care of this place for a long time." Dumbledore said, looking around.
"It's been a while since I last used it." Harishis said with a smile, "We are underground now, we can just Apparate from here."
"Mr. Anderson, please hold my hand." Dumbledore said to Albert beside him. Harrysis also stretched out his hand, and the three of them held together.
The next moment, the three of them disappeared.
After Albert got rid of the discomfort caused by Apparition, the air around him became fresher and they appeared in an alley in a city.
"Sir, is this really okay?" Albert could sense that Dumbledore was using the Disillusionment Charm on him, and the cold chill quickly spread from the top of his head to his whole body.
"What."
Dumbledore didn't react for a moment.
"I can't use magic outside of school." Albert reminded helplessly, "I don't want to receive any more warning letters from the Ministry of Magic."
"Haha, you're right. Those guys in the Ministry of Magic who are just sitting there doing nothing are always unreliable." Harrysis obviously didn't like dealing with those guys in the Ministry of Magic.
"Don't worry, they know you will be with me today." Dumbledore blinked and said, "Also, there are always loopholes in the law. Usually you have to constrain and abide by it yourself."
Albert continued to sneer, but did not speak any more.
There are indeed loopholes in the law, but how many of those loopholes are prepared by the lawmakers themselves? The saying "magistrates are allowed to set fires, but ordinary people are not allowed to light lamps" will never be out of date no matter where they are.
“Follow me!”
Dumbledore motioned for the two to follow him, and he led Albert across the street and into a busy apartment nearby. When passing the corner of the third-floor staircase, Dumbledore stopped at the corner, raised his hand and knocked on the wall rhythmically, as if knocking on the door.
After waiting for a few seconds, Dumbledore led the two of them directly through the wall, and they appeared in a corridor with no end in sight.
"Welcome to Flat 12, Tulip Street," Dumbledore said softly.
When Dumbledore mentioned Apartment 12 Tulip Street, a red wooden door appeared out of thin air in front of Albert.
"Is this the effect of the Fidelius Charm?" This was the first time Albert had such an experience and it felt very magical. At that moment just now, Dumbledore's words should have been a leak to them.
"You know this spell too." Dumbledore motioned for him to follow.
After the doorbell rang, the wooden door opened from the inside, and an elderly and thin man appeared at the door and smiled at the three of them.
"Albus, you're here."
The old man quickly shifted his gaze from Dumbledore to Albert, and gave him a kind smile.
"There's no one monitoring the other side anymore, so it should be safe for now." Dumbledore said softly after entering the room, "But you'd better be careful."
"Albus, are you sure you don't want to stay for a cup of tea?" Perenelle asked, poking her head from the kitchen.
"No, I have other things to do." Dumbledore declined politely.
"You are Sera Harithis?" Perenelle said. "It has been a long time since we last met."
"About twelve years." Harishis said, "I heard you were in some trouble."
"Yes, it was a disaster," Perenelle said, looking at Albert. "I think this is the amazing Mr. Anderson, isn't it?"
"magic?"
Albert suddenly didn't know what to say.
"Yes, a very talented child." Harris said with a smile, "Of course, he is also quite magical."
"Sit down, kid, and don't be shy." Nico said, "What would you like to drink?"
"Black tea, thank you."
"What about you? Sera?" Nico asked again.
"Same."
"I remember you preferred pumpkin juice."
"People change, and so do interests."
The elderly man waved his wand and made them two cups of black tea.
"I see the shadow of young Dumbledore in you." Perenelle handed over two snacks. "When we met him, he had just graduated from school and was full of talent."
