Will Quirrell try to create the Philosopher's Stone

It would be really interesting if Quirrell actually tried it.

A long time ago, the formula of the Philosopher's Stone began to circulate in the magic world. Most wizards who have studied alchemy know of the existence of this thing. No one knows whether the formula is true or false.

Albert believes the formula for the Philosopher's Stone is a fake.

After all, there is no second Philosopher's Stone in this world.

Quirrell has never been exposed to alchemy, so he probably won't be able to figure out the authenticity of the Philosopher's Stone formula for a while. I wonder when he will finally realize it.

After his own failed attempt to create the Philosopher's Stone

Or was it a painful reminder that Voldemort gave him after finding out

Or maybe Quirrell was simply at a loss and had no idea where to start.

Albert felt that the third possibility was more likely. Quirrell had never been exposed to the field of alchemy, so the most likely possibility was that he was just groping in the dark.

Although Albert hoped that Quirrell would spend time to make the Philosopher's Stone, he suddenly realized that he had spent a lot of time and money, but ended up with a piece of waste stone.

However, how this matter will turn out is not something he can control alone.

Next, Albert will take the initiative to find Hermione, give her another translated formula of the Philosopher's Stone, and guide them to find Nicolas Flamel's information. Anyway, Harry Potter will eventually know Nicolas Flamel's information, so wouldn't it be better to let him use it as a favor

"You said that what is written on this parchment is false?" Hermione asked doubtfully.

"As long as you look up what the Philosopher's Stone is, you will know why I said it is fake." Albert said mysteriously.

At this time, Ron came to Hermione with wizard chess. Hermione herself had never played wizard chess before, so she suggested playing wizard cards instead.

Unfortunately, Ron himself was not very good at playing wizard cards and did not have his own deck, so he naturally did not want to play wizard cards. When he saw Hermione reading the contents of the parchment, he gave up the idea of playing chess with her and instead invited Albert to play wizard chess.

Albert, who was just fishing out his cat, thought about it and agreed. It was a way to kill time after dinner, and also to test Ron's wizard chess skills.

After all, he was going to break into the chessboard set by Professor McGonagall someday.

They were halfway down when they saw Harry hurried back to the common room.

"You don't look well. Did you get sick from the rain?" Hermione, who was watching the two people playing chess, looked up at Harry who was walking towards them and asked worriedly.

"He probably wants to tell you that Snape is going to be the referee!" Albert ordered the Queen to eat Ron's knight, and told Ron and Hermione the bad news before Harry.

Harry felt a tightness in his chest when someone else said it first.

"Oh, my God, this isn't fair. How can Snape be qualified to be a referee? Everyone knows that he hates Gryffindor students." Ron looked at Harry in disbelief, wanting to hear the truth from Harry himself.

"It's true. Wood just told me." Harry said depressedly, "Snape will be the referee in the match against the Hufflepuff team."

"Don't enter the competition," said Hermione quickly.

"Just say you're sick," said Ron. "If that doesn't work, just break your leg."

"Don't be nervous. Snape is not as scary as you think." Albert looked at the two people who were giving blind advice speechlessly. It sounded as if Potter was going to face a scary monster. "And Ron, if you don't play chess seriously, you will lose this game."

Ron's wizard chess skills were pretty good, at least better than most people Albert knew. No wonder he was able to pass Professor McGonagall's chess game.

"Oh no, I've already lost!"

Ron looked at the chessboard for a long time, and was depressed to find that after his knight was eliminated, the whole game was completely at a disadvantage, and the last chance of turning defeat into victory was completely gone.

Just then, a fat-faced boy stumbled into the common room, his legs stuck together, apparently under a leg-locking spell.

Everyone laughed when they saw the boy's miserable appearance, and Hermione immediately stepped forward to remove the curse from him.

"What's going on, Neville?" asked Harry.

"Malfoy," Neville's voice was trembling slightly, "I ran into him outside the library. He was looking for someone to practice the Leg-Locking Charm on."

"Go find Professor McGonagall!" Hermione suggested. "Sue him!"

"I don't want to get into any more trouble." Neville shook his head and muttered vaguely.

"If you are timid, others will only bully you more." Albert frowned slightly. It was not the first time he encountered school violence. Being weak would only lead to being bullied.

"What should I do?" Neville asked, choking.

"You should practice your spells well. Next time if Malfoy dares to cast a spell on you, you can find an excuse to teach him a lesson." Albert narrowed his eyes and suggested, "If that doesn't work, just punch him unexpectedly. As long as you knock off his wand, he will be no different from a Muggle."

"Yes, that's a great idea!" Harry agreed with Albert's point of view.

"I can't do it," said Neville sadly. "I don't like fighting."

"But others want to bully you." Ron didn't like Neville's character, "You are too timid."

"Is there no way to help him?" Hermione looked at Albert.

"It takes courage on his part," said Albert, smoothing down Tom's hair.

"I know I'm a coward," Neville choked up, "Malfoy said I didn't deserve to be in Gryffindor."

"Well, don't be sad, at least the Sorting Hat assigned you to Gryffindor, it thinks you don't lack courage." Albert took out a candy and handed it to Neville.

"Thank you." Neville peeled the candy and put it in his mouth.

"If you don't want to be bullied, you should be courageous." Albert said to Neville, "It's not as difficult as you think to be courageous. If someone wants to bully the person most important to you, will you watch it?"

Neville's face turned pale, he clenched his fists and walked silently towards the boys' dormitory.

"Neville is too timid." Ron shook his head.

"He just lacks the courage to take the first step." Albert left with his cat.

"What's that in your hand?" Ron asked curiously, looking at the parchment in Hermione's hand.

"This is what Albert gave me just now. Remember the parchment we found in the treasure last time?" Hermione explained.

"Oh, that's the tricky treasure map!" Ron couldn't help but complain, "What's written on it?"

"This is the formula for the Philosopher's Stone." Hermione hesitated, then said, "Albert said this formula is fake."

"Fake?"

As soon as Harry heard that the formula was fake, most of his interest in parchment disappeared.

"How does he know this is fake?" Ron raised his eyebrows slightly.

"He didn't tell me, so I went to check what the Philosopher's Stone is, and then I'd know why this parchment is fake." Hermione was going to take some time to check what the Philosopher's Stone was.
