Chapter 434: Record breaking

"Aren't you going to watch the Quidditch match today?"

In the room, Katrina put away the homework she had just finished, looked up at Albert who was still busy doing his own thing across the table, and reminded him, "I remember today is the match between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff."

"I know, there's no rush. You go first, and we'll see each other soon." Albert buried his head in his own work.

Now Katrina understood that the other party was preparing to use the time turner.

Not long after, the door of the Room of Requirement was opened and Isobel walked in with brisk steps, looking like she had just returned from outside the castle.

"Faster than expected, it looks like Gryffindor has won." Albert said without looking up.

"How do you know Gryffindor won?" Katrina couldn't understand where Albert's confidence came from. The Hufflepuff team was not weak.

"Gryffindor did win."

Isobel sat next to Albert, took out a thermos cup from her backpack, poured herself a cup of freshly brewed milk tea, and poured a cup each for Albert and Katrina.

"Would you like a piece of cake?" she asked.

"No, I haven't had lunch yet." Albert took a sip of the milk tea, but did not eat the cake provided by the other party. "Please help me test this thing later."

As he spoke, he handed a quill to Isobel.

"Is this the automatic quill pen you mentioned to me last time?" Isobel took the quill pen handed to her by Albert, looked at it carefully, and felt that it was no different from an ordinary quill pen.

However, she could roughly guess how to use this thing. Albert had told her the manufacturing principle.

“This thing is still a work in progress.”

Albert put away the parchment on the table and continued reading for a while. When it was almost twelve o'clock, he closed the book in his hand and prepared to go to the kitchen for lunch.

Albert ate something and asked the house-elf to prepare some cakes before leaving. After the game, Fred and George would definitely come to the kitchen to get some food to celebrate their victory.

The two found a secluded place and used the time-turner together to go back an hour ago, which was the time when everyone was preparing to go to the Quidditch field to watch the game.

Didn't Professor McGonagall say that the Time-Turner should not be used for anything other than learning?"

Katrina was stunned by Albert's skillful operation. Shouldn't he have been able to avoid being discovered by others

"You're not worried at all..." Katrina was interrupted by Albert before she could finish her words.

"As long as you operate it properly, you won't encounter those problems. At this point in time, we are still in the Room of Requirement, so there will be no situation where two people appear at the same time. I have always told you that you should make good use of the Room of Requirement." Albert thought that Katrina should be bolder when using the Time Turner instead of using it timidly. Katrina didn't use the Time Turner much to buy herself more time, which made herself so tired.

Katrina was speechless, especially when she saw Isobel coming over to greet them soon after. She probably realized that Isobel's situation was similar to Albert's.

"I really don't understand why Professor Snape wants to be a referee?" Katrina said in confusion as she looked at Snape, whose face was extremely gloomy.

The audience was very surprised to see Snape replacing Madam Hooch as the temporary referee. Gryffindor House's reaction was even a little extreme. It was not known who took the lead in throwing things onto the field to express protest.

"Perhaps Snape wanted to prevent Gryffindor from winning."

Of course Albert knew why Snape became the referee, but he would not tell anyone else. After all, Snape had been misunderstood for more than a day or two, and he didn't mind Snape continuing to be misunderstood.

In fact, many people, including other teachers, believed that Snape wanted to prevent Gryffindor from winning.

Who made Snape unwelcome at Hogwarts

Honestly, Snape's behavior was a little ridiculous, and he didn't need to go to all that trouble.

Who would make two mistakes in a row

Dumbledore was present in person, and Albert didn't think Quirrell would be stupid enough to attack Harry twice in the same place, and under the headmaster's nose.

The game finally started in chaos. George "accidentally" hit the bludger at the referee, forcing Snape to dodge in time. Snape was so angry that he directly awarded the Hufflepuff team a penalty.

A few minutes later, Snape awarded Hufflepuff another penalty kick for no reason, giving Hufflepuff the advantage of scoring first.

Listening to Lee Jordan's sarcasm, the originally excited Hufflepuff students felt a little embarrassed. Snape's obvious favoritism was really hard to accept.

If Snape continued like this, there was a good chance that Hufflepuff would get the points to win the game before either team caught the Golden Snitch.

"Snape wants Slytherin House to continue winning the Quidditch trophy?" Katrina felt that she had guessed Snape's purpose. As long as Gryffindor lost a game, Slytherin would have a chance to turn defeat into victory.

"The breakthrough lies in Harry Potter," said Isobel.

Albert and Katrina were both silent. They both knew that Gryffindor won in the end, and there was no doubt that Harry Potter caught the Golden Snitch.

The three of them tacitly pointed their binoculars at Harry Potter. The savior was circling the field like an eagle, seemingly looking for the Golden Snitch.

At this moment, Harry suddenly shot to the ground like a bullet, and the audience stood up, exclaiming and cheering.

"What on earth does he want to do?" someone screamed.

Harry rushed directly at Snape, ready to knock him off his broom.

Just as Snape adjusted his broom to avoid Potter's attack, he saw a golden object whizzing past his ear. Harry also stopped diving and his hand stopped a few inches in front of Snape's side.

When Snape was about to award a penalty to the Hufflepuff team, he saw the other team giving him a malicious smile. Then, Harry raised his arms in victory, and the Snitch was tightly grasped in his hand.

The game is over.

The stands were immediately boiling with excitement. This was undoubtedly a new record that would be difficult to break.

The entire game lasted less than five minutes.

“We won! We won!”

As the Gryffindor students swarmed into the stadium, lifted Harry up and threw him into the air, Snape, with a pale face, landed, looked at Harry Potter who was surrounded by people, and spat on the ground angrily.
