Chapter 45: Armor Curse

It takes a long time for the ice to freeze three feet thick.

The bad relationship between the Weasley twins and Filch is not without reason.

Yesterday, George and Fred spent the entire night together discussing how to take revenge on Filch and make the old man lose face. In the end, even Lee Jordan came over to discuss the matter with them.

What's the result

The three of them stayed up late and couldn't get up in the morning.

In the end, it was Albert who returned to the dormitory after breakfast and woke them up one by one to prevent them from being late for the morning herbal class.

"I'm so sleepy." George held back a yawn, holding a piece of bread in his hand and eating as he walked.

"I should have known I wouldn't have discussed those nonsense with you guys." Lee Jordan finished the piece of bread in his hand, stared at the untouched piece of bread in Fred's hand and asked, "Give it to me if you don't want to eat it. I'm not full."

"Who said I don't want to eat?" Fred quickly put the bread into his mouth and took a bite, then asked, "Do you want more?"

Lee Jordan looked at Fred with disdain and turned his head away and stopped looking at him.

"By the way, you guys talked for so long last night, what plans did you make?" Albert asked casually.

"We plan to throw a few dung bombs at Filch's office door." Fred became a little excited when he talked about this.

"That's it?" Albert felt speechless.

You guys discussed this all night and this is all you got

Just as they were on their way to Greenhouse No. 1, they suddenly heard a scream coming from the aisle in front of them. Several people looked at each other, and when they walked over, they found Peeves floating in the sky, holding an ink bottle in his hand, blowing ink beads at the passing students.

Some people were very angry and threw paper balls at Peeves, trying to drive it away.

Peeves dodged the paper ball easily and chuckled at him. In revenge for someone throwing something at him, Peeves sprayed ink from his mouth all over the other person's face.

The man's face was almost twisted with anger, but he couldn't do anything about Peeves. In the end, everyone could only cover their heads with books and run quickly through the corridor.

"Peeves, are you a ghost?" Albert looked at the naughty man in front of him. This was the first time he saw Peeves. This guy had a pair of evil black eyes and a big mouth, but he was very small and wore a hat decorated with bells on his head.

The two sides confirmed through eye contact that he was a guy with a bad taste.

"What do you think?" Peeves stared at Albert and the other three, with an evil smile on his lips, which made them feel numb.

"Obviously not, a ghost can't pick up an ink bottle!" Albert drew his wand and waved it forward, shouting, "Armor!"

A large amount of ink splashed towards the four people was blocked by Albert's armor spell.

Even Peeves was stunned. He had never thought that he would fail.

"You nasty little brat." After the ink bottle was bounced away by the Shield Charm, Peeves made a rude gesture towards Albert and flew away.

"No wonder everyone hates Peeves." Li Jordan was almost driven crazy when he saw the ink splatters on his body.

"Clean it all up!" Albert raised his wand and pointed it at the ink on the ground. The descaling spell made most of the ink disappear.

"Actually, there's no need to clean it up. Maybe we should leave more footprints in the corridor." The twins looked at each other and happily stopped Albert. Anyway, it would be Filch who would clean up the corridor, and Peeves was the culprit of all this and had nothing to do with them.

"Forget it, let's go!" Albert couldn't help shaking his head, "Be careful not to be late."

"How did you do that just now?" When arriving at the entrance of Greenhouse No. 1, George curiously asked what the spell was about.

"You mean the Shield Charm?" Albert looked around at the students crowded at the entrance of Greenhouse No. 1. Most of them had been killed by Peeves, and there were traces of ink on their clothes.

"Iron Shield Charm?" Fredno murmured thoughtfully, "I seem to have heard it somewhere."

"The Shield Charm is a relatively practical defensive spell that can block most physical and magical attacks." Albert explained casually. He had already seen Professor Pomona Sprout coming this way. Everyone automatically made way for the Hufflepuff headmaster to open the door of Greenhouse No. 1.

"Where did you learn this?" Li Jordan asked curiously, "You know a lot of spells."

"I found this in a book I bought extra. I learned it because I felt it was useful. It took me quite some time." Albert lied. The Armor Spell was mastered directly by spending experience points.

After all, there's no harm in mastering a spell that can protect yourself.

"It should be difficult for us. But it's really cool that you learned it." George walked into the greenhouse with admiration on his face. "As long as you learn it, you don't have to worry about someone casting a curse on you."

Albert couldn't help but roll his eyes. Judging from the level of Hogwarts students, it was just a bunch of rookies pecking at each other.

"What's wrong with you?" Cedric Diggory, who was standing opposite Albert, looked at his classmates covered in ink in astonishment.

"It was Peeves. He just spilled ink on the corridor. You're lucky he just left." Fred replied unhappily. His pants were also splashed with ink.

"Open 'One Thousand Magical Herbs and Fungi'. Our lesson today is to give you a general understanding of what the herb class teaches and what you should learn from this class." Pomona Sprout was a short and fat witch who always had a kind smile on her face. In the first lesson of the herb class, she taught them some of the herbs in the book and their uses.

Albert feels that Herbology is similar to Muggle botany, in that students need to learn how to care for and use plants and understand their magical properties and applications.

Many plants serve as ingredients in potions and medicines, while others have specific magical effects.

Of course, the most representative one is white mulberry.

Dittany is a plant with magical properties that can be used to make potions and also has a strong healing effect.

Pomona introduced to them that since not all wounds can be healed through magic, diffusa can make a great contribution to healing.

A long time ago, wizards knew how to use Dictamni to treat themselves. They would simply chop up the Dictamni and apply it to the wounds.

As for today's wizards, they would mention the essence of Dictamni. Just a little bit can effectively heal wounds, and wounds treated with Dictamni will not leave scars.

The only regret is that there are not many wild Dalmatian fish left, and most of them need to be cultivated artificially. How to care for Dalmatian fish is one of their main courses this semester, and it is also a required subject for them to take exams.
