"Hagrid, are you okay?"
As soon as the wooden door opened from the inside, Harry was startled by Hagrid's bloodshot eyes.
In order to escape the annoying review plan made by Hermione, Harry and Ron persuaded Hermione to go with them to find Hagrid on the pretext that Hagrid invited everyone to have tea.
"I'm fine."
Hagrid's words were not very convincing and he looked very scary.
The matter of the dragon eggs has always troubled him.
Hagrid really wanted to own a dragon egg, but he had no idea how to get one, which made him extremely frustrated.
If Quirrell knew what Hagrid was thinking, he would probably beg Hagrid to go to the Hog's Head Inn and he would personally present the dragon egg to him.
Unfortunately, Quirrell couldn't expose himself, so his annoyance was no better than Hagrid's.
"You don't look like you're okay."
Ron muttered. If he hadn't known Hagrid for a long time, he would probably be scared by his appearance.
In response to Harry's questioning, Hagrid didn't mention a word about the dragon eggs, but only said that he didn't sleep well last night.
Hermione guessed the reason, but she didn't want to say it directly. She felt that Hagrid became like this probably because of Albert's dragon egg prophecy. If she wanted to solve Hagrid's problem, she could only go to Albert.
After getting Hermione's secret hint, Hagrid quickly realized it, and immediately wrote a letter and gave it to Hermione, asking Hermione to help pass it on to Albert.
The content of the letter was simple, inviting Albert to come over for tea.
After leaving Hagrid's hut, Harry, who was walking in front, suddenly stopped, turned back to look at Hermione and said: "Do you know something?"
Ron looked at Harry and then at Hermione. He had felt something was a little strange since just now, but he couldn't tell what was strange.
"Yeah, I know a little bit."
"Don't keep me in suspense," Ron urged.
"A prophecy."
Hermione hesitated for a moment, then said, "About half a month ago, Albert made a prophecy to Hagrid. At that time, I saw him hurriedly heading towards Hagrid's hut, so I followed him here."
"What prophecy?" Harry couldn't help asking.
"Albert predicted that Hagrid would get a dragon egg." Hermione looked very conflicted. After a long silence, she continued, "Albert thought that Hagrid would hatch a dragon from the dragon egg, and that he would burn down his house because of the dragon."
"Dragon eggs." Ron's eyes widened in surprise.
"Hagrid has always wanted to have a dragon." Harry recalled that Hagrid had mentioned this when they first met. "He once told me that he wanted to have a dragon."
"But... raising a dragon is illegal," Ron reminded.
"Albert obviously knew this, so he went to warn Hagrid." Hermione sighed helplessly, "But it didn't have the desired effect... Hagrid obviously didn't listen."
"It costs a lot of money to get a dragon egg. I'm sure Hagrid can't afford it." Ron would always feel depressed when he mentioned money.
"What's with the prophecy?" Harry gave Hermione a puzzled look.
"Albert seems to be able to predict the future, but I'm not sure if it's true." Hermione said helplessly that she didn't know whether the so-called prophecy was true or not.
"There are very few true prophet masters," Ron reminded. "Percy often complained that he didn't learn much useful things in Divination class."
As they chatted about the dragon eggs, they headed towards the common room, but did not find Albert.
Hermione was going to try her luck in the library, and Harry seemed to have something to do with Albert, so he went with Hermione. As for Ron, he stayed in the common room to play wizard chess with his roommates.
The two failed to find Albert in the library.
"What do you want to do with Albert?" Hermione asked puzzledly. She didn't understand why Harry followed her to see Albert.
"I have something I want to ask him."
Halfway to the hall, the two met Albert, who was chatting with a pretty red-haired girl.
Hermione hesitated for a moment, but still quickly stepped forward and handed Hagrid's envelope to Albert.
"Um... can I talk to you alone for a few words?" Harry asked in a tangled manner. He noticed Albert raised his eyebrows, but the latter finally agreed.
"What is it, Potter?"
The two walked aside, and Albert asked first.
"I heard from Hermione that you predicted that Hagrid would get a dragon egg, and now he seems..."
"Well, I think I understand what you mean." Albert nodded before Harry finished speaking, "It seems that Hagrid won't listen to my persuasion. Now his mind is full of dragon eggs."
"Hermione said you could prophesy."
"Do you believe it?" Albert looked at Potter with a smile.
"I don't know." Harry shook his head.
"Well, it doesn't really matter whether it can be predicted or not." Albert said self-deprecatingly, "Many people are unwilling to believe in so-called prophecies, especially when they have not yet come true."
"Can you tell me who got the Philosopher's Stone in the end?"
Harry hesitated for a long time and finally asked the question in his heart.
"Philosopher's Stone, do you mean the treasure hidden in the restricted area on the fourth floor?" Albert said after seeing Harry nod, "Okay, I can tell you. You are the one who will get that treasure in the end."
At this point, Albert suddenly showed a strange smile, “Are you very happy?”
"It seems that Snape didn't succeed in the end." Harry couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief. He obviously didn't believe that Albert could predict the future, but after what happened to Hagrid and Hermione, Harry decided to believe it a little. Everyone said that Albert was magical and what he said was always accurate. Even if he really could tell fortunes, it didn't seem like a strange thing.
"What did you say to Albert just now?" After Albert left, Hermione was very curious about what Harry had talked about with Albert in such a mysterious way.
"He said I would get the Philosopher's Stone in the end." Harry hesitated, but still told Hermione, "Do you think he was telling the truth?"
"I don't know." Hermione shook her head. Looking at Harry's expression, she suddenly wanted to laugh. She knew that she might have been cheated, so why was she still so looking forward to it
"By the way, that person just now should be the Isobel that was rumored. She is so beautiful." Hermione's thoughts drifted to the red-haired girl who had just chatted with her.
Isobel told Hermione about the club and she thought Hermione had a chance to join the club organized by the professors.
"Who is Isobel?" Harry asked confusedly.
"A talented witch from Ravenclaw, she just won the championship of the Wizarding Card Competition." Hermione was speechless. As expected, Harry had never paid special attention to these things.
