In the evening, as it gradually darkened, Albert folded the Marauder's Map and put it in his pocket. He left the Room of Requirement amid the whistles of Fred, George and Lee Jordan.
The three of them seemed to have some strange misunderstanding about Albert's words that he had an appointment with someone else.
Albert was too lazy to explain to them. It was just a misunderstanding. It was not like he had never dated Isobel before.
When he passed through the secret passage and reached the third floor, Albert took out his pocket watch from his pocket and glanced at the hands on it. It was still a few minutes until seven o'clock in the evening.
This was enough time for him to reach Professor McGonagall's office.
Just after seven o'clock, Albert put his pocket watch into his pocket and knocked on the wooden door of the office.
After a while, footsteps were heard from inside the door.
Professor McGonagall opened the door, looked at Albert standing outside and said, "Very punctual."
"I would like to borrow..."
Albert was interrupted by Professor McGonagall before he could finish his words.
"Bud has already written to me about this." Professor McGonagall took two steps back, made room at the door, and motioned for Albert to come in and talk.
"You should be able to use Floo powder, right?"
“Yes.”
"That's good." Professor McGonagall handed the box of Floo powder to Albert and suddenly reminded him, "You must be back before curfew."
"Got it." Albert took a pinch of Floo powder from the box and sprinkled it on the fireplace.
With a whoosh, the fire in the fireplace rolled up into green flames, rising higher than the two of them.
Albert walked straight into the fire and shouted "Number 192 Diagon Alley". He was sucked into the flames and his body seemed to be spinning rapidly in a washing machine. The whistling sound passed by his ears.
After an unknown amount of time, Albert felt himself fall headfirst onto the cold stone ground.
"Sir, are you all right?"
A sharp voice sounded in Albert's ears. It was the house-elf.
"Yeah, I'm fine."
"Please hold my hand and I will take you to the banquet venue."
As soon as Albert got up from the ground, the house-elf reached out and grabbed his wrist, Apparated with him and disappeared from the spot.
When Albert came to his senses, he found himself standing in a brightly lit hall.
The house-elf beside him pushed him to sit on a chair.
"Good evening." Professor Brode greeted Albert with a smile, "It seems that you are not used to this way of traveling."
"Yeah, I feel a little uncomfortable." Albert suppressed the nausea and nodded slightly to the people present. He found that Sera Harrisis was also here.
"I'm sure you'll get used to it gradually," Tiberius Ogden said gently and comfortingly.
"Are you surprised why I am here?" Sera Harrisis winked at Albert and said with a smile.
"I can probably guess why," said Albert.
"I hope you don't get bored spending Easter with old men like us." Gerber Smith also gave Albert a kind smile. "After all, we don't have much time to get together. As a family, we still need to spend some time cultivating our feelings."
The house-elves quickly served the food, which was still mainly French and Italian delicacies, but they were all foods that were easier to digest.
"I know you may be a little surprised. Although some rules cannot be changed, rules are ultimately dead. People are alive, and people are more important." McDougal said calmly.
"So, I became one of you in advance?" Albert asked curiously after stuffing the lobster meat covered with cheese on the seafood noodles into his mouth and swallowing it.
"You can say that." Professor Broad nodded with a smile.
"Can you tell me what made you make this change?" Albert said, listening attentively while continuing to finish his seafood pasta.
"A while ago, I visited an old friend, and he told me that the spark that could bring war is still shining brightly above our heads," Tiberius Ogdenwen said softly.
"A prophet?" Albert put down his fork, wiped the corners of his mouth with a handkerchief, looked at Tiberus and asked, "Is this a hint that fighting will break out again soon?"
"Yes, he is good at stargazing and divination." Ogden sighed and said, "He told me that in the past ten years, there have been various signs that the people in the wizarding world are just experiencing a brief period of peace between the two wars."
"I've also heard some rumors recently, related to the You-Know-Who." Albert said calmly: "It is said that the You-Know-Who has set his sights on the Philosopher's Stone, and that stone is now in Hogwarts?"
"That's not good news." McDougal frowned. "It's hard to imagine Dumbledore doing that."
"Potter is enrolled this year," Professor Broad reminded, "Everyone calls him the savior. I think something might happen between them."
"Yes, your guess is right. I also think something will happen between them." Albert peeled off the broken lobster claws.
"As Wildsmith's heir, we hope you can pay attention to your own safety." Gerber Smith had no other negative emotions towards him because his grandson was killed by Albert.
Sometimes, Albert feels incredible.
"Oh, of course I will protect myself. After all, I haven't lived enough." Albert said seriously.
During the dinner, they talked about many things, including the First Wizarding War, and even earlier, the events in the wizarding world caused by the first generation of Dark Lord.
Whether it was Ogden, Smith, or even Harry Heath, they were all imparting their experiences to Albert.
They were all very worried about the outbreak of the Second Wizarding War, and even more worried that the war would last a long time.
Voldemort made everyone dare to call him "the evil who must not even be named". It was not only because the name was cast a magic spell, but also because it caused fear that was deeply engraved in people's hearts for years or even longer.
"If something bad really happens, I hope you can hide, or just leave Britain and wait for the war to end before coming back." Ogden looked at Albert and said seriously.
Escaping may be an act of weakness, but it is undoubtedly the best solution.
"Because I'm a Gryffindor student?" Albert asked with a raised eyebrow.
It was obvious why several people had to emphasize this matter to him at this time, undoubtedly because they were worried that he was a Gryffindor student.
Gryffindor students are not lacking in courage, but facing Voldemort or his minions head-on is obviously not a situation they want to see.
The Wildsmith family is so secretive that as long as all members hide, there is nowhere to find them even if you want to, and not many people know of their existence.
"Don't worry, I cherish my life more than you do, and I can actually tell fortunes," Albert said calmly.
"That's why we're worried." Professor Brode sighed softly, "When you were in your first year, you dared to break into the Forbidden Forest alone. I know you made a lot of preparations, but you still took a risk. Even if the risk is very low, it's still a risk after all."
"I don't need to mention what happened last year," McDougal said with a sigh.
"You like adventures too much. Maybe you have made careful preparations for every adventure, but we don't want you to take risks, because no preparation is perfect."
"Don't worry, I won't joke about my life." Albert said calmly, "Besides, there is Isobel."
"Isobel's kid is good, but you're more suitable," Ogden said.
"I heard you were dating?" Mog asked tentatively.
"Well, we are indeed dating," Albert admitted directly.
"See, I told you they would definitely get together." Professor Brode smiled and winked at the others. "They have very similar personalities."
"That's great. Let's get married after you graduate." Gerber Smith decided. "Then settle down abroad and don't return to Britain for the time being. We will all leave Britain to avoid the upcoming Second Wizarding War."
Albert was speechless when he heard this.
To be honest, using the word war is a bit of an exaggeration.
Moreover, he knew that the so-called Second Wizarding War did not last as long as the first one, and Voldemort was soon ended by the Savior.
The concerns of several of you here are undoubtedly unnecessary.
But Albert couldn't tell them that Voldemort was quickly defeated after the Second War began.
