Daily Life at Hogwarts

Chapter 873: Take the blame

Views:

Albert greatly underestimated the enthusiasm of Hogwarts students. The next morning, as soon as he showed up in the common room, he was immediately surrounded by a group of Gryffindor students. Everyone asked a lot of questions at once, which made Albert very impatient. He felt like a group of noisy birds were chirping in his ears.

After finally getting rid of them and escaping from the common room, I saw Fred, George and Lee Jordan coming out of the common room with gloating looks on their faces.

"You can't keep hiding from people." Lee Jordan looked at the deflated Albert and tried hard not to laugh out loud.

George reached out and patted Albert on the shoulder, comforting him: "In a few days, when everyone's enthusiasm has subsided, I won't continue to pester you."

"You were already popular before, and now you've only become more famous," Fred suggested heartlessly. "I think we can make some money from this wave of popularity. If you agree to let us sell your autographed photos, I'm sure there will be a lot of girls who would be willing to pay for it."

"If you really plan to sell the photos, remember to leave one for me." A voice came from behind them.

The four of them turned their heads at the same time and saw Angelina smiling and raising her hand to greet Albert, "Good morning. It's not easy to meet a warrior like you. They said you just came out."

Angelina reached into her pocket and said, "Look at my poor memory. I forgot to bring my quill pen. Please sign for me some other day."

"It's okay, I have a pen here, where are you going to sign?" Albert took out a pen from his pocket with a smile and waved it in front of Angelina. Seeing Angelina's embarrassed look, the four of them couldn't help laughing.

"Actually, you should ask Viktor Krum for his autograph. My autograph is worthless." Albert put away his pen.

"Didn't you go back to the dormitory last night? I heard that someone waited for you in the common room all night, but you didn't come back." Angelina's gossipy soul began to burn.

"I went back, and I went back with Harry." Albert explained, "Everyone was surrounding Harry, and it was normal that no one noticed me."

"No, that's definitely not normal. You are more popular than Harry. If you really go back to the common room, there is no way no one will see you." Angelina still didn't believe it.

"Don't be silly. If Albert really doesn't want you to see him, do you really think you can notice him?" Fred knew Albert's character very well. This guy used Harry to attract everyone's attention, and then sneaked back to the dormitory. As a result, he got his comeuppance the next day. As soon as he went downstairs, he was surrounded by everyone. He was looking forward to the scene after Albert entered the auditorium, which would definitely be very beautiful.

After they entered the auditorium, Albert, as Fred had expected, once again became the focus of countless students. Fortunately, this group of people only had a "three-minute enthusiasm", otherwise Albert would have been annoyed to death by them.

But Albert had to face those people. If he couldn't satisfy their curiosity, he would probably not be able to hide away tomorrow. Just like George said: You can't hide from others forever.

This is everyone who gets high-quality assignments.

This is also the price of being a warrior!

Albert suddenly felt a little jealous of Lockhart, as that guy actually enjoyed being the center of attention.

"Sorry, I want to have breakfast. If you have anything else to say, you can wait until I finish eating." Albert became very impatient and started to drive people away.

He knew that the group of people were purely curious and didn't care at all how much trouble their actions would cause to others.

Albert suddenly felt that Fred's idea was good. Maybe he should sell some autographed photos and make some money. These guys around him were totally unworthy of sympathy.

Finally, Albert gave up and decided to change his mindset. He wanted to gather several other warriors to take photos and then make limited edition wizard cards.

Lee Jordan immediately agreed with this idea, which would undoubtedly bring more popularity to the Wizard Card Club.

"It seems that you really hate those people." George noticed Albert frowning as he walked and ate beside him.

"I don't like it. It's annoying." Albert said with disgust. "They are just for fun, just like the animals in the zoo."

"Your description is still as vivid as ever." Fred smiled and asked, "What are you going to do later? Are you going to practice in the woods again?"

"Let's forget about it today. Now we have someone following us." Albert glanced at the girls who were following him stealthily not far away.

"If they heard it, they would be very sad," Lee Jordan said. "They admire you very much."

"Come on, do you think I can't tell whether they worship me or not?" Albert said contemptuously, "They just want to find out my secret and show it off to other girls, that's all."

"Should... No way!" Lee Jordan was a little unconvinced.

"Otherwise, what do you think?" Albert suddenly said, "How about making a bet?"

"Forget it. We'll only lose if we bet with you." The three of them shook their heads. They had never thought of betting with Albert. This guy had good luck.

"Well, then go and talk to them," Albert found a seat in the yard and sat down. "Ask them if they followed us to find out my secret, and then tell them that it was Professor Moody who signed me up for the Triwizard Tournament."

"Did Professor Moody really sign you up?"

The three of them were a little suspicious, and the more Albert said this, the more suspicious they became.

Is this a plan to trick Professor Moody

"Everyone said so, so naturally others believed it." Albert said seriously, "Anyway, I believe it was Professor Moody who signed me up."

Lee Jordan ran over to talk to the girls, and after a while, the girls left.

It turned out that Albert was right, those girls just wanted to know some secrets about Albert.

Now, they know.

"So you signed up for yourself?"

George dared to guarantee with his own life that it was definitely Albert who registered him and he was the one who caused the disappearance.

"I just went with the flow." Albert had no guilt about tricking Professor Moody. "Someone was planning to attack me and make me miss the Triwizard Tournament, so I just pretended to avoid getting into trouble again, by the way."

"You suspect Professor Moody," Fred guessed.

"Wait, you said someone was going to attack you, did you mean Katrina?" George realized the problem.

"She was controlled and was going to give me a love potion." Albert shrugged.

"Are you sure that the girl was really controlled?" The three looked at Albert suspiciously, "It's not that she wanted you to drink the love potion and make you fall in love with her."

"I'm sure she was under the Imperius Curse." Albert lowered his voice and said, "The impostor is indeed a big suspect. I remember that he used the Imperius Curse on the students not long ago to determine whether Katrina was able to resist the control of the Imperius Curse."
