Albert couldn't help but roll his eyes at the bastard in front of him who was talking without any pain in his waist. Although his physical strength was not bad, if he was dancing for the next few hours, he would not be able to hold on no matter how good his physical strength was.
"I always thought 'The Weird Sisters' was a pair of sister lead singers." Albert deliberately changed the subject and while diverting everyone's attention, he also complained about the band on the stage.
Several people looked at each other, seemingly not knowing how to respond to Albert's complaints.
Well, it was mainly because the name of the band was "Weird Sisters" and there wasn't a single girl in the band, which was a bit odd.
"I remember Rita Skeeter mentioned the reason in the Daily Prophet before." Alia frowned and recalled carefully, "Later, after a concert, the lead singer Myron Wagtail mentioned the reason for naming the band the 'Weird Sisters': he said that he originally wanted to call it 'The Three Brothers of Fate' to commemorate the three people who originally formed the band, but Curley Duke thought that the name was not attractive and topical enough, so he changed it to the Three Sisters of Fate. Because the word Weird means fate in Old English, they simply changed the name to the Weird Sisters. Later, they felt that the name of three sisters was not smooth, and there were more than three people in the band, so they changed the name of the band to 'Weird Sisters'. Their current dress is also in line with the trend. This style of 'Weird Sisters' quickly made them popular and welcomed and sought after by a lot of girls."
"No, I think their popularity is not because of the name of their band or their dressing style, but because their lead singer Myron Wagtel is handsome enough and has good singing skills. Just like the Miss Yanila next to you, she is pretty enough and sings well, so she has a lot of fans. As for that weird trendy style, it's just a byproduct." Albert had seen a lot of such situations in his previous life. As long as the singing is not bad and they are handsome enough, they can easily have a group of fans.
If you are handsome, you can do whatever you want.
"If you go up there to sing, you will definitely be more famous than them." Yanila said in English, "I heard that your photo caused a big stir. There is already a club for you in Spain. They call you 'Dragon Slayer';."
"I didn't slay a dragon," Albert corrected.
"If you think about it, it's much harder to subdue a dragon than to kill one," Yanila said with a smile, "You should have a large group of fans now. I bet someone will send you something on Christmas day."
Everyone looked at the beautiful Beauxbatons girl in front of them in surprise. They didn't expect that she could speak fluent English. You know, most of the students in the two schools have communication barriers.
"Oh, what a shock!"
Albert didn't react at all, and even his tone of voice was perfunctory, as if the person he was talking about was not him.
Without waiting for anyone else to say anything, Albert extended his hand to invite Luna, took her hand and walked towards the dance floor. Soon after they stepped onto the dance floor, they immediately became the focus of attention.
Luna can't dance, or her dancing is weird.
However, Albert was able to take her around in circles slowly, but his feet would often be stepped on.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to do that." Luna whispered.
"Don't worry about it, just focus on dancing."
Albert didn't pay attention to the rhythm of the music, but danced with Luna at his own pace, very slowly.
"I know you don't care too much about other people's eyes, but sometimes if you dress and behave too weirdly, you may be excluded by others. I think the way you dress now is good. You are a very cute, pretty and lively girl. I believe you can find more friends." Albert's tone was very calm, like an older brother next door. If he didn't want to choose Luna to inherit the Wizard Card Club, he would not say these things.
However, Albert now has doubts about whether his decision is correct. To some extent, Luna is not a reliable person, and she needs someone who can tolerate her weird behavior.
"Thank you. You are the first person besides my father who says I am cute and beautiful." Luna smiled brightly, and it was not difficult to tell that she was in a good mood.
"No, I'm just telling the truth." Albert said gently.
After the second song ended, Albert asked again: "Do you want to continue?"
"I thought we were going to do three songs," Luna said with a wink.
"No, I can dance with you for a few more dances if you want." Albert took Luna to continue the third dance.
"I thought you didn't like dancing very much." Luna said, looking at Albert.
"I can't say I like her, nor can I say I hate her." Albert looked at the quirky girl in front of him and asked, "What about you?"
"I don't really like dancing." Luna continued to spin slowly. She danced much better than before. At least she didn't step on Albert's feet anymore.
"Because there is no one to dance with you?" Albert asked.
"I'm not a very good dancer. But you're right, no one wants to dance with me except my dad." Luna didn't deny it.
"You need friends," said Albert.
"Are we friends?"
"If you're willing, I don't mind. I dare say I have too many friends." Albert didn't refuse. He didn't hate Luna.
"I think a lot of girls will be jealous and they all want to be friends with you," Luna said to Albert.
"Unfortunately, I have limited time and experience!" Albert said calmly, "It's impossible for me to be friends with everyone."
"You seem very busy."
"Yeah, I've been busy!" Albert said self-deprecatingly, "Although I really want to live a lazy life like a cat. Unfortunately... life sometimes doesn't go as planned. After all, there are still many things to come, and if you're not prepared..."
"You seem to be hiding a lot of secrets and worries."
"I can tell you one of the secrets," Albert said to Luna, "I am considering whether to let you inherit the Wizard Card Club. Have you considered it?"
Luna was not angry at Albert's words. She just looked at him for a while and asked slowly, "Are you worried that my personality will destroy the Wizard Card Club?"
"Yes, what you said is indeed one of the reasons." Albert said without hesitation, "I can't watch the hard work of myself and my friends being destroyed in the hands of the next successor."
"I understand." Luna said calmly, "For me, it's more fun to go to the party."
"As long as the club's meetings are held every month and the club's competitions are held every semester, the Wizarding Card Club will not disappear from Hogwarts. Can you do that?"
"I'm worried about losing your book. I lose things all the time, but I usually find them back," Luna said softly.
"Don't worry about this. I'll tell you how to get it back even if you lose it." Albert said gently, "What's more important is the love for the wizard cards and a little sense of responsibility. Of course, sometimes you have to give up something to gain something."
"What do I need to give up?" Luna asked.
"I don't know. Maybe you'll know after you get it."
"Okay, I do." Luna thought about it and agreed.
After noticing that Luna's breathing began to speed up, Albert took her to the edge of the dance floor.
"You are amazing."
Yanila smiled and handed Albert a glass of butter beer. "You've been dancing for nearly an hour, but you still look energetic."
"Thank you, where are the others?"
Albert took the butterbeer and put it directly on the table, obviously not intending to touch the drink handed to him.
He pulled out his wand from somewhere, waved it gently, and two glasses of butterbeer appeared out of thin air. He handed one of them to Luna beside him.
"I don't know. You are still so vigilant. Don't worry, I didn't add anything weird into it." Yanila smiled sweetly, but what she said was weird.
"She's courting you?"
Luna drank half a cup of butter beer in one breath, looked up at Yanila, then looked at Albert, and asked in confusion: "I remember you seem to have a girlfriend."
"I've already mentioned it to her." Albert shrugged helplessly.
"So, she was going to put a love potion in your drink?" Luna said as she drank her butterbeer. "Actually, there are quite a few girls in Ravenclaw who want to do that."
Yanila stared at Luna for a while, then looked away and asked Albert: "Your friend?"
"Yes." Albert did not deny it.
Luna next to him laughed happily after hearing this.
"When are we going to dance?" Yanila didn't care about it. "You won't break your promise, I've been waiting for a long time."
"Wait, let me rest for a while."
"I can wait. I have the whole night anyway." Yanila said stubbornly.
"I don't really like girls who are persistent." Albert said to Yanila, "You actually have better choices. I'm sure there are countless boys who like you and pursue you. Why do this?"
"As long as I like it," Yanila said calmly, "Besides, I don't have a better choice, so I won't give up."
Luna watched the two with interest, finding the scene very amusing.
However, the situation here was soon interrupted by Percy's arrival.
"I've thought about it for a long time, but I still don't understand what you meant before." Percy finally couldn't help but find Albert.
"You'll understand next summer," Albert reminded.
"Can't you just tell me directly?" Percy felt inexplicably irritated. This matter concerned his future, how could he not care about it.
"Destiny is sometimes so magical. Sometimes if you know too much, things may be different." Albert looked at Percy and changed the subject and asked, "Why didn't you go dancing?"
"I don't feel like dancing today." Percy said awkwardly.
"I thought you were going to tell Clearwater that you were coming to Hogwarts to attend the Christmas party in Crouch's place." Albert looked at Percy in surprise, thinking he might have guessed the reason.
"It's a rare Christmas party, I suggest you go find someone to dance with." Albert kindly reminded: "Now is not the time, you should be patient."
"Not yet?" Percy asked in surprise. "When is the time?"
"In recent years, the environment of the British wizarding world has been very bad, but it will get better sooner or later, and then your chance will come. For you now, some things are not that important, but some things are more important, especially people who are willing to listen to your nagging patiently, which is rare."
Percy stood there in a daze, staring blankly at Albert who was taking Yanila to the dance floor, and for a moment he didn't know what to say.
"I think he's probably giving you some advice!" Luna looked at the two men's backs as they left and said to Percy, "Albert is always very considerate."
"Any suggestions?" Percy opened his mouth slightly, suddenly confused.
He knew that Albert was good at predictions, and he even predicted that he would become Crouch's assistant.
But what was he trying to tell me now
Percy felt that what Albert had just said seemed to contain a lot of meaning.
"Suggestions?" Percy muttered.
On the stage, Yanila’s dancing skills were excellent and she danced more freely, which immediately caught the girls’ attention.
"That's your friend too."
"I guess so!"
"Then why don't you tell him directly?" Yanila asked doubtfully, "You know, asking people to guess riddles is actually a very annoying thing."
"Percy is a smart man. There are some things he needs to think through on his own. If I tell him directly, it will only have the opposite effect." Albert explained calmly.
He had a good relationship with Percy and didn't want him to become too extreme in his pursuit of power.
"You are a good friend."
"I just don't want him to become a power-hungry idiot,"
"You see things very clearly." Yanila suddenly asked, "Are we friends?"
"We had a chance to be friends," said Albert quietly.
"I think it's not too late to be friends now." Yanila said with a smile.
"I have a question."
"What's the problem?"
"I'm curious, what do you want from me?" Albert stared at the girl and asked back, but before she could answer, he muttered to himself, "Forget it, just think of it as a stupid question."
"Don't you want to know?" Yanila asked with a smile.
"I thought about it before, but not now." Albert concentrated his energy on dancing and enjoyed the time dancing with the beautiful woman.
"Oh, what a pity, I was going to tell you." Yanila said softly.
"No, I don't regret it." Albert thought for a moment and said, "Don't come to England in the next few years."
"You're worried that I'll disturb you." Yanila pouted and said, "I'm not so mean as to disturb your life."
"I thought it was pretty rude of you to do that last time."
Albert did not give the other party a chance to refute and continued, "Something bad will happen in the UK, so don't come to the UK. Don't ask why. After the Triwizard Tournament is over, you will know the reason."
"What a petty and vindictive man."
"You're right, I am indeed stingy and vindictive." Albert admitted generously.
