The reason why King Qilu of Wu was so cruel was that he had a secret. This secret was the unchangeable concern of the people of Qilu.
The father of King Wu Kelu was originally a prince of Wu, and the throne was inherited according to the rules of the ancestors. However, King Wu Yimei, Kelu's second uncle, passed the throne to his son Liao, who was highly respected by the people. How could Kelu not hate such ignorant people and officials
The way of heaven is also based on justice. This Kelu was able to send warriors to assassinate Liao, and he also got the help of heaven. When the goshawk crashed into the hall, he also took action and stabbed the King of Wu Liao to death. This was also in accordance with the will of heaven. How could Kelu not take revenge on the people who were suffering!
King Qielü of Wu was not only brave and cruel during his lifetime, but even after his death, he still had a magical quality that made people admire him.
When Kelu conquered Yue, he died in the army. He passed the throne to his son Fuchai. Fuchai was also a good warrior. In order to hold a funeral for his father Kelu, he did not hesitate to mobilize the manpower of five counties to build a tomb for Kelu in the mountains outside Suzhou. He dug a mountain to build a tomb and built three layers of copper coffins. The body was made of mercury, and the pits were made of gold and silver. There were countless jewels buried with him. He also buried the Yuchang sword that helped him establish his hegemony. He used the Bianzhu ring he created in his lifetime to match three thousand Wu hooks and buried them in the tomb.
The tomb of Kelu was filled with sword energy and golden energy. After three days of burial, golden energy suddenly rose from the coffin and turned into a white tiger, sitting on the mountain. Because of this strange phenomenon, people called it Tiger Hill.
Such a strange sight also made the people in the city amazed. Fuchai was afraid that the 3,000 stonemasons who were building the tomb would reveal the treasure, so he deceived the stonemasons by saying that the crane was coming to announce the funeral. How could the stonemasons not be surprised when they heard it
Three thousand stonemasons stood on the stone mound, a huge and tilted rock, waiting for the crane to dance. Unexpectedly, a steel knife was swung at the stonemason's neck from behind, and his body rolled down the tilted rock into the grave. The blood dyed the huge rock red. The brown stone dyed by blood can still be vaguely seen. Poor three thousand skillful stonemasons also died in the coffin mound.
Strangely enough, there were countless people buried with Kelu in this tomb. This tomb seemed to have settled a grudge in the human world. The huge mountain suddenly split open, and Kelu's tomb fell under the mountain. The split mountain was like a long sword lying flat, filled with lake water. People called this pool of water the Sword Pool. This Tiger Hill Sword Pool is also where Kelu's tomb is located.
However, the tomb fell into the mountain, and Tiger Hill also disappeared and split into two halves. So later generations called this place the Fake Tiger Hill and the Real Sword Pond.
With so many strange phenomena, people in later generations all said that it was God's will and not human power. Countless literati and poets could not describe it in detail. People all said that it was the invincible sword energy that made the mountains give way and could not bear such a domineering energy. This was also caused by the immoral things done by the world, otherwise this Kelu would not repay evil with virtue.
The saying of repaying evil with good is also based on facts. This Kelu killed people all his life, and he was still strong after his death. There was also a resentful atmosphere around his tomb. People often heard the voice of resentment, and their lives were not peaceful.
When the eminent monk Sheng Gong of the Jin Dynasty heard about this, he also knew that it was God's will, so he came here to preach. Facing the stubborn stone, Sheng Gong preached the Nirvana Sutra to the wronged ghosts and gods. He also explained the metaphor of the blind man touching the elephant to the gods. The blind man said that the elephant's shape was like a radish root when he touched the tusks, like a dustpan when he touched the ears, like a dustpan when he touched the head, like a stone when he touched the nose, like a pestle when he touched the feet, like a wooden mortar when he touched the spine, like a bed when he touched the belly, like a jar when he touched the tail, like a rope when he touched the tail.
The world is also like this, they only see one side, but not the whole. Only by eliminating the false and retaining the true can we break the obsession of our own nature. When the emotion reached the deepest level, the stubborn stone also nodded in agreement. This went on for 9981 days, attracting thousands of people to listen to the Dharma. Some people even left the word "nod" on the stubborn stone among the rocks, which was also used as a testimony to the miracle.
This Sheng Gong converted the wronged souls and evil spirits into Buddhas, and a huge pool of water appeared under the Thousand People Stone, with lotus flowers in the water. People call it the Lotus Pond. The huge stone with the word "nod" carved on it appeared in the water, and was worshiped by later generations. The ancient monument is still vivid in people's minds. There is also an idiom that has been passed down through the ages: "Sheng Gong preached and the stone nodded."
This Kelu was able to avenge the world's grievances because the people in that world followed the crowd and had countless powerful people. Therefore, he attracted the wrath of heaven. This made Kelu achieve hegemony in the world. But it was also the will of heaven. The people's will went against the will of heaven, which led to Kelu's killing.
Kelu was able to achieve his hegemony because of the sharp and invincible Wu Gou he created. Even the people he helped were gods who understood and followed the will of heaven.
This Wu Gou has been passed down through the ages, and the divine spirit contained in it is hard to describe. Until the Tang and Song dynasties, the Wu Gou was still prosperous. It was a must-have for men in the world. If you are not a real man, wearing the Wu Gou will be ridiculed by the world.
Although Fang Xuanling was just a weak and innocent scholar, he was a master of military tactics on the battlefield and was invincible. The pen in his hand also killed countless enemies. This was how he helped Qin Wang Li Shiming achieve the prosperous Tang Dynasty, which was rare in the history.
It was Fang Xuanling, a man of chivalrous spirit and heroic spirit, a famous prime minister and a scholar of his generation, who was also included in the Lingyan Pavilion, which was named after the founding generals. How could the only scholar in the Lingyan Pavilion not wear the Wu Gou, a divine artifact of the ages
As a result, the Wu Gou became popular not only in the Wu area of the barbarian land, but also in the northern part of the Central Plains, where warriors carried such a fierce and powerful weapon. The Japanese pirates and barbarians also imitated the Wu Gou and spread it overseas, where it remained popular for a long time.
Such a divine weapon already contains the heroic spirit of warriors all over the world, and this fierce weapon has been refined in Fang Xuanling's hands. The resolute blade has already contained the yin and yang energy of heaven and earth, and has been refined to be extremely pure.
Facing the attack of Wu Yugang's sword and the attack of Wu Yugang's sword net, the Wu Gou's sword flashed, and the sword shadows shuttled freely in the cracks of the sword net, just like a butcher cutting a cow. Wu Yugang's endless sword intent was gradually dissolved in the hands of this scholar.
Wu Yugang was extremely surprised to see that the scholar in white actually had such a high level of cultivation. The people of Huangshi were originally gods full of justice, but they were so cruel to block the right path. Could it be that there is really no justice in the heavens? (To be continued)
