Master Songxi said, "A few days ago, I received a pigeon message saying that a Shaolin monk heard that Taiji had a strange secret book and went to collect it. On the way, he met a strong man and was rescued by a Taiji disciple. He is not back yet, so we should be more cautious. Your news came at the right time. It seems that there will be a big war in the martial arts world."

Yang Liu said anxiously, "Yes! How should we deal with it? This is a matter of urgency. If we are not careful, we will get burned! We can't even protect ourselves. Maybe only those with better martial arts skills can escape by chance."

Master Songxi said with a smile: "My disciple, you worry too much! The situation in the martial arts world is complicated. There has always been intrigue between gangs. The fighting between them is very difficult to understand. Not everyone can understand it clearly. This is a subtle opportunity. It is not something that can be solved by avoiding it!"

"Master, what you said is very true." Yang Liu said to the master, "But Tai Chi has a deep connection with us and we cannot sit idly by. However, we cannot retreat in the face of the turmoil in the martial arts world. What should we do?"

Master Songxi said: "Although that is the case, there are many people in Taiji Sect, and the situation of the major sects is still unclear. We wait for the opportunity and act accordingly. What's wrong with that?"

"So Master, you have already made arrangements!" Yang Liu said.

Master Songxi said: "Life is hard, if you don't think too much and don't have good news, how can you survive in the world! Although we are all cultivators who stay away from the mundane world, we are still in the world and it is difficult to escape from the mundane world. Immortals are all mortals, and they also go through a lot of trouble to save the world!"

Feng Qingyang listened to his master's conversation silently and nodded continuously. After all, he was a new disciple who had just arrived.

"Master, I understand! Only with accurate information can you achieve twice the result with half the effort and avoid being misled. Then I'll go and do my own thing!" Yang Liu said to his master and turned to leave.

Master Songxi said: "Disciples should not be afraid of anything, just make the necessary preparations. Disciples should not discuss this, as it is not good for cultivation. Remember this!"

Yang Liu nodded, looked at the master who had made careful arrangements, then turned and left.

Songshan Mountain, standing in the western part of Henan Province, is majestic and magnificent. The mountains are stacked one after another, towering ancient trees, and white clouds are lingering. The scenery is remote and bold, and it is a rare place in the world to cultivate oneself.

Shaolin Temple, the world's most famous temple, is located at the foot of the majestic Songshan Mountain and the Five Breast Peaks of Shaoshi Mountain. It is surrounded by mountains and has elegant scenery. The red walls and green tiles of Shaolin Temple, which are full of boldness and majesty, further show the grandeur of Buddhism.

Shaolin Temple has a long history and is the birthplace of Chinese Zen Buddhism. Chinese Buddhism has a long history. During the wars and wars, people's yearning for peace increased their faith in Buddhism, allowing it to spread and flourish. It is said that a long time ago, China was full of Hinayana Buddhism, and it was extremely difficult to become a Buddha. They only preached some techniques of doing good and healing. Later, a monk from India, known as Bodhidharma, came to China to spread the Dharma.

Tianzhu is now India, the land of Indian Buddhism. In addition to Hinayana Buddhism, they also learned Mahayana Buddhism, which is about self-cultivation and attaining Buddhahood. Although monks from afar can chant sutras, and Bodhidharma was treated like a holy guest when he came to China, Bodhidharma ignored it. As a monk, the four elements are empty, so how can he be secular

Such an idea of escaping from the world was certainly not understood. Later, Bodhidharma sat facing the wall in a cave at the back mountain of Shaolin Temple for nine years. His action shocked the world and Shaolin became famous because of this. Later, Bodhidharma accepted Huike, a Zen disciple, as his disciple, which enabled his Zen Buddhism to be passed down and also formed the unique characteristics of Shaolin Temple's Zen martial arts.

Zen is inseparable from secular life. Shaolin received martial arts from Bodhidharma to cure diseases and strengthen the body. The method of strengthening the body is inseparable from life, so actions, sitting and lying are all Zen. Zen is integrated into martial arts, forming the magical characteristic of Shaolin that labor is practicing martial arts.

The boxing is named after the temple, and the temple is famous for the boxing. The unique Buddhist geographical environment of Shaolin Temple has formed the fierce style of Shaolin boxing. Its masculine and bold spirit, and the characteristics of governing people later, although in the secular world, it shows the Buddha's generosity and the spirit of saving the world and saving people. Such a demeanor is not found in the secular world. Such a martial arts self-cultivation style is inseparable from its mysterious self-cultivation internal power.

It is said that before Bodhidharma came to China, he was well versed in the Confucian Yin-Yang theory. Only by understanding the situation and ideological roots of the place he was going to, can the skills he taught be targeted. Although Shaolin Kung Fu is a Zen method, it is difficult to separate from the Yin-Yang path. Although there are Bodhidharma's "Yi Jin Jing" and "Xi Sui Jing", these are just some methods of internal and external treatment, not many. His "Yin-Yang Method for Longevity" is known and understood by few people.

The method of longevity and yin and yang comes from the way of yin and yang. Without the way, Buddha cannot become a Buddha. Therefore, Buddha does not deviate from the way. Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism are all one family, and Buddhism also draws on the strengths of many. Its yin and yang technique comes from the Confucian "Book of Changes". The method of yin and yang is all man-made, and all things in the world have spirituality. Taking the method of longevity, we can prolong our life. The way to Zen meditation lies in the heart. The heart and the way of heaven are formless and invisible. It is difficult to understand its principles without meditation.

The art of induction in the world is that turtles suck with their ears, snakes grab with their tongues, and cranes cry with their heads up. There are hundreds of spirits and hundreds of tricks. But they all have their own methods. The way to cultivate immortals and Buddhas is to cultivate the method rather than the technique. In addition, Buddhism, which came from abroad, is deeply integrated with Confucianism and Taoism, so there is a method of longevity and yin and yang. This method breeds masculinity, and yin and softness only in a moment. Keep still in the moment, and move with masculinity like lightning. It is difficult to see its form in the subtle moment. The spiritual way is to cultivate the form, and the way of immortals and Buddhas is to cultivate the formless. It is indeed the highest and most wonderful method.

In the Thousand Buddha Hall, the head monk Huide was teaching his disciples the Bodhidharma sword technique. In the hall, the sword energy was everywhere, and the master was demonstrating to his disciples. This sword technique is a combination of movement and stillness, with mysterious Zen meanings everywhere. In the flying style across the river, the body is like a dragon, with heroic spirit, an irresistible masculine energy, and a powerful inner strength filling the sword body.

At this time, the host, Master Huiming, walked into the Thousand Buddha Hall. Huide stopped, arranged his disciples, walked to the host and asked, "What's the matter with you here?!"

Master Huiming said, "Come to the abbot's room, we have something to discuss."

In the abbot's room, Huiming looked at the picture of Bodhidharma flying across the Yangtze River on a reed and said, "Jingjue went to the world to beg for alms and preach. He heard about the Tai Chi secret book and went to collect it. On the way, he met a strong man and was rescued. However, now Shushan Jingtian Patriarch has summoned the martial arts world to attack the Tai Chi practitioners. This is very urgent. How should we deal with it!?"

The abbot sat upright, listening silently to this new and shocking news.

The chief monk Huide said, "I have ordered people to go and pick up Jingjue. Is this situation confirmed to be true?"

The abbot said: "We have many Shaolin temples, so there must be something wrong. I received a pigeon message from Southern Shaolin!" (To be continued)
