Saturday came in a blink of an eye. Lu Jingshen woke up on time at seven in the morning and put his phone on the charger first.
During this period, he chatted with Feng Si every night, and often fell asleep while talking. When he woke up in the morning, his phone was usually out of battery and turned off automatically.
The good thing is that his sleep quality has improved a lot. He no longer feels tired and weak every day and needs to rely on coffee and cigarettes to survive.
After finishing his workout, he had a simple breakfast. While eating, Lu Jingshen picked up his phone. Feng Si had just sent him a message saying that there was an emergency meeting in the morning that might not end until after ten o'clock, so he asked him to come later.
Lu Jingshen replied "OK" and looked at the time. It was not yet eight o'clock.
When he walked into the study, he originally wanted to look at some documents to kill time, but after sitting down, he unconsciously picked up the postcard at hand.
He had looked at these dozens of postcards countless times. Lu Jingshen's eyes stayed on them, he was distracted for a moment, and then picked up the pen.
At 10:20, Feng Si finished his meeting and walked out of the college office building. Several colleagues made an appointment to have lunch together at noon and asked him if he wanted to join them.
Feng Si smiled and refused, saying that he had an appointment with someone.
A colleague who was on good terms with him teased him, "Did you make a date with your girlfriend?"
Lu Jingshen's car was parked just opposite the office building. He just pushed the door and got out of the car, and his eyes met Feng Si's.
Feng Si pointed in the direction of Lu Jingshen: "See? Male friend."
After that, he waved and said "bye" to everyone, then walked over slowly and greeted Lu Jingshen. Lu Jingshen motioned him to get in the car: "Are you still going back to the dormitory?"
"No need to go back, just go."
Feng Si changed hands with him, letting Lu Jingshen go to the passenger seat while he drove.
When getting in the car, Lu Jingshen noticed the curious looks of others. He lowered his head, got into the car, and quickly closed the door.
Feng Si reminded him: "Don't be nervous, they are probably looking at your car. After all, it is a sports car worth tens of millions, and it's a rare opportunity to see it."
They are going to the resort today, otherwise Lu Jingshen would not have driven out in such a high-profile car.
"I'm not nervous," Lu Jingshen explained, "I know they are looking at the car, and I'm afraid you will cause gossip."
"What gossip?" Feng Si drove out of the school and teased him deliberately, "If you were a woman, maybe they would think I was kept by a rich woman, but you are not."
Lu Jingshen didn't know how to respond to his words, so he simply stopped talking and handed over the roses he had bought on the way here: "This is for you."
Feng Si took it happily. Today's flowers were a little different. Gold powder was sprinkled on the rose petals, which was very beautiful.
"Is this some new breed?" he asked.
Lu Jingshen: "I don't know, but it's more expensive than the normal ones anyway."
"That cost Mr. Lu a lot of money." Feng Si put the flowers under the front windshield and said to him with a smile, "You sent me roses every day, and my colleagues saw it. Now everyone thinks I have an extremely enthusiastic and proactive girlfriend. I still can't explain it."
Lu Jingshen: "... You work here, does your sexual orientation have an impact on you?"
"Just don't let them know," Feng Si disagreed. "If it doesn't work out, I can just find another job later, but I'd better not do it. I still like my current job."
