Lu Jingshen gets up at seven in the morning, exercises for half an hour, and then has breakfast.
Feng Si toasted some toast, fried some eggs and sausages, and heated some milk, all on the restaurant island, but he was not there.
Lu Jing took a deep look at those things and sat down in front of the counter.
When breakfast was almost finished, the sound of a door opening was heard from the entrance. It was Feng Si who came back after running downstairs.
As soon as he entered the room, Feng Si greeted him with a smile, then went back to his room and took a shower in the bathroom.
When he came out again, Lu Jingshen had already changed his clothes and was ready to go out.
Feng Si called him: "It's not even eight o'clock yet, and you're going to work at the company?"
Lu Jingshen threw three words at him: "Afraid of traffic jams."
Feng Si came over and reached out to help him straighten his crooked tie knot. Lu Jingshen remained calm and just looked at him.
Feng Si raised his lips and smiled, thought for a moment, then helped him untie the tie and tried a different way of tying it.
"Is it fun?" Lu Jingshen asked in a cold voice.
Feng Si skillfully fiddled with his tie with his slender knuckles, his fingertips occasionally touching his skin, and he dragged out his words slowly and deliberately, "You don't have to be so conventional and rigid, you can change things up once in a while."
Finally helping Lu Jingshen tie his tie, Feng Si raised his eyes and met Lu Jingshen's. Seeing his own reflection in his dark eyes, the smile on his face deepened: "Boss Lu, if you stare at me like that, I'll think you're seducing me."
Lu Jingshen looked away: "Let's go."
He went out first, Feng Si went back to the room to change clothes, picked up a jacket and followed him.
The driver was already waiting for them downstairs. The car arrived at the company forty minutes later. It was just half past eight, and there was still half an hour before the official working time.
When entering the elevator, Feng Si glanced at his watch and stretched.
Lu Jing glanced at him deeply. The man was dressed casually and didn't look like he was here for work. The dress code of the secretarial office was stricter than that of other departments. Someone must have told him about it yesterday, but it was obvious that he turned a deaf ear to it.
Liu Jie saw Feng Si in the office and came over to say something to him. Feng Si perfunctorily said, "I'm sorry, I'm not used to wearing formal clothes. Besides, I'm just Mr. Lu's personal assistant and bodyguard, not a formal employee of your company. There's no need to ask so much. Mr. Lu didn't say anything."
Liu Jie was very surprised.
Lu Jingshen is well-known for his strict requirements on his employees. Feng Si is so lazy and has a sloppy work attitude on his first day at work, but the boss actually let him off
Feng Si ignored Secretary Liu and took advantage of the fact that no one was paying attention to him to stand up and knock on Lu Jingshen's office door.
Lu Jingshen was looking through the documents that had accumulated over the past few days and had a meeting soon. When Feng Si came in, he just glanced at him and lowered his head to continue working.
Feng Si didn't bother him. He picked up a random book from the bookshelf, sat down on the sofa, and flipped through the book to kill time.
At ten o'clock, Liu Jie came in to remind Lu Jingshen of the meeting. Seeing Feng Si lying on the sofa, he didn't know what expression to put on his face.
Lu Jingshen nodded to show that he understood and asked him to leave first. When he stood up, he casually asked the person on the sofa: "Do you think this kind of work is interesting?"
Feng Si took off the book covering his face, looked at him with a frown, and asked instead of answering: "What about you? Do you find it interesting to do this kind of work by yourself?"
