"But the five celestial mountains have no roots. They drift along with the ocean currents, and the immortals living on them are afraid, so they ask the emperor. The world in mythology, whether it is land or ocean, is the lowest in the West. Therefore, the emperor is also the lowest in the West. I was afraid that the five fairy mountains would flow to the westernmost part with the ocean current. You must know that there is a place where the world returns to the ruins. Then the immortals will be in trouble if they lose their place to live. Therefore, he sent someone to find fifteen giant ao, carrying them on their backs. The five fairy mountains rotate every 60,000 years. From then on, the five fairy mountains will no longer follow the trend."
So far, Professor Shu's explanation, I was surprised to hear that such mythological records should be true and credible. I'm afraid that many people don't know that there are five immortal mountains, and there are giant Ao behind them.
I suddenly remembered the sea eye I found under the bell tower. Lian Daozhen said that there was a giant ao in the sea eye. If you let it climb up, the world will be messed up.
Lian Dao really is such a powerful character, even he is so jealous of that giant ao, I can't help but wonder, is the giant in the eyes of the sea the same species as the fairy mountain in the myth
This is not impossible, and the record of Penglai Immortal Mountain should be after Nuwa repaired the sky. Because although I don't understand the myth of Penglai Fairy Island, I still remember clearly that when Nuwa was mending the sky, she also cut off the feet of the giant Ao to support the sky. From then on, the lowest point of the sky is the West.
A foot that can hold the sky, I really can't imagine how huge it is.
In mythology, after the sky broke, a flood fell and Nuwa used the colorful sacred stone to repair the sky. It can be repaired, it proves that there is another world beyond the sky. In other words, the theory that the universe is multiple spaces is completely tenable.
When Professor Shu saw that I was surprised and did not speak, he laughed and said, "Just ask again, now can you guess who made Penglai Xianshan?"
I hesitated for a while, and then tried to say, "Is it the emperor?"
This "emperor" appears in many myths and legends. Until now, no one knows who he is, even if he is a god, an immortal, a man or a ghost, it is unclear. All I know is that he is the highest and most powerful in the world.
"No." Professor Shu shook his head somewhat disappointed, and said: "Why are you so stupid? You can't guess it!"
I was a little annoyed, and said: "If you want to say it, just say, who is interested in playing dumb puzzles with you!"
Seeing that I wanted to get angry, Professor Shu was even happier and said: "No one wants to play a riddle with you. I said the answer at the very beginning, but you didn't expect it. Now, don't you admit that your basic knowledge is weak? "
I lowered my head in embarrassment. When Lian Dao was in Taohuayuan, I could read the ancient books brought by the mountain people. Although Professor Shu doesn't have that condition, his research is destined to be related to everything he comes into contact with. Although I am very unconvinced, I must admit that compared to these people, my knowledge is narrow and pitiful.
Professor Shu didn’t want to embarrass me too much in this matter, perhaps because the crystals in Erbo’s body were taken out. He was in a good mood, so he said: “In the sea area where the fairy mountain flows, there is a place where the world returns to the ruins. . What is Guixu? You can think of it as the deepest place in the world. To put it simply, there is a huge whirlpool. The water under the world, no matter where it comes from, can only flow into the land of Guixu. And those five fairy mountains, if they are not carried by the giant ao, one day they will fall with the ocean current."
I looked at Professor Shu and didn't ask or say a word, because I still didn't understand what he was going to say.
Professor Shu knew that I couldn’t understand, so he said, “What is Guixu? I’ve explained it, the deepest place. If you look at it from another angle, so much water flows to the deepest place, that’s not Is it the bottom of the sea?"
Hearing the two words under the sea, my mind flashed, and suddenly I remembered something that I had discussed with Lian Daozhen.
"You mean, Wanquren?" I asked hesitantly.
"That's right!" Professor Shu started pushing the instrument forward happily, planning to leave the room.
Seeing him leaving, I quickly asked, "How do you know that Wanqu made the five fairy mountains? If they made them, why are the immortals living on them?"
"Where did the fairy come from?" Professor Shu asked rhetorically.
I snorted and found that I couldn't answer this seemingly simple question at all. In all ancient books, there is no clear record of the origin of the immortal. In all ancient texts that mention immortals, it is generally very straightforward to say that there are immortals in a certain place, and whoever has seen immortals.
Professor Shu did not answer my question, and walked forward on his own. Looking at the back of him leaving easily, I seemed to understand something. I couldn't help but asked in amazement, "Could it be that those so-called immortals are actually Wanqu people?"
"Even if it is not, it has a lot to do with Wanqu people." Professor Shu said.
"In that case, the emperor in the myth age may also be a person from Wanqu?" I asked.
Even the book professor dare not answer this question easily. He said straightforwardly: "I don't know. If you find the answer in the future, you can tell me."
Seeing that he was about to walk to the door, I asked again: "Since you are not sure, how can you confirm that Lianpeng Xiandao is the product of Wanqu people?"
"First, time and place. Second, we went to Penglai Island. Before it collapsed, we found a lot of clues. The canoe that you stepped on when you came was a product of our changes based on our findings." As the professor said, he had taken people out of the room, he turned a corner, and quickly disappeared from my eyes.
I was stunned, remembering that Lian Daozhen once told me that when the people from Wanqu went to see Emperor Shi, they came from the deepest part of the seabed in a boat like a snail. And when I boarded this artificially built Penglai Island, I also stepped on something similar to a canoe. That thing is so magical that people can't help but marvel, and it's really unlikely to be created by today's technology.
In this way, Professor Shu and they first landed on Penglai Island, they should have discovered a lot of things related to Wanqu people. Maybe they have met the real Wanqu people.
There are many instruments and equipment in the room that have not been removed, but apart from me, there is no second living person here. After the crystal was taken out, this place was like a completely forgotten corner, and no one wanted to look at it again.
I felt miserable for no reason, and then I remembered that the second uncle should be the most concerned. But somehow, when I walked to Erbo's broken body, all I felt was a little sympathy and compassion, not as sad as I imagined.
Could it be that I am a true cold-blooded and heartless person
This is impossible!
I thought about it for a long time, and finally thought that the reason for this was only because the second uncle's vitality had been sucked away by the crystal. His soul is not here either, lying on a metal body with a hole in his chest, shrinking like a thousand-year-old corpse, just a corpse that has nothing to do with me.
Although using this kind of thought to comfort me, it did alleviate a bit of guilt, but I still panicked because of my lack of emotion. To make up for it, and to prove that I still have human emotions, I walked to the bed, looked at Er uncle's dry and shabby body, then sighed, and said, "Er uncle, I'm sorry, for the sake of my parents, I can't save you. I think you will forgive me, right?"
The second uncle didn't make a sound, let alone any movement. He was dead and naturally would not pay attention to me.
I don't know what to say, so I can only stand blankly, my eyes sweeping around his body unconsciously.
Suddenly, when my eyes scanned Er Uncle's slit chest, I saw something wrong. In other words, it makes me feel a little awkward.
That is his spine...
I don't know what a normal person's vertebrae are like. I just think that the middle part of the second uncle's bone is bigger and bigger than the two ends. I took a closer look, and I don't know if this means normal or abnormal.
I was hesitant, because if I wanted to figure it out, I had to reach my second uncle's chest. In that case, it would be tantamount to destroying his body. Although I am very surprised and indifferent to this second uncle's body, after all, the dead are big and random to disturb the remains, even on a moral level, I can't do it.
I didn't act rashly. After thinking about it, I still think it's better to observe it carefully.
And when I looked at the second uncle's body with my heart and eyes, the picture in front of me suddenly changed, and everything I saw was shocking.
In my mind, the second uncle's body is empty!
That's right, there is nothing inside, no matter the internal organs, or the bones, even if I saw an abnormal spine just now, it doesn't exist in my mind. All that can be seen is a small mass of "gas".
I was surprised, because Xinyan is different from Ji Sun's dual world.
What the mind sees through is illusion, that is to say, what it can see are things that really exist in this world, rather than being limited to appearances. I can't see it with my heart, although it cannot be said that the thing does not exist at all, but if you judge by truth and falsity, what does not exist can only be falsity.
These words seem a bit complicated. Perhaps it can be said that only one layer of skin on Er Uncle's body is real. In this way, it should be easier for everyone to understand what I mean.
I can't understand why this strange phenomenon appeared in the second uncle's body.
How could his body be empty
If it is truly blank, how can the flesh and bones be seen with the naked eye
Could it be that these bones and flesh and blood are used to deceive others
Who is going to do this? What is the purpose
I cast my gaze on the small group of real "qi", which seemed to be floating, motionless. I can't feel any breath from it, which in itself is a difficult thing to understand.
This world, no matter what it is, has a unique aura. There will be more or less. But that group of "qi" is really nothing. (End of this chapter)
