Vacation time flies by.

At ten o'clock in the morning on the 8th, Xia Yu and Lu Zhao boarded a plane back to Chuan City.

The weather was very good today and the clouds outside were beautiful. Since they were taking a private plane, Lu Zhao and his secretary were still talking about work on the plane while Xia Yu was watching a movie by himself.

He was watching Coco.

When this animation was released, Xia Yu watched it with Lu Zhao. He cried his eyes out, but Lu Zhao had a blank expression on his face and was not moved at all.

But seeing that he was crying pitifully, Lu Zhao still handed him a tissue.

Xia Yu still remembered that he took the tissue, walked with Lu Zhao on the stone steps, and asked Lu Zhao a little silly, "Do you think there really is another world of the dead after people die?"

He hoped for it.

Because his grandmother was no longer around, he knew that this idea was silly, but he still preferred to believe it, believing that his grandmother might be living well in that world.

According to Lu Zhao's personality, he should laugh at his fantasy and sneer at his sentimentality.

But that day, Lu Zhao led him as he walked in the snow, and his voice was a little gentle, "Maybe."

Now, Xia Yu, wearing headphones, glanced at Lu Zhao who was talking about work with his secretary, and recalled this scene.

He would never have thought at that time that several years later, Lu Zhao's mother would also be buried in the cemetery.

In order to avoid meeting Lu Zhao, he did not attend her funeral.

But although he didn't have much contact with this cold Madam Liu, he had some good feelings towards her. She looked very similar to Lu Zhao and had a strong personality, but in the few contacts she had with him, she was very friendly to him.

She also came when he got married. She looked at him with an apologetic look and seemed to want to say something but stopped herself. But in the end, she said nothing and just gave him a hug.

Xia Yu vaguely remembered that in a while it would be the anniversary of Lu Zhao's mother's death.

He didn't quite remember the exact date, only that it was winter.

When Xia Yu was halfway through watching his movie, Lu Zhao ended his brief meeting and returned to him.

"What are you looking at?"

Lu Zhao took one of Xia Yu's headphones and put it on his own ear in a disgusting manner.

He stared at the screen and asked Xia Yu, "Hasn't this been seen before?"

The sofa is so big, but he insisted on squeezing together with Xia Yu, shoulders touching. Xia Yu couldn't even eat her snacks properly.

Xia Yu glanced at the several staff members following Lu Zhao, all of whom were Lu Zhao's confidants and very professional. Without even looking in their direction, he quickly sat in the front seat and kept a distance from them.

"I want to watch it again," Xia Yu said, "I just like watching it."

He held a bag of grape candies in his hand and stuffed one into Lu Zhao's mouth.

The candy was a bit sour, and Lu Zhao frowned because of the sourness, while Xia Yu laughed as if a prank had succeeded.

But Lu Zhao still swallowed the candy.

He hugged Xia Yu and watched this old movie with Xia Yu, which he had seen a few years ago.

Because the plot was very familiar and he didn't need to concentrate fully, Xia Yu would also be distracted and chat with him.

"I've only been out for a few days, but I've also accumulated a lot of work. The studio is pushing me so hard, and my brother asked me to go back. He said that the Chi family will be getting married soon, and he wanted me to attend on his behalf." Xia Yu pulled Lu Zhao's shirt buttons, not very happy, and tried to make up for it with Lu Zhao, "But you should be busier, right?"
