The negotiations broke down, and the two groups still had some differences on business issues. The best way to resolve the differences was to eliminate the other party. They were aggressive and secretly holding iron tools and guns, waiting for the boss's order and then the two sides would rush up and fight to the death.
Lorenzo didn't care about the people behind him. Instead, he looked at the smiling Hercule. Then his angry expression softened and became the same as Hercule's, with a strange smile.
Hercule didn't quite understand why Lorenzo could still laugh, and he just listened to Lorenzo speak slowly.
"You really don't seem to know much about those 'things in the dark', do you?"
"Of course, if I knew, I wouldn't have gone to so much trouble to trouble you."
Hercule had no idea what Lorenzo was referring to, but assumed it was the same thing he had been pursuing.
"Yes, thank you for the warning, Hercule."
"You're welcome. Pride and prejudice are inevitable flaws in human beings." Hercule felt that something bad was going to happen.
"Hmm? Pride and prejudice. I admit that I am arrogant, but where is my prejudice?"
There was a mystery hidden in the words of both people, Lorenzo asked.
"You'll know once you deal with them. Do you need weapons?"
"No need."
Lorenzo seemed extremely confident. He was arrogant, and he deserved to be arrogant. He was a demon hunter, and the secret blood flowing in his body was enough to crush all problems. He also remembered Hercule's words. After all, Lawrence died because of his arrogance towards mortals.
The powerful demon hunting priest never imagined that what would end him was not the burning nail sword, but the rain of fire forged by industry.
“So… I start?” Lorenzo asked.
Hercule made a gesture of invitation, and Lorenzo laughed. Under Hercule's puzzled gaze, he drank the remaining wine in the glass, and then swung out the sharp spike sword, like a condensed light.
The clanging sound of metal made the already depressing atmosphere even more solemn. Both groups were wary of each other at all times, but they did not expect that the first person to draw his weapon would be this stranger.
"Anyone still want to go out?"
Lorenzo inserted his folding knife into the table, like a line separating the two groups.
No one responded to him, and more eyes fell on him. It seemed that they didn't mind getting rid of this guy who suddenly appeared before the fight.
Realizing that he had attracted hatred, Lorenzo smiled even more happily and walked forward.
"You don't use weapons?"
This action scared Hercule. Lorenzo didn't even take his folding knife and walked forward with empty hands. He just wanted to test the gap between Lorenzo and ordinary people, not to kill him.
His hand had already grabbed the gun under the bar, and he wondered if the detective was drunk. If the next thing didn't work, Hercule was ready to open fire to save Lorenzo, but then the voice was heard.
"That's a weapon for hunting 'monsters'. It's useless against these people."
Lorenzo said this.
Although they could not understand the conversation between the two men, the thugs could sense Lorenzo's provocation. Some of them had already stood up, with bright iron weapons under them.
