Chapter 50: Shining debut

"Eve! Move!"

Lorenzo roared and pulled the trigger while moving towards the rear car. The shotgun showed its greatest lethality in this narrow space. The broken bullets pierced the demons one after another, and blood spurted everywhere. But then more demons came out, and they tore each other apart, as if there was a huge war in front of them.

Petals were flying everywhere. Lorenzo picked up his suitcase with one hand and then threw it to Eve. He lifted her up with such force that the heaviness made the girl stagger and almost fall. Fortunately, she regained her balance and escaped through the iron gate.

But soon, Eve turned around and came back with a pale face.

"What are you doing!"

Lorenzo scolded loudly, and the girl quickly replied to him.

"There are demons behind them too!"

"ha?"

A shot blew off a twisted head. Lorenzo walked directly towards Eve with a gun in hand, pulled the girl out of the car, and then locked the door tightly. Behind the glass were countless bloody hands, which knocked heavily on the door, leaving cracks on the glass.

Lorenzo picked up the suitcase by its shoulder strap, then hung it at his waist and pulled out a spiked sword with a cold glow.

"Is there a demon in front as well?"

Lorenzo was a little confused. With such a dense outbreak of demons, it seemed that this train had been full of demons from the beginning. Then the question was, why was it this train, and why was it related to him

Thinking of his own clairvoyance that broke through boundaries, and Eve's clairvoyance phenomenon, Lorenzo had a rough inference. Perhaps it was because the two of them were too deeply connected with the darkness that caused all this. They were discovered by the darkness, and so these demons came out from the shadows.

But... why now

The sharp nail sword pierced through the thick iron door, along with the demon behind it. The holy silver plating was stained with the demon's blood, and made a bubbling sound like strong acid corrosion.

“Climb up!”

At this moment, Eve also shouted together. The silver-white death knell made a dull loud sound in her hand, and it punched big holes in the iron door like a hand cannon. Blood gushed out from behind the dark holes.

That was just a lowest-level demon, without independent consciousness, a walking corpse driven only by blood. But Lorenzo would not relax because there might be an elite like Sabo hiding among them.

The two were at the hook between the carriages. Lorenzo lifted Eve up and put her on top of the carriage. Then he climbed up as well. The strong wind on the roof made it impossible for him to open his eyes. The sharp spike sword pierced through the roof to stabilize his body.

"Go ahead, Eve, we have to find a way to get to the front of the car!"

This was Lorenzo's plan, to get to the front of the car, cut off the connecting hooks, and say goodbye to these damn monsters.

"Why does the demon appear here?!"

The darkness just now really scared her. The passengers' whispers stopped for a moment, and then there was the bloodthirsty gasp. They were clearly human beings not long ago, but became demons in the next second.

"Two conclusions. First, our connection with the darkness is deep enough to be within reach. But based on my professional experience, if we really reach such a deep level of darkness, it won't be these scumbags that come looking for us."
