Chapter 17: Human feelings

Views:

Most of the students who come here have dreams of becoming stars in the entertainment industry, so there are many handsome men and beautiful women. Jiang Se stood for a while before picking up the strap of his school bag and entering the school gate.

She did not rush to ask whether the crew of "Fake It" was really going to recruit actors at the Film and Television University. Instead, she walked around the school to familiarize herself with the environment.

After figuring out the approximate location of each department in the school, she felt a little tired from walking, and out of the corner of her eye she saw a fountain pool made of marble not far away.

The edge of the pool was built very wide. Jiang Se walked to the edge of the pool, took his bag, sat down, took out the mineral water he bought from his bag and took a sip.

The water in the pool behind her splashed, and occasionally a few drops of water fell on her cheeks, bringing her a little coolness in this hot evening.

She took a tissue to wipe the sweat from her forehead. A fragrant breeze blew over and someone sat down next to her. Soon Jiang Se smelled a pungent odor.

She turned her head and saw a girl in a red dress and short skirt sitting about one meter away from her. Her pair of long white legs were particularly eye-catching against the red skirt.

There was an opened bottle of nail polish next to it. The girl was crossing her feet and applying the nail polish on her toes.

"Hey, are you stung?"

Jiang Se's gaze seemed to have attracted the girl's attention. After she finished painting her big toe, she raised her head, revealing her face with delicate makeup that was originally half-hidden under her big chestnut wavy hair.

She raised her eyebrows but did not stop what she was doing.

Jiang Se looked at her for a long while. The girl sneered and pressed the nail polish brush in her hand back into the bottle to dip some nail polish. When she was about to apply it on her feet, Jiang Se said:

"I saw the black ****."

The girl's hands shook, and the bright red nail polish spread all over her toes. She hurriedly tried to put the brush back into the bottle, and then reached for her bag to get a tissue.

Jiang Se took the tissue in his hand, pulled out two pieces and handed them over. The girl didn't even say thank you, but quickly took them and wiped the nail polish on her feet.

"We are all women anyway, so just watch it."

After wiping her feet, the girl did not close her legs, but leaned forward, and her already short skirt slid up even more, teasing Jiang Se:

"Would you like to take another look?"

"Thank you, I don't like this."

Jiang Se put the tissue in her hand back into her bag and was not embarrassed by her teasing.

Her performance made the girl in the red skirt laugh. After screwing the cap of the nail polish on, she moved over and sat down:

"Hey, which department are you from?"

After the girl asked this question, she reached out and tucked her long hair on the right side behind her ear:

"You are from the acting department, right? She is pretty, much prettier than Liu Yuchun, the new student this year."

Jiang Se vaguely felt that the name sounded familiar:

"I heard that a film crew was looking for actors here, so I came to take a look."

As soon as she finished speaking, the girl paused in lifting her hair, and then laughed:

"As expected, the media is powerful. Once the news is broadcast, everyone will know about it." She sat over, with a strong scent of perfume on her body:

"But you may have made a wasted trip."

She sneered:

"You're talking about 'Fake It, Fake It' directed by Gu Jiaer, right?"

Jiang Se nodded.

"The school and the crew have a cooperative relationship. How can you get the really important role? All of you are recommended by the instructor for audition." She reached out to lift her long hair again, turned her head and wanted to lean on Jiang Se:

"Do you have a backer? Do you have a godfather? Do you have money?"

Every time she asked a question, Jiang Se shook her head. At the end, the girl rolled her eyes at her:

"You still want to enter the entertainment industry? You're crazy about being famous!"

Her body was soft and slightly plump, with snow-capped peaks on her chest, towering high, making Jiang Se look a little immature.

This girl was a bit outgoing, but Jiang Se was not used to being so close to others. He helped the girl sit down and stepped back a little further away from her:

"I just want to play a supporting role."

She is not the original Jiang Se, and she does not have the ambition to become famous in the entertainment industry.

At the beginning, Feng Zhongliang looked down on the impact that being a star had on her, and he wanted to get a role just to solve his current predicament.

If this life belongs to her in the future, she should at least be more responsible for herself.

"play a small role?"

When Jiang Se pushed her at first, the girl leaned against her in a familiar manner and refused to be pushed away by her.

But after Jiang Se finished speaking, she was stunned for a moment, and actually sat up straight:

"You're actually looking for a minor role?" She looked Jiang Se up and down, with a puzzled look in her eyes:

"Are you crazy? Do you know how much a day's work as an extra makes? How much does it cost to be a supporting actor with lines?"

Jiang Se picked up his bag and stood up.

Today she took a rough walk around the school, found out the locations of the school departments, and noticed that there were no signs of a film crew or any signs of vigilance anywhere.

The gate of the Imperial Capital Film and Television University does not adopt a closed education system, and entering and exiting the gate is very smooth.

If the crew is really on campus, the ubiquitous reporters will always find ways to sneak in and keep an eye on this place.

She already felt like she had made a wasted trip today, and what this girl said only confirmed her guess.

Since she came back empty-handed and had evening self-study in the evening, she decided to go back.

The girl held the tissue that had been used to wipe the nail polish in her hand. She looked at her for a while before frowning.

"Have you ever...?"

She seemed to want to say something, but then she felt a little annoyed. She inserted her fingers into her long curly hair for a while, thought for a moment, and then put her hand down again:

"Forget it. There are no auditions on campus. The instructors will directly recommend students to the audition location." She licked her lips, reached for the small bag on her waist, and took out a small mirror from it. "It is said that it will be on the 13th floor of Shanghuan Yijing Building in the Imperial Capital on June 12. You can go and try it then."

The girl looked at herself in the mirror and took out her lipstick to touch up her makeup:

"But I remind you that the main character and important supporting roles have already been decided. Even if you become one, you will only play a minor role."

Jiang Se memorized the address she told him and then thanked her.

"You don't have to thank me. I just hate owing favors to others."

She raised the tissue in her hand that she had not yet thrown away, and after saying this, she stopped chatting with Jiang Se, lowered her head and unscrewed the nail polish and started painting her nails.

Before Jiang Se left, he reminded her:

"She's gone."

The girl ignored her with a stern face. After Jiang Se walked away, she closed her legs and couldn't help but burst out laughing.

When Jiang Se returned to school, Lu Baobao was still copying English words.

Seeing Jiang Se, she waved her hands, looking pitiful, and asked nervously:

"Sese, did you go to the Film and Television University? Did you see Xu Xiaoying? Did you see Zhou Jingxuan?" (To be continued)
