He looked up and saw a huge bird circling in the sky. Its wingspan was thirty or forty feet wide, its feathers were shiny black, and it was emitting a faint black mist. It seemed to be a monster.
Before Shen Luo could take a closer look, the bird spread its wings, dived down towards the valley at high speed, and soon disappeared from his sight.

The high walls surrounded by wooden fences were about two meters high. Inside the walls, there was a circle of high platforms. Every few steps on the platforms stood a young human being wearing coarse linen clothes, holding bows and spears, constantly shooting and stabbing.
Outside the wooden fence, there were more than a dozen gray-haired monkeys that were the same height as ordinary humans but ten times stronger than ordinary humans gathered together. Some of them were holding stones and throwing them violently at the top of the fence. Every time a stone fell, there was a loud bang, and the force was so great that it was astonishing.
In the fence wall on the other side, there were two heavy wooden doors wrapped in iron sheets. Several monkeys gathered in front of them, holding thick stone sticks in their hands and swinging their arms to smash them.
Someone on top of the village gate saw that the wooden door was shaking violently and was about to collapse, so he leaned out and stabbed downward with the spear in his hand, trying to stop the monkeys.
But as soon as he showed his head, he was hit on the head by a flying stone. His brain burst immediately, and his body tilted and he fell from the wall.
The monkeys gathered in front of the door saw this and no longer bothered to continue smashing the door, but came over to fight for it. The man's body was being torn into pieces in their hands.
At this moment, a purple-haired woman wearing crude armor suddenly appeared on the top of the fence wall.
He quickly formed seals with his hands in front of him and swung them downwards. Suddenly, a whistling sound was heard in the air, and a red fireball as big as a human head fell from the sky and smashed towards the group of gray-haired monkeys.
Those animals seemed to know the power of the fireball, and they gave up the meat that was about to be eaten and hid aside.
After the red fireball hit the corpse, a flame immediately rose up and engulfed it.
Seeing this, the monkeys became more ferocious and smashed the village gate again. The rest of the monkeys threw stones at the woman.
"There are immortal cultivators..."
Shen Luo hesitated for a moment, then looked intently at the woman, only to find that she had a young face, still looking like a girl. Her arms and calves under her tattered armor were wrapped in a layer of white cloth, on which some black dried blood could be vaguely seen.
