"Report," a plainclothes soldier walked in and reported, "Feng Qi and Liu Zongde are staying outside the hotel."
"What's the change?" Rukun asked.
"On the side of the hotel, there are two black cars. Someone is busy overhauling and refueling." Plainclothes replied.
"Okay," Rukun ordered, "Call Secretary Li to come to me."
