I just took one apart

Zhu Ran lowered his head and took out the key to open the classroom door: "I was having a great time bullying the weak in the arcade, why did you suddenly want to go back to school? What did you forget?"

Chen Luobai: "Homework."

"Homework, homework is-" Zhu Ran paused and turned around in surprise, "How could you forget to bring your homework?"

How could a person who woke up in the middle of the night after watching a game, did not do any other entertainment, and even wrote a few test papers actually forget to bring his homework

"Stop talking nonsense and open the door first." Chen Luobai said.

Zhu Ran turned around and opened the door. Thinking about the low pressure he had been in since morning, he couldn't help but turn around and ask, "Auntie and uncle are making a particularly loud noise this time?"

Chen Luobai didn't respond to him. He reached out and pushed the door open, his profile looking particularly cold.

Zhu Ran had an idea in his mind.

He was afraid that the quarrel might be more serious than he had expected.

For once, he said nothing more and followed Chen Luobai into the classroom.

Chen Luobai stretched out his hand to pull out the chair, and reached into the desk to touch the test paper, but his palm unexpectedly touched something else.

Two very small ones.

Zhu Ran saw him suddenly stop moving, and couldn't help but ask: "What's wrong?"

Chen Luobai took out what he touched, spread out his palm, and saw that there seemed to be two candies on it.

"Is this candy?" Zhu Ran looked curious. "Why are there candies on your desk? Did a girl give them to you? That doesn't make sense. When those girls give you gifts on your desk, they always wrap them beautifully, even the bows on the outside are tied meticulously. How could someone just give you two candies? Did someone accidentally put them in the wrong place?"

This was also the first time Chen Luobai encountered such a situation: "Maybe."

"Then let me eat it. I'm hungry." Zhu Ran said as he reached out to take the candy in his hand.

Chen Luobai retracted his fingers and avoided the outstretched claw.

"You are so stingy." Zhu Ran rolled his eyes. "Even if Aunt Fang told you that she doesn't like it, you can't waste someone else's kindness, but this is obviously not given to you by a girl. Whoever confessed to you would put two candies in your desk? I think someone probably put them in the wrong place, or someone from Ruirui and the others shared it and put two candies in your desk."

Chen Luobai casually stuffed the things in his hand into the pocket of his school pants: "Ask next week."

"Let me see if there's anything on my desk." Zhu Ran walked to his own desk and reached in to feel around. "No, that's strange."

Chen Luobai had already taken out the test paper: "Let's go."

After leaving the school gate, Chen Luobai hailed a taxi at the intersection.

Zhu Ran’s home is closer to the school, so the car was parked at the entrance of his community first.

The car door was half open, and Zhu Ran tilted his head and asked again: "How about you come to my house tonight?"

"No need." Chen Luobai's face was mostly hidden in the shadows. He raised his chin slightly and said, "Go down quickly."

After Zhu Ran got off the taxi, it drove for a while before stopping at the gate of another residential area.

After Chen Luobai got home, he found that the house was unusually quiet today. The nanny who was always at home was nowhere to be seen, and the kitchen was empty.

He leaned against the kitchen, took out his cell phone, opened the call log, slid his fingertips up and down a few times, then stopped, his eyes slightly lowered, and in the end he didn't dial any number.
