Chapter 265: Nether (3)

I waited, feeling the cool air and moist air swirling around me, clutching my clothes and my skin tightly. I felt the rune on my hand grow strongly under my leather gloves. If I pull it down now, it will definitely be brighter than the moonlight through the canopy.

"Grayson!" I called again.

"I know you will be back."

His sudden appearance shocked me.

"You know. You know I was not born in my race, but yours. Kerhans."

Grayson's stoic expression told me everything. His eyes fell to the ground. "I'm sorry if the news is not so comforting, but there is more content." He looked up again, but before he had time to continue, his eyes fell on my necklace.

"Two amulets," he turned his head and smiled at me, as he pointed out Kerhan's amulet. "This is my sister's. Do you know?"

I reached over, grabbed the pendant from his hand, and felt the pulse under the surface. "What's the meaning?"

"My sister Maria sacrificed herself to save us. When she came back, she would be free from the curse that trapped us. Most of the people in my family chose to sleep, frozen in the rocks waiting for my sister's return. She has the blood of witchcraft and used magic to protect our safety. Then she died, leaving me to endure immortality and wait for her to return. My race will be relieved to know that our waiting is over."

I took a step back. "what are you saying?"

"My sister has been reincarnated. You are a copy of her, all the way to the rune on your right hand. Rebirth into this world, free from the curse. Now you can light the way to ZìYóu for our race and take them from the stone Released from the prison, so that we can roam the earth again. Whether it is day or night, we can move and transform at will."

"I still don't understand. I'm not her." Really? I can feel a real spark in what he said, because his words stirred up something in my bone marrow, driving out old memories from my mind.

"You are Maria, my sister," Grayson said. The corners of his mouth were upturned, and he reached out to me. "You have been born again, and you must be ready to lead us to seek revenge. We will avenge the Little Red Riding Hoods. It is you who made this possible."

I continued to shake my head, confused by what he said. "I will never go against Little Red Flower. Everem is a Mark Thiel. We are engaged."

"You will do it. You did it because of blood. But first, you have to release our wolves." He reached into the pocket of his jeans and pulled out an old rusty key.

"what should I do?"

He tilted his head slightly with a funny smile. I bet he enjoys my confusion, I can see it on his face.

"Come with me, we will save our people and realize our revenge."

My amulet buzzed on my skin. I held them tightly in my hand, wondering if they would explode due to the energy released. Staring at my chest, I saw that the two had melted together. Two stones are placed side by side, surrounded by a platinum shell. I don't know what that means. One was Mark Till, who became a bow knight when Everem gave it to me, and the other was Korhan, but both belonged to me. Because both people have a relationship with me, Everem’s belongs to me more than his current one. It's like my own amulet is now more his than mine.

"What happened?" I whispered in the air, looking up at my brother. Grayson is my brother. Yes. I think it's right to say these things to myself. But my amulet wants to tell me something.

"Your amulets are fused. You are tied up by more than one person. This is so strange, I have never seen this happen." Grayson's voice changed. It is deeper and crueler. I stared at the creature in front of me, but I was no longer afraid. In fact, a strange feeling of deja vu filled me, as if I was walking in a dream, in a place I had been. Many many times. "Please help me, help our people," he said.

"How can I save them?" I asked. He stretched out his arm. Its claws are as big as my entire fist. When he started to transform, his entire body was growing.

"Maria, my sister. I will take you to meet them now. You can save them. Let us unite again. You just have to hold my hand."

The strange feeling of swimming in my head confuses my thoughts. I can't protest, and I don't want to resist. If there is a little truth that our people-the Kelhan family-can be saved, I must go with Grayson.

I took his weird hand and he completed his transformation. A huge troll-like figure spread its wings and stood in front of me. He motioned for me to jump on his back.

"Lily!" A familiar voice came from behind me, and I turned around to find Ephraim running towards me. "Stay away from him!" He drew his sword as he ran, preparing to pierce Grayson. I was standing between them, but he was faster than me, rushing from my side to Grayson.

Grayson grinned and pushed me aside but didn't hurt me. A second later, Everem's sword slammed into the arm of the Dripper statue. The deafening harshness and sparks from the impact, but did not stop. The Stone Warrior pounced at Ephron, but he easily avoided. Grayson's size slowed him down, but he still grabbed the sword, holding the blade tightly in his fist. Alfred was forced to let go, while Grayson threw the ball aside.

"A Prince Marktier. I needed your help before, but you didn't come. It doesn't matter. I have what we need. My sister will help us, and then our anger will make everyone succumb."

I finally stood up. Wielding Everem's sword to move is too dangerous.

"You can't wake them up. You don't know what they will do. Let them sleep. They don't want to live like that!" Evre yelled at the rumbling roar that echoed in the gargoyle's throat. It makes my skin tremble. I ran towards them, screaming, hoping they could hear me.

"Stop! Please don't hurt each other!" At that moment, Grayson turned around and told his story in the direction of Me and Avery. Unfortunately, I grabbed the end of this huge appendage, uprooted me, and threw me a few feet away.

too frightening!

I was beaten and flew onto a tree. My vision was blurred and flickering, but when I fell to the ground, I could still hear the noisy sound, I could not move, and I was dumbfounded by the impact.

"Lily!" Ephron screamed. There was another scuffle and metal scratches.

"You shouldn't do that," Grayson said.

I struggled to open my eyes, but my eyes were heavier than a boulder and I refused to obey.

Turned around. Turn quickly!

I heard Ephraim laughing. "So you did bleed." Hatred flowed from his words, and I had never heard him say such vicious words before.

My thoughts began to fade, and I wondered if I broke my neck. After a while, I still couldn't move. I have to change. The injury was too serious this time and it is impossible to recover without help.

"We are still humans, have you forgotten that your relatives are like this, Prince?"

"It doesn't matter. I won't let you take the bag off. Your intentions are dishonorable."

Grayson became angry, his voice getting louder and louder. "Do you know what honor is, Mark Till?" As he ran, the ground shook, and the sound of footsteps got closer and closer.

"Don't touch her!" Ephron followed in his footsteps, but he came too late. Grayson picked me up. I felt my fur wrinkle, and suddenly realized that I had finished the process of becoming a wolf. He hugged me and turned around, roaring at my love.

Everem. My eyes blinked, and for an instant I caught a glimpse of him trying to catch up with Grayson's stride in vain.

"She is one of us," Grayson growled. "Those who your family banished and left it to decay. She doesn't belong here." I can feel every movement of his muscles on my body, before he pushes me away and hits the sky, it brings me Great pain.

Ephraim called my name, but the strong wind gradually made me unconscious. Before my vision became blurred again, I saw a dark night intermittently filled with bright twinkling stars. We passed the dense forest out of reach of Avery.

Unable to do anything, I tried to relax. I felt an irresistible relief because Everett was safe. The need to protect my newly discovered brother also surfaced in the battle, even though Grayson was able to deal with the mighty Marktier fighters. my sweetheart. My fiance. I watched them fight, very scared to lose them both.

I'm sorry, honey, I tried to say it in a low voice, but these words didn't come out of my mouth. One day, I hope he can forgive me and understand what I must do. This is my destiny, and I must allow it to happen. I must do this not only for myself, but also to help my family. I never belonged anywhere, and now I know why.

It's not Mark Till, it's another matter entirely.

When we fled into the night sky, I locked Everem’s love deeply in my heart, hoping that this love could prevent it from hardening like the statue holding me now and supporting me through it. The hard time ahead.

"We must be prepared for the worst possible outcome," Yitan suggested.

Having said these words, my brother glanced at me with concern. I closed up, cold and silent. He had never seen me so upset. Just a few hours after Lily's disappearance, I began to search in the woods in rags. Legend has it that there is a catacomb, and it is said that there is the Kerhan tribe below the temple city. We have not found them yet, which leads me to believe that the rumors about their location are not true. No matter where the frozen Korhan family is saved, we have lost precious time to our enemies.
