Chapter 54: Chance

"Hey! Is anyone still alive?" I shouted, and prodded a nearby corpse with my cane. There is nothing but silence. "Damn it!"

I was a little too enthusiastic about my attacks and completely forgot to ask me the urgently needed direction. I will not say that this is entirely my fault. I didn't expect them to collapse so soon.

That's great! Now I am destined to wander in this forest for a few more hours, thanks to their very weak survival instinct! what! I can kill them all again!

There must be a better way than walking through this damn forest. When I was pacing back and forth while collecting the souls of thirty corpses, I thought there must be a better way. I can use magic to help-wait, it didn't help me much before, in some cases it made the situation worse.

When the sun suddenly reached its peak on the horizon, I was deeply plunged into the throes of despair, and my mood changed from dirty to terrible. It's getting worse, isn't it? Oh! If it's not just the cherries on the cake! Now some other hapless fools are approaching!

Oh? Oh, oh, oh? Wait a moment. This idiot is a bit different.

So, who is this person who crawled into my killing zone? I can't even see the beast, but I can already feel such a huge bloody look emanating from the shadow behind those trees.

My fingers twitched, my heart beat faster, my tongue slid across my lips, and I started to get excited. So far, no baby has had such a reaction, and I can't help but tremble! I could hear the grass moving slowly, and as the bloodstain explorer took a long step forward, I could hear them moving and breaking slowly.

At that moment, the sun rose high enough to fill the open space with its evil light, the mysterious intruder could finally be seen, and my mood sank uncontrollably. I know this kind of person. They are huge and bulky, so they speak out how strong they are, but they are always the first to scream when their mother realizes their impending doom.

A tattered rag covers his shoulders all the way to his lower limbs with this huge beast-like man. It splays slightly to one side, revealing the evil-looking silver armor, which completely covers his. The whole leg and foot. His hair is horrible, his chin is not shaved, and it looks like the worst night of his life, or the best in some cases. Under that hairy hair, sat two pairs of biting, hateful eyes, screaming for murder. But perhaps the most interesting thing about him is the weapon he wears on his back. A huge, thick blade swept across his back diagonally from his right shoulder to his left leg. The pointed tip was easy to see and showed me a crimson stain. Opposite his back is a spear with two blades on it, which looks the same as his sword. In a way, these blades are unique because they have two spikes that are about half the length of the actual blade.

Although I don't mind at all, the bloody smell on his body is like some irritating aftershave, although I don't mind at all. The farther he went, the more I realized that my previous disappointment might be wrong. He stopped slowly, and when I was within the range of his sword, looking around at the carnage around, the disgusting expression never left his eyes.

"Did you do this?" he asked in a deep, lifeless tone.

"I did this. So what?"

I squinted a little. I feel that this person will attract me at all times. Although it sounds sad, I am not immortal. I can easily be cut in half by such a big blade, but I did not wait until four thousand years before returning to this world, just to be killed the next day!

"It is not uncommon for one person to kill thirty enemies."

"My God, you do know how to make girls blush."

"Unfortunately, I killed them." He growled angrily. "Well, I think you will fight harder than them!"

If I hadn't foreseen this, his actions were lightning-fast, which would definitely bring me bad luck. I wrapped my walking stick around my hand, slid it behind my neck, and supported his one-handed knife with both hands. The absolute power behind the strike is immeasurable. At the moment of the impact, I was forced to squat, but I didn't suffer any harm.

"Very good." The man said vaguely, with a strong, happy expression in his eyes. "Not many people can stop the first swing."

I know why! My magic is even rising up to resist! Fortunately, my staff has their own protection spell, and only in this way can I break it. Nevertheless, he nailed me to the ground like this.

"Do you have any reservations about beating women?" I groaned under tension.

"Should I do this? Your women have the same strength and bloodthirsty hope as our men."

Makes sense. I am the living evidence of that sentence. Okay, then I have to let this poor pig head see how strong I am-wow, hey!

I should realize that he only used half of his strength, so when he adds another hand to the handle, I can avoid spinning in the air like a complete clown. He didn't even pull back his huge sword and swing it again, he just increased the strength I was already under and blew me into the air! Is this guy just a muscle

After several rapid air flips, I managed to control my speed and came to a floating parking spot. I looked down on my opponent during the brief moment of separation, and he stared at me helplessly.

"Ho Ho Ho Ho! Fool!" I cried with absolute superiority. "Don't you know that the power of witches comes from being able to cast their spells from a safe distance?"

"Witch? What is that?" he thought loudly. ""Are you talking about wizards? I have killed many people like you in my life. You hide behind magic, as if this is some kind of sacred protection, but it always crumbles before my blade!"

"I am not a wizard! I am a witch! This title is equivalent to fear!" I giggled. "I don't care how many people like me you kill, all you did was kill a baby, not my power!"

"Let's wait and see." The pig head muttered, thrusting the sword into the ground and grabbing the spear.

He planted his head on a nearby tree and jumped into the air. He sank one of the blades into the tree, nails and other things, but his climb never slowed down. He used his own motivation to hit his employees and reached a higher height, then kicked the tree away with this height, and sent him in my direction! To be honest, it looks incredible.

"You are mine now!" he roared in the air.

I just smiled. Without his epee, I can easily avoid any of his attacks. The trick here is to know how to fight this weapon. It seems that it has more attack opportunities than a single-edged sword, but this is just an illusion. All it can do is walk towards you faster from the opposite direction.

The moment he was within the range of the distance, he swung the blade in an arc. I intercepted his attack as planned, but just as we connected, the steel pipe broke. My staff member entered the gap and hit the chain that put the two pieces together, causing his ZìYóu's swinging blade to bend inward and thrust it straight into my head.

"Good fight." I cursed myself.

I fell from the sky, but landed gracefully, among dozens of dead people. I licked the small amount of blood that slowly drained from the side of my cheek, and I felt desperate to kill those things that I hadn't felt for a long time. My opponent slammed to the ground, right where he buried the big blade.

"Three-section stick?" I observed calmly. "I didn't expect this to happen."

"I didn't expect you to land with a clear head. I think that you are a worthy opponent is correct."

"I think so too. You rekindled something in my heart, something I shouldn't forget."

Yes, this is how the war should go. Kill each other at all costs. Violence, deception and struggle. Oh, long time no see!

"I started to think that everyone here has the power of a slug." I said, reflecting the crazy smile of my opponent. "I think it's time for you to see my abilities"

"The little bug struggling with you." He provoked it. "At the end of it all, you are nothing but another stain on my blade."

A bug? I can't help but laugh at those little insults. Before I was sentenced to life imprisonment, no one had ever dared to call my name. In a sense, this is almost refreshing.

Now, what should I do? I can boil his blood, lock his thoughts in his body, and summon a puppet to crush him like an insect. The possibilities are endless. Oh! I know what to do.

"Since you want to kill these poor creatures so much, I will give you a chance." I said as I slapped the ground with my cane.

The sound of my staff is very similar to the sound of a small bell, ringing through the entire open space, so it can reach every fallen bandit. But I need to be distracted to complete my grand plan. The corpses scattered on the ground began to tremble slightly. The clanging sound of their armor and weapons returned together, and these fallen creatures tried to regain the commands they once had on their bodies. Slowly, they all stood up and faced our common goal directly.

The beastly man looked around and looked at the sluggish dead people, but was not surprised. (To be continued) (End of this chapter)
