That evening, Tony, who had just finished a press conference, had dinner with Pepper.
"Sir, Kingpin has sent an official letter, hoping to have lunch with you." Jarvis reported into Tony's headset.
"Have lunch together?" Tony smiled. He was not interested in eating with a fat man. It was too greasy and would easily make people lose their appetite.
"Reply to him and let's just have lunch together. If he's sincere, I'll wait for him at Stark Tower at noon the day after tomorrow."
"Okay, sir. Also, Nick Fury has been waiting for a long time outside your villa," Jarvis continued.
"Nick Fury?" Tony thought for a moment. The enhanced Jarvis had once captured information about Nick Fury.
"The head of the secret service? Would he be so honest as to just stand at the door? Didn't he try to go in?"
"The other party tried, but after seeing some active security equipment, he stopped and chose to wait outside the door." Jarvis' description was very vivid.
Tony could imagine that Nick wanted to climb over the wall, but as soon as he reached the top, he found machine guns pointing at him at multiple points, so he quietly climbed down and went to the door to get some cool air.
Seeing Tony handling things, Pepper was very relieved. In the past, with Tony's willful temper, it would be absolutely impossible for him to handle these things, let alone use his rest time.
"Honey, if you have anything to do, go and deal with it first." Pepper wiped her mouth with a napkin and looked at Tony.
"It's okay, it's basically all dealt with." Tony waved his hand and said.
"You don't have to humor me, and I've already finished eating." Pepper said with a smile.
"Just listen to me. I'll take you back first. There's no rush. It's the same if you let him wait a little longer." Tony stood up and said very domineeringly. Now he felt like a domineering president in a novel.
An hour later, Tony, who had sent Pepper home, walked towards his villa.
Nick Fury stood under the light at the door waiting for Tony's arrival. It's not that he didn't stay in the dark, but that he couldn't avoid the light at all. Wherever he went, Jarvis controlled the light to follow him. This behavior was quite disgusting.
"Why don't you come in and sit down? Don't you agents often climb walls and fly over rooftops?" Tony walked out of the darkness and said teasingly to Nick Fury.
"The master is not at home, how could I go in casually?" Nick Fury said to Tony expressionlessly.
"Really? Then I'll go in first." Tony said, without inviting Nick Fury, he walked straight into the villa alone.
"Wait, I'm here to give you something." Nick said very aggrievedly. When you are under someone's roof, you have to bow your head. If you want to ask someone for help, you always have to pay a price.
"Things? What things?" Tony asked back.
"Things your father left behind." Nick quickly pointed out the topic.
"Oh, he would leave something for me?" Tony sneered, "Even if it was for me, how could it be in your hands?"
"We can go in and talk slowly. After all, this is not a place to talk." Nick sighed in his heart. He didn't know how long it had been since he had been so humble.
Tony and Nick looked at each other for a moment, "Come with me."
After the two entered the villa, the spies from various forces around could not see anything. After what happened with Stan, the security level of Tony's villa would be no worse than the vault of a large bank.
"Your father asked us to give this to you. He hopes to open it when you can stand on your own." Nick put the box on the table. "We think now is the time."
Tony looked at the box but didn't open it right away. "I see. If that's all you want to say, goodbye."
"No, there's one more thing." Nick Fury pulled out a document from his bag and handed it to Tony, "I hope you can join the Avengers."
"You want me to be your subordinate?" Tony looked at Nick coldly. This guy must be dreaming.
Nick shook his head. "There are already countless things in this world that are difficult for us humans to deal with. Since that thing appeared, such things have become more and more numerous. So I hope to establish a team specifically to deal with such incidents."
Tony became slightly more interested after listening to Nick's words. He picked up the information and said, "Oh, that sounds interesting. Who else is on the team besides me?"
"For now, there are only two elite agents under my command." Nick said without any embarrassment.
Tony snapped the file shut. "They joined there too?"
Nick shook his head. He was also wondering why Black Widow and Hawkeye were not chosen. After all, these two were much better than the idiots under Ross.
"Goodbye." Tony gestured to see him off.
"The Avengers' public database contains all the information about that place over the years, and we can provide some of the currency in it," Nick followed up.
Based on the reports from his subordinates, Nick believed that even Tony did not have many points in his hands now, because there were too many places where points were needed.
Listening to Nick's words, Tony began to think. He was definitely not as good as SHIELD in collecting God Points, but he still felt that the Avengers plan was not suitable.
"Let's change the name." Tony thought for a while and said, "How about calling it the Avengers?"
Nick was stunned for a moment. Is there any difference between these two names
Looking at Nick's expression, Tony stood up.
"I will find a way to get you a spot in my team. Of course, it won't be free. You will need to pay a certain amount of currency for this spot."
Nick Fury now understood that the difference between the two was mainly in the main body, and Tony wanted to build a solid team of his own.
After thinking for a while, Nick raised his head and said, "I agree, but there is one condition."
"What conditions?"
"We want to buy a certain number of battle armors from you," Nick said, "as well as any training methods or items that can reproduce abilities."
"Can."
Tony put the armor on display to sell it, of course, but he would not sell it to those who start wars. Many ordinary people in this world already have a hard enough life, and there have been enough wars.
"Of course, the settlement currency for armor and items cannot be US dollars, and the use of armor must be restricted. If you violate the restrictions, I have the right to pursue you!"
In this "friendly" atmosphere, Tony and Nick began to discuss some specific details, including the model of the armor, the matching weapons, the specific price, and the after-sales service that should be provided.
