Marvel Rise of Lord God

Chapter 50: Loki's Lies

Views:

After returning to normal, Coulson immediately realized that something was wrong. He was supposed to go ask questions, but now he was wasting time here. This was very abnormal.

Coulson glanced towards the prison cell calmly, then quickly retracted his gaze and blended into the crowd around him who were wasting time aimlessly.

There is only one Pure Heart Pendant, and Coulson must make himself look like he is bewitched, otherwise he might be discovered by Loki. Not only might he be controlled, but he might even kill him outright.

I don't know how much time had passed, but no sound came out of the cell anymore. Coulson continued to work in his bewitched state. The agents' acting skills were first-rate, and you couldn't tell the difference unless you paid special attention.

After being busy for nearly a whole day, around afternoon time, someone finally came to pick Thor up.

"Hello, we are here to pick up Donnie, he is my colleague, he got lost last night and accidentally came in here." The man was the meteorologist whose research data Coulson took away.

Coulson stood aside and watched Melinda take the ID card, swipe it on the reader, and then ignore the few people who were "no such person" on the computer and return the card to the person.

The more Coulson looked, the more surprised he was. There were so many unknown things in this world.

Two soldiers carried Thor over. After a conversation, Melinda and the others handed Thor over to the newcomers.

After a few people left, Melinda started studying the computer screen again.

Coulson sat aside. He was patient enough and would never behave abnormally until he was sure that the caster had left.

Half an hour later, the sound of helicopter wings came from above the base, and Coulson hurried over.

A team member jumped down from the helicopter and handed the briefcase to Coulson. "The director said that if this thing breaks, you may have to pay for the next ten years of your salary."

"Ah?" Coulson was stunned. He had to pay for the equipment if it broke down. How could this be justified? "Uh... OK, give it to me. I'll discuss the details with the director."

"Approved." After hearing Coulson's answer, the visitor loosened his grip on the briefcase.

As soon as Coulson woke up, he reported the situation here to Nick in code and requested support.

Back in the monitoring room, Coulson looked at everyone still working ignoring the alarms on the screen, and sighed in his heart.

Then he opened the suitcase, revealing a bunch of strange instruments made up of precision parts.

The instrument has no voice prompts, only text indications.

"No abnormal source of mental energy emission has been detected. The safety level is yellow." A yellow light lit up in the upper right corner of the instrument.

Coulson blinked, which probably meant that the caster should have left, and then Coulson pressed the red button in the box.

Sizzle! !

An extremely harsh sound exploded from the box and directly affected everyone's mind.

The sound was a bit like fingernails scratching glass, but sharper and more harsh than that.

Melinda and the others heard the sound, held their heads with their hands, and expressions of struggle appeared on their faces.

Coulson plugged his ears tightly with his fingers. Five minutes later, the sound stopped. Melinda was sweating profusely, as if she had experienced an extremely intense exercise.

Melinda was sitting on the ground in a trance, with lifeless eyes, just staring straight ahead.

"Melinda? Melinda!" Coulson squatted down and shouted a few words.

Melinda recovered and looked up at Coulson. "I seem to have had a very long dream. Am I awake or not now..."

"Don't worry, you're awake." Coulson said as he pulled Melinda up from the ground.

Melinda recovered and resumed her strong woman self. She ran to the monitoring room aggressively, unlocked the alarm computer with an internal account, and began to look for today's monitoring records.

"What's wrong with her? I haven't seen her so angry in a long time." Hawkeye pressed his temple and came to Coulson and asked.

"Who knows, maybe he dreamed about something bad." Coulson shook his head and said.

"Hey, are you okay? You don't look well." Coulson turned to look at Hawkeye.

"It's okay, at least it's much better than being controlled by others." Hawkeye forced a smile.

He recalled the conversation between himself and Nick Fury some time ago.

The main god space...it seems I have to find a way to fight for it.

Hawkeye was thinking in his mind how to surpass Black Widow and get the spot. Currently, there were only two of them as candidates.

"Found it! Come and see!" Melinda waved at Coulson.

The computer screen showed a gloomy-looking man, this man was Loki. After quietly controlling the people around him, this guy swaggered into the prison cell.

And then there was no more sight. The shielding level of the detention cell seemed to be one level higher, and even the surveillance cameras could not work properly.

"Sooner or later I'm going to catch this guy and make him listen to that sound all day long!" Melinda was so angry that her teeth were itching.

Coulson shrugged his shoulders and looked at Hawkeye. Women are such vengeful creatures.

At the same time, the rescued Thor was drinking himself to relieve his sorrow in the bar.

He had experienced enough today. First he found that he could not lift Thor's hammer, and then Loki told him that Odin was dead.

The successive blows made Thor feel not very well, but after experiencing so many things, Thor has changed a lot and he has become more relieved about many things.

Qi Yun was standing next to Thor, and his super strong mental control ability made everyone around him ignore his existence.

Loki's shoddy lies could only fool a guy like Thor whose brains are all muscles.

Odin's power shines on Thor's body. Given the activeness of this power, who would believe that Odin is dead

"Friend, are you worried about something? Let's have a drink together." Qi Yun sat next to Thor and observed Thor's situation closely.

Thor turned his head, and the passive power of the Son of God emanated from him. Even when Qi Yun showed up on his own initiative, he was still able to observe Qi Yun's figure.

Raising his glass, Thor drank the wine in one gulp. Now he didn't want to talk, he just wanted to get drunk.

"Thor! You're here." Jane squeezed through the crowd and came to Thor.

"You're here." Thor said drunkenly to Jane.

"Yeah, by the way, who were you clinking glasses with just now?" Jane asked curiously.

Thor turned his head and found that Qi Yun, who was beside him just now, had disappeared.

Am I hallucinating from drinking? Thor thought after a moment's pause.
