When Amon led the disciples into the synagogue, the wounded man knelt down in front of Jesus and begged with the support of his family, while the people of the town watched from the sidelines. Some people sympathized with the unfortunate wounded man and hoped that Jesus could heal him, while others took pleasure in other people's misfortune, such as the priests of Salem in the temple.
This is a dilemma. If Jesus does not heal the wounded, he violates the kindness of araha he preaches. But if Jesus healed the wounded today, it would violate the so-called araha commandments of the elders in Salem. Jesus looked around and understood what was going on. The priests of Salem deliberately made this difficult for him, and they were waiting to catch him.
Yuesu stepped forward and stretched out his hand to help the wounded man, saying, "God loves the world, get up."
The wounded man was involuntarily brought up by a force, and he still begged there: "I heard that you are preaching the belief of Arhat everywhere, and healing people along the way. You are a miraculous doctor. Please help me too. Heal this arm!" While speaking, he grabbed Jesus' arm and didn't let go.
Jesus smiled and asked, "Stranger, which hand are you using to grab me?" The sentient hand grabs Jesus' sleeve.
At the same time that Yue Jesus held his arm to make him stand up, he healed the arm without making a fuss. It wasn't a serious injury, but if it wasn't treated in time, it was likely to cause disability. Jesus didn't tell him "I'm healing you" or "I'm going to heal you", just reached out and it was done.
The man moved his arm. Apart from the joint pain, the entire arm had fully recovered its consciousness and mobility. He exclaimed, "Thank you, thank God! You must be the messenger of God, and you are reciting the voice of God!"
"Wow!" Everyone in the venue exclaimed, and everyone began to whisper, admiring the miracle of Jesus. The priests of the temple who were waiting to watch the excitement were a little ashamed. They wanted to find fault with Jesus during the healing process. If Jesus is a doctor, he must treat patients; if Jesus is a magician, he must perform magic spells, right? But Jesus was smarter than they could have imagined, and he healed the pain with only support.
The disciples of Jesus couldn't help feeling amused inwardly. Wasn't the injured man dislocated joints? Do you need to make such a big noise, as if you are on a show!
And Jesus did not forget those who tried to embarrass him by this matter, he looked around and said: "Today is the Sabbath, God has made an agreement with Moses—"The tribe is very hard, after working for six days, you should rest on one day, They should no longer be driven to work.' This is God telling us that we should have good intentions, not that we should refuse good deeds on the Sabbath, otherwise it will violate God's original intention.
That poor wounded man who refused to heal on the Sabbath, and yet has him come here to beg me, I know all this well in my heart. I want to ask you, including those people, if you fall on the Sabbath, do you wish you had someone to help you? God guides us to stay away from evil and get close to good deeds. If someone sins on the Sabbath, should we stop him
You can and should rest on the Sabbath, but if you encounter something that should be done, you must do it, let alone stop the kindness of others. Stopping good deeds is evil, and stopping evil deeds is good! What kind of day do you think the Sabbath is? What kind of choice is in line with God’s original intention? "
After saying these words, Jesus led the disciples to leave the venue and went to rest under a big tree by the river next to the town, but what happened in the venue spread throughout the town.
In the evening, people kept coming to pay homage to Jesus under the tree, and brought him and his disciples various kinds of food. It seems that the people of the whole town are grateful for what he has done, and even more grateful for the inspiration he said to everyone.
Jesus not only solved the difficulties of the priests in Salem, but was also welcomed by the local people. When he preached under the tree the next day, so many people gathered around him that they didn't even go to the temple synagogue anymore. Obviously, if you let everyone choose for themselves, people are more willing to get the guidance of araha from Jesus.
Such a scene made several priests in the Temple of Salem feel a chill in their hearts, and the appearance of Jesus meant that their status was shaken. Under the tree by the river, because of the existence of Jesus, it has become a temple in people's minds. They can't let this person continue to do this anymore. They are going to write a letter to the elders in Salem to report what happened here—such a dangerous person has appeared, and they must try to get rid of it.
At this time, a priest said: "Yesterday, Jesus said in the church that 'stopping evil deeds is good, and stopping good deeds is also evil'. Today someone came to report that he preached God's forgiveness and mercy under the tree. Then we will Give him another problem, the mayor took the sheriff to arrest a criminal, and asked them to take the criminal to the tree by the river to see what Jesus would do with it?"
…
Jesus was preaching to the townspeople under the tree, when suddenly there was a loud noise in the distance, and someone shouted: "Townsmen, stop that criminal quickly and knock him down with stones!"
A man stumbled into the crowd, and was quickly restrained by the people around him and tied his hands behind his back. Jesus' preaching was interrupted, and everyone was watching the captured fugitive. Someone recognized him and exclaimed: "Oh my God, isn't this Qiu Qianren? That villain who has committed many crimes, thank God, he has finally been caught!"
The escaped prisoner named Qiu Qianren seemed to know what occasion he was in, raised his head and shouted: "Why do you arrest me! May I ask who is a completely pure and righteous person? Please tell me! If any of you are innocent before God , you can stone me to death. If not, what qualifications do you have to accuse me of crimes? In front of Arhat, everyone in the world is a sinner. Some people are preaching God's forgiveness and mercy. Why should I be bound to Here?"
Rather than shouting these words to the townspeople, it might be better to say that they are questioning Jesus again. Qiu Qianren only yelled at Josu, and stood up while speaking, with a menacing look and a very hideous appearance, and the sheriff in the town did not stop him. However, before he took two steps, Jesus raised his cane to meet him, and knocked him to the ground with one stick.
Qiu Qianren was beaten and gnawed on the mud, struggling and unable to get up again.
Just listen to Jesus shouting: "Your sin is your sin. Even if you escaped once, it can't prove your innocence. You are arrested now because of what you did. There is evil in the world, not because of what you did. An excuse for evil deeds, and you have to bear the consequences when you make a choice. Anyone who is wrong should be punished. It cannot be said that because there are many crimes in the world, guilt can become innocent, and mistakes can become right.
Even if there is no righteous person here, you should still be punished, so as to make the world farther away from evil and closer to good deeds. People in the world are not all righteous or not, but they cannot allow sin to cover up their shame. Since you know you are guilty, it means that you understand the consequences when you make a choice. Even if you get rid of the hunt, you have to accept hatred and condemnation. If everyone else is guilty, it will never prove that your crime is noble.
A person may not be a righteous person, but he cannot laugh at a righteous person, let alone accuse others of not being a righteous person because of his own faults. That is a deeper sin. Why do we need to look inside, and what does God's forgiveness and mercy mean? Only when people examine their hearts and accept the consequences of what they do, can they usher in the new life of their souls. This rebirth of the soul is not only after you die, but also after you bear the due price, so that you will no longer continue the evil deeds like today. Otherwise you will never be free, whether on earth or in hell.
In this world, only evil can punish evil, and good can also punish evil. Look at the sheriff behind you. He may have stolen a neighbor’s chicken when he was a child, but that doesn’t mean he can’t perform his duties to catch you. If he allows you to continue to commit crimes, that is his unforgivable and unforgivable crime... Public Security Officer, what are you still doing? Let this man interrupt my preaching with a satanic voice? Fulfill your duty quickly and take him to your court. "
Qiu Qianren was hit by Yuesu's stick, her whole body was so weak that she was unable to struggle. While the crowd watched, the mayor ordered the sheriff to take him away.
People were still discussing what Jesus said just now. One of Jesus' disciples was named John, who had the same name as the famous John the Baptist. He frowned and said to his companion in a low voice: "Josuke's words are very reasonable, but if it is spread like this, it may affect the reputation of the teacher. Almost everyone in this world makes mistakes and has sinful thoughts in their hearts. , they hoped to receive God's forgiveness in prayer. Our guide should be a forgiver, and such things are not enough to describe his great sentiments."
Another disciple whispered, "We can tell people another story. A man who made a mistake knelt before Jesus, and Jesus asked the people—Which of you is righteous?"
John nodded and said, "People like to hear stories like that, it's more contagious!"
At this moment, Jesus sighed and asked the crowd, "Which of you is righteous?" John and another disciple who were talking were startled, and quickly stopped to listen to the preaching.
Just listen to Jesus continuing: "Let's hold a ceremony and pray to Aroha. This prayer is not only for God, but also for ourselves. We have no reason to impose evil on others. God's forgiveness and mercy It is the soul that forgives and cleanses. Even if our souls are not clean, we should not lose our true guidance and turn away from the direction of the light."
He said these words not only to the people, but also to the disciples. After he finished speaking, he knelt down under the big tree with a staff in his hand, and entered a state of prayer and meditation. The people around also knelt down and prayed like Jesus.
I don't know how long it took, suddenly there was an exclamation that broke the tranquility under the tree, and people on one side jumped up and dodged to the side, making inconceivable and terrified cries. Josu opened his eyes and looked over, only to see a big bear sneaking into the crowd at some point, kneeling there like a human, with its front paws folded in front of its chest and its head bowed in prayer.
