Chapter 105: Escape

"Are you sure those experimental subjects can create enough chaos? The number of Mihs should be more than those in the square. I'm afraid the entire island is their territory." Richard said with some concern.

"Did you see it in the square before? A large part of the Mihes imitated civilians. This part of the Mihes did not seem to have any attack power. It might be enough if all the experimental subjects were released." Charles replied.

"Click." The sound of the door opening made Charles' back tighten. He quickly stepped out and climbed back onto the bed.

Mihe in a white robe walked in slowly, speaking something slowly.

Charles' eyes turned cold, even though he knew that this guy was just imitating the actions of humans from the previous era.

But whether it was killing Salin or torturing himself, he wanted to grind this guy to ashes.

"Let's find an opportunity to kill this guy." Richard said gritting his teeth in his mind.

"There's always a chance. Let's escape first."

"@*#&~" Mihé, who was wearing a white robe, picked up the pink skirt on the table, placed it in front of Charles and shook it. The corners of Charles' eyes also trembled.

Charles clenched his prosthetic arm tightly and managed to hold it back for a long time before finally refraining from smashing it in his face.

"Swish" a palm-sized photo was taken out by Mihe in white robe.

It was a photo of a little silver-haired girl happily lying in her mother's arms and making a scissors gesture towards the camera.

Charles guessed correctly, 134 was the little girl from Sodom. She didn’t look as hideous as she used to be in the photo, and the sweet smile on her face was so adorable.

Mih in the white robe's tone became much softer, and he slowly placed the photo in Charles' palm.

Richard touched the smooth surface of the photo with his hand and whispered, "This looks like comfort, but it's actually a threat. Doesn't this mean that 134's parents have been captured by them?"

Charles did not reply. He looked at Mih in the white robe in front of him with a serious expression.

Charles had always had a neutral opinion of the Foundation, but after seeing what the guy in front of him did, it was really hard for Charles to have a good impression of them, even though he knew they had completely disappeared.

"@#*&" After lobbying for a while, the white-robed Mih touched Charles' head with its dry hands, turned around, opened the door and walked out.

Taking this opportunity, Charles saw the row of fully armed Heimihe standing outside the door. It was obvious that if he rushed out like this, his hope was very slim, so he had to think of another way.

As soon as the door closed with a "click", Charles stood up immediately. No matter what fate would happen to him afterwards, he had to leave. Charles looked around, trying to find a way out.

But this warmly decorated little girl's bedroom does not even have a window on the wall, and there is no other exit except the door.

"Don't make your motives too obvious. They should be monitoring us." Richard reminded.

Charles picked up the small white comb on the table and threw it toward the ceiling. The whole room instantly became dark.

At this moment, Charles suddenly saw the beautiful crystal chandelier above his head.

With an idea in mind, he raised his prosthetic limb and instantly launched the grappling spear, and the tip of the spear easily pierced the ceiling.

"There's a gap above, go through it!"

Charles pushed his hands lightly against the wall and broke through the thin ceiling to reach the top.

The ceiling was covered with dust, but Charles no longer cared about that. He crawled forward using his hands and feet like a gecko.

But before Charles could climb out far, the shrill alarm sounded again.

"Dude, they noticed we left, there must be surveillance cameras in that room!!"

"Don't be distracted. You report the location on the map and I will control your body's movement. We must not let them catch us again! This is our only chance!" Charles kept crawling quickly in the ventilation duct without stopping.

By multitasking, Charles was getting closer and closer to the first detention point.

"Rustle, rustle~" The sound of flapping wings suddenly sounded behind Charles. He turned around quickly and saw a colorful dragonfly sticking behind him, with its tail constantly shining with red light.

There were dots of red light flashing in the tunnel in the distance. There were many of its kind. Although Charles didn't know what it was, it was obviously not a good thing.

"How long?" Charles asked loudly.

"Go straight for 100 meters and turn left at the first intersection. If there is no intersection, cut one out."

"Rustle, rustle~" The strange sound of flapping wings became more and more frequent. When their number reached a certain level, they began to keep sticking to Charles, as if sticking the light on their tails on his body.

"Here we are! Right down there!"

Hearing Richard's call, Charles raised his prosthetic limb that had turned into a chainsaw and smashed it hard. The ceiling cracked instantly, and Charles fell down with the bugs.

With his body suspended in mid-air, Charles immediately noticed the two Heimihes below who were about to look up.

"Puchi" the harpoon stretched out and shot directly into the head of a Heimihe.

The chain was pulled instantly, and Charles' body quickly fell in the direction of Heimihe.

As the other black Mih picked up the relic in his hand, Charles' prosthetic arm rose and fell, and with Mih's rapid screams, his arm holding the weapon fell directly to the ground.

Charles killed the guy with a chainsaw, and then looked at the experimental subject inside the iron fence next to him.

Behind a fence as thick as a bowl, there were more than a dozen humans with handcuffs and shackles on their hands. They were naked and staring at everything outside with wide eyes, as if they had no idea what was happening.

Charles saw his first mate and chef in the crowd. He didn't bother to talk to his crew members. He started the chainsaw in his hand. A harsh sound of metal friction was heard, and sparks continued to appear.

With a "clang", the fence was sawed off and everyone in the cage rushed out.

"Captain! I knew you would come to save me." Chef Frey rushed to Charles and said ecstatically.

Looking at their appearance, Charles didn't want to say anything more and rushed to the door. So many people were not enough, he needed a lot of help.

Mih didn't seem to realize that Charles would come here. Compared to where he stayed, the security here was obviously much more relaxed.

Charles led these people and cleared out the scattered Mihs along the way and arrived at the second detention point.

Charles found the rest of his crew and the two surviving Illuminati followers.

But the number of people here was even smaller than before, only 9 people. Charles's face became ugly, but he said nothing and continued to rush to the next detention point.
