Chapter 110: dispute

Inside the cabin of the Narwhal, Dipper followed Lily and tiptoed towards the captain's room.

"What do you think Mr. Charles is doing? Why has he stayed in his room since he got on board?" Lily asked in a low voice.

"You're the closest to the captain, and you don't know, so how could I know?" Dipper replied unhappily.

"He doesn't let me sleep with him recently. How would I know? Don't say anything. Mr. Charles has sharp ears. He will hear us if we continue talking."

As they were talking, they were already close to the cabin of the boat. They heard some movement inside. They slowly leaned over and listened. A slightly vague sound came from inside.

"Why are you so impulsive! From now on, your body must be based on me..."

"Why! Don't...just be reasonable...now."

"This is not... anymore! You should... use your brain before doing anything!!"

"Okay, I have a pig's brain, okay? Then I have... brains, so do you have... "

"Do you really think I'm gonna take you..."

"Yes, of course you have a way. If you have the guts, kill him... and see who... who!! Who is he...?"

Listening to the vague sounds of quarreling in the room, the man and the mouse looked at each other in surprise.

Lily lowered her voice and whispered, "Mr. Charles seems to be arguing with himself again."

"Was he like this before?" Dipper subconsciously touched the clown mask in his arms.

It had long been no secret on the Narwhal that Charles was a little mentally abnormal. Although he hadn't explained anything, after spending so much time with the captain, everyone knew that there was an extra person in the captain's head.

It’s just that the captain had been acting normal before and the crew didn’t take it seriously.

Lily shook her head. "No, Mr. Charles used to talk to himself often, but this is the first time he has had such a heated argument."

"What should we do? Should we try to stop the fight?" Dipper said hesitantly.

"How can we persuade them? Are they all Mr. Charles? Then which one should we help?"

"Bang!" The door suddenly opened, and Charles, with a gloomy face, looked at the man and the mouse in front of him. "What are you doing here?"

"Uh... um... by the way, I'm here to look for Lily, Lily, am I right?" Lily beside her nodded in agreement.

Before the captain could speak again, Dipper grabbed the mouse from the ground and rushed to the deck.

When they arrived at the deck full of people, the two men looked at each other and breathed a sigh of relief.

"The captain just now was so scary." Lily said, patting her chest with lingering fear.

Seeing the two men coming out, Krona, who was sitting on the edge of the boat smoking, came over and asked, "How is the captain?"

"Alas, still the same." Helplessly, Dipper stretched lazily.

"Do you want to see a doctor?" Krona said, took a deep puff and threw the cigarette butt into the sea.

"No, I asked the ship's doctor before, and he said there's nothing he can do in this situation." Lily looked up at them and said.

"It's okay, it's okay. We've come through so many difficulties, can the captain be defeated by such a small matter?"

"Yeah, Mr. Charles is the best!"

He was also mumbling something in a low voice, and his facial expression kept distorting, as if someone was pulling him from both sides, which looked very scary.

Finally, the doctor couldn't stand it anymore, so he limped over and patted him on the back with his prosthetic leg, "Hey, you two, be quiet. Everyone on the ship is counting on you."

Looking at the uneasy glances coming from all around, Charles, with a grim expression on his face, finally stopped his abnormal behavior and swallowed the food in big mouthfuls.

Charles stuffed the food into his stomach like a duck, put down the spoon in his hand, and prepared to go to the cabin. He and Richard were not done yet.

But just as he stood up, a sailor rushed down from the deck anxiously. "Captain, the first mate asked you to come over. Those crazy Light men seem to be fighting."

The Narwhal was not far from the ship of the Church of Light. Charles could see the shouting crowd on the ship from the deck.

Charles quickly waved flags at the bandages in the cockpit with both hands, and the Narwhal slowly moved towards that side.

As soon as Charles stepped onto the deck of the ship, he saw the female believer of light named Linda lying on the ground, and some people were tearing off her robe.

When we escaped from the island, we were all united and worked together, but when we relaxed, we started to have other concerns.

"What's going on?" As soon as Charles arrived, the chaotic situation calmed down instantly.

A sturdy man who was over 2 meters tall quickly stood up from the female believer and patted his chest covered with black hair in excitement.

"I am such a big man, but I only gave her a little water. Is this woman feeding a cat?"

"I gave this order. Only in this way can everyone avoid dying of thirst. Do you have any questions about this?" Charles looked at him coldly.

Looking at the young man in front of him, the sturdy man took a half step back hesitantly. He knew the strength of the guy in front of him.

But when he felt the gazes of his companions behind him, his somewhat taboo expression immediately became firm.

"Charles, I don't intend to disobey your orders, but people always need water. You must ensure my survival. We are all captains, don't be so rigid. My previous ship was much larger than yours."

"Oh? May I ask what your previous identity was?" Charles helped Linda up and found that there were bruises on her skin. It was obvious that their needs were not as simple as just asking for water.

The sturdy man had a proud look on his face. "I used to be a pirate. Of course, we are all friends who escaped together. I won't hurt you."

"Are those guys behind you your men?" Charles looked at the guys behind him with rebellious looks on their faces.

"Not really, but they all listen to me now."

"Very good." Charles pointed at the dark water next to him, "Jump in now."

"What...what?" The smug smile on the sturdy man's face froze instantly.

"I told you to jump down!" The crew members behind Charles stepped forward in unison, and the atmosphere on the ship immediately became heavy.

The sturdy man showed a trace of panic on his face, and waved his hands repeatedly and said, "No, no, no, Mr. Charles, you may have misunderstood. I am not trying to challenge your command. I... I just want another glass of water."

"Bang!" Charles' bullet instantly pierced the strong man's chest.

In full view of everyone, Charles dragged the guy's body with his hands and threw it directly off the boat. Then he turned and looked at the others.
