South Wind Knows My Mood

Chapter 30: Sold you

Too many things have happened recently, and Gu Xinyao is completely confused. Especially during the time when grandpa was ill, Jiang Nanxing's words were still in her ears. She couldn't be too willful, but after thinking about it, most of the methods she could think of were not feasible. Even the few that were feasible had little effect. Not very obviously, Gu Xinyao admitted that she was hostile to Jiang Nanxing at first, but after thinking about it carefully, he didn't mean any harm.

When she went back in the evening, Gu Xinyao redesigned and planned the menu. Changes were inevitable if she wanted to survive. Traditional dishes cannot be changed at will, but some new things can be added to the side dishes.

It was late at night before she knew it while writing and drawing. Gu Xinyao stretched out and looked at the plan she had made. She was still worried, hoping that what she had done would be helpful to the time-honored brand.

Early the next morning, Gu Xinyao went to the Jiang Group with the plan in hand. He was full of confidence and wanted to show Jiang Nanxing his determination and efforts. He wanted to prove to him that he wasn't who he said he was.

Gu Xinyao got up early but rushed to a late meeting. It was already noon when he saw Jiang Nanxing. As the leader of the Jiang Group, Jiang Nanxing had been very busy since the early morning.

When he saw Gu Xinyao, Jiang Nanxing was a little surprised. Although the assistant said that she came very early, he did not expect that she would really wait for him for such a long time.

Gu Xinyao stood there silently. Jiang Nanxing was a little impatient. He raised his eyelids to look at her and said, "You have something to say."

Gu Xinyao handed over the plan she had made with some anxiety. Jiang Nanxing reached out to take it, glanced down, opened the plan, flipped through two pages, put it on the table, and asked in a cold voice: "This is what you want Did you work hard?"

Gu Xinyao was a little unconvinced and said: "Look carefully. If you don't look carefully, how can you know that what I have done is meaningless."

Jiang Nanxing sneered: "The plan you made is not only rough, but also has no basis for market research. It is just talk on paper. Do you think this kind of thing will be valuable? If you give me such an irresponsible plan, then I might as well not read it and save myself wasting my time.”

"You!" Gu Xinyao was choked by him and was speechless for a moment. She clenched her fists with trembling hands in anger.

Gu Xinyao turned around angrily and was about to leave, but Jiang Nanxing's voice sounded behind her.

"Is this your determination to change? Can't you even listen to what others say to you?" His sarcastic smile was like needles piercing Gu Xinyao's heart. Gu Xinyao's face turned red, but she still worked hard. After calming herself down, she turned around and said, "Okay, it's my fault, but I hope you can help me."

Jiang Nanxing no longer made things difficult for her, so he motioned for her to sit down on the sofa on the side.

Gu Xinyao sat aside, and Jiang Nanxing continued what she was doing. An hour later, Jiang Nanxing stopped. He glanced at Gu Xinyao. She was sitting there quietly, so bored that she fell asleep. Jiang Nanxing stood up and went over to pat him. Gu Xinyao opened her sleepy eyes and looked at him, obviously still confused.

"Let's go!" Jiang Nanxing said.

"Aren't you going to teach me? Where are you going now?" Gu Xinyao followed.

"Sold you..." Jiang Nanxing teased her.
