On the other side, Adros was studying and discussing the method of practice with his disciples. Seeing Garuda coming over, he sighed and said: "Garuda, if you want to practice the method we are talking about, you first need to observe the precepts." . But now you are filled with anger, how should you keep the precepts?"

As for practice, forget it if I can't make progress. Even if I can't be the master in this life, I will always do it." Be enemies with the Naga Dragon Snake clan.”

Observing precepts, meditating, and cultivating wisdom are the paths of practice that Adros discusses with his disciples. It is based on the yoga technique of the Indian divine domain, supplemented by other methods. Adros didn't know much about the path of cultivation of the great humanistic master of later generations, so he simply put aside all his knowledge and started researching from scratch.

Regardless of gods or humans, if you want to practice this way, you must first observe the precepts. Observing the precepts does not mean observing prohibitions. It does not mean that people who practice this way or gods should not do anything, but that they should do something.

Precepts are the integration of behaviors, habits, qualities, nature, nature, etc. To keep the precepts is to cultivate one's own moral character and stay close to the natural rules of heaven and earth. Its ultimate goal is to eliminate worries. For all living beings, they cannot achieve this step right away at the beginning, so they need to slowly achieve it based on observing the prohibition.

Meditation is also a way to stop and eliminate worries, making the mind calm, peaceful and focused. Not only does it eliminate worries, but when you practice meditation to a profound level, even joy and happiness disappear, and your heart is only in an extremely peaceful, subtle and sublime state.

Unlike the practice of observing precepts, outsiders can see what one's state is like. The way to meditation lies only in your own mind. Adros and his disciples, in order to help subsequent practitioners understand their own realm, divided meditation into eight levels, including the four form-realm jhanas and the four formless jhanas: the first jhana, the second jhana, and the third jhana. , the fourth jhāna, concentration on the infinite place of emptiness, concentration on the infinite place of consciousness, concentration on the place of nothingness, and concentration on the place of non-perception and non-perception.

Practitioners have different understandings of heaven and earth, and the root cause is their different wisdom. Wisdom is the way to observe the world and understand the situation of one's own body, mind and others. Only with wisdom can we eliminate all worries and relieve all pain.

At this time, all practices no longer even need guidance from the Dharma. The path of practice is wherever you go. For practitioners at this stage, their own existence is a path of cultivation.

"Teacher, Garuda is angry by nature, and it is indeed difficult for him to follow the path we have. In the future, there is no chance that there will be a path suitable for him."

Maitreya bared his chest and smiled. Ever since he found a new teacher and got a new name, his smile was brighter than before.

After hearing Maitreya's words, Adros nodded slightly: "That's right, our path has not yet been practiced, and we don't know what the future holds."

After hearing what Adros said, Zheng Faming frowned and asked: "Teacher, you once said that all the ways of practice should be applicable to countless sentient beings and can be tried. Now that the method has been created, when will we use it? Spread to heaven and earth."

"Don't be in a hurry, don't be in a hurry, observing precepts, meditating and cultivating wisdom are the right paths. However, there are still some imperfections in these three methods of practice. We will spend a few more years to perfect them."

"We all meet sentient beings in the ten directions in the human body. This practice method naturally starts from the human realm. In the future, when I am born, this method will appear in the world."

"Sir, have you not been born yet?"

Garuda's mother Vinada was very confused. She already knew that her youngest son Garuda had become the mount of this powerful god. However, seeing that he seemed to be a noble lord, Vinada accepted it. .

When listening to these venerables discussing the methods of cultivation, this goddess, the granddaughter of Brahma and a goddess with a long history of family education, couldn't help but marvel. It came from yoga, but it was different from yoga. It opened up a new spiritual practice, which really amazed her.

With her state of mind, she was unable to see who was weaker or stronger between this new method of practice and the supreme yoga technique developed by Prajapati Brahma, World Honored Vishnu and Mahadeva Shiva.

The only thing she can be sure of is that if she embarks on this path, she will definitely gain something else.
