However, not long after, due to doctrinal reasons, the monks and bodhisattvas on Mount Xumi broke with Sakyamuni and refused to recognize him as the master of the Great Leiyin Temple.
Buddhism talks about cause and effect, focuses on the future, and believes in the afterlife. In the beginning, when the sages saw that Sakyamuni had unparalleled magical powers and Buddha nature, they all thought that he was the reincarnation of the ancient Amitabha Buddha. As the doctrines conflicted, they immediately rejected it.
Therefore, disputes immediately arose, and a great chaos occurred on Mount Xumi, which almost led to the division into two religions.
Some people lit Buddhist lamps and wiped clean the Buddhist mirrors of the past, using them to reflect the true body of Sakyamuni, wanting to know whether his past was the reincarnation of the true Buddha.
The results came out, and the Buddha's light shone on Sakyamuni, who was denied and no longer recognized as the Buddha. He was expelled from the Great Leiyin Temple and was considered a demon.

However, in the final battle, Mount Xumi was defeated. Even with the demon-subduing pestle left by Amitabha Buddha, he was unable to capture him and could not stop him from going down the mountain. You have to know that it was the weapon of the ancient emperor.
In that battle, Sakyamuni can be said to have demonstrated his extraordinary state of saintliness. He went to Mount Sumeru alone and was even able to completely subvert Buddhism. Therefore, it became a taboo and Buddhists were not allowed to mention it again.

But he went to Mount Sumeru and eventually achieved the name of Fighting and Victory Buddha.

It is really strange that people from thousands of years ago, ancient people when spiritual energy had not yet revived, came here and achieved the level of quasi-emperor.
On the other side of the starry sky, some ancient books record that when Sakyamuni was traveling, he saw Buddhists sacrificing their lives to practice, and he thought that it was not the right way. After that, the Tathagata's Dharma came into being, and then he established the religion.
There is a legend that before this, Buddhism had existed for a long time, but the Dharma had been exhausted and was once again promoted by Sakyamuni.

This land has endless mysteries. Arhats, Bodhisattvas and ancient Buddhas walk in the mortal world, coexist with all living beings, perform miracles, and save people from suffering. It is precisely because of this that Buddhism is becoming more and more prosperous.
Everyone here worships Buddha with great piety. There are often pilgrims who bow their heads as they take steps towards Mount Sumeru, the pure land of bliss in their hearts. Although it is difficult to reach there in a lifetime, it shows how pure their hearts are. They do everything just to worship Buddha and have the most sacred faith.
The clear Wuliang Jinshen Lake, the magnificent Bodhisattva Plateau, the towering Ancient Buddha Mountain… Buddhist holy sites are everywhere, surrounded by auspicious aura all year round, attracting countless people to make pilgrimages and worship.
The three of them crossed over from the Eastern Wilderness and entered this vast land. Judging from the information conveyed by Maitreya, it was not as imagined that there were golden sands everywhere.
Although it is called the Western Desert, it also has mountains and water. There are many deserts, but not all of them are deserts. There are large tracts of fertile land, vast mountains and rivers, and there is no lack of spiritual energy and magnificent scenery.
"This land is very unusual, and it is very different from the Dao of the Eastern Wasteland. There is an extremely pure force, which is imperceptible but real, flowing through the entire world. This is a kind of alien energy, which can be called the power of faith, and it is also a rule of the Dao. This kind of power enters the body and will attach to the body, and it is difficult to remove..."

In the Western Desert, the spiritual energy of heaven and earth is not as strong as that of the Central Plains and the Eastern Wilderness. There is not as much spiritual energy overflowing from ancestral veins and the earth, but there is a purest mysterious power permeating, which can be called the essence.
"No wonder there are endless legends in the Western Desert. From ancient times to the present, no matter the demons, ancient creatures, or mysterious gods from outside the region, they are unwilling to set foot here. It is indeed unpredictable..."
As they walked along the way, they saw many temples, all of which were quiet and peaceful. The more such places there were, the more the mysterious power flowed.
In the distance, the sound of the ancient temple bell can purify one's soul and resonate with people's hearts, making them want to convert to Buddhism, go forward to worship, and thus become a monk.
The original form of Maitreya is a corpse, but through transformation, no one can tell his original form, unless Amitabha Buddha is resurrected.
On the contrary, he possesses all the attributes of a great Buddhist monk.
Even the power is the extremely strong and masculine power of the flaming sun, which is very different from the power displayed by the Corpse King.

Several old monks opened their eyes, as if they could break through the layers of the palace and see him. At this time, the pillars and walls of the palace could not block them. There seemed to be only Buddha's light between the two sides, nothing else.
"The donor has true wisdom, which is rare in ancient times. He has seen the true nature of Buddha. Amitabha..." came the voice of an old monk.
There, it seemed as if there was a giant Buddha sitting cross-legged in the air, and there was a strange power lurking there.
A large domain, hundreds of millions of believers, and a name that has been passed down for hundreds of thousands of years. Such a kingdom of faith is so vast and powerful.

Even those who do not believe in Buddhism will say "Amitabha" from time to time!
The legal principles therein may seem plain and simple, but in fact they are so profound that they can terrify all those who know about them.
Even though the power of all living beings is like that of ants, throughout the ages, every casual word of "Amitabha" will have a trace of faith and will concentrated on this great emperor.
Over the course of time, how much power of faith has been gathered by this great emperor? Even the most supreme beings are probably unable to calculate it!
If such power were triggered by a human, it would be enough to tear the entire universe apart in an instant, and force all beings who dared to stand in the way of this torrent to become human again!
So under normal circumstances, although the great dark turmoils launched by those supreme beings have shaken the entire universe and caused countless lives to be turned into corpses in the starry sea, they have never affected the Western Desert!
Every believer has an Amitabha in his heart. How terrifying it is.
Yi Xiaochuan did not interfere too much with "Maitreya" and did not set foot in the Western Desert. Instead, he devoted himself to research and practice.
He practices to become an immortal, but studies demons.
Whether it is Cthulhu or the ancestor of the Styx, they are both very evil.

Use the immortal way to cultivate your mind and the demon way to cultivate external strength. One thought can make you an immortal and one thought can make you a demon. This is the great supernatural power.
