The Blood Professor at Hogwarts

Chapter 203: Andros the Invincible

"This giant is... the Patronus Charm?"

Newt muttered as he looked at the patronus that seemed as tall as Mount Olympus.

Albert was already in shock at the sight of this otherworldly scene before him, and when he heard Newt's words, he almost popped his eyes out.

"Malaca! You're telling me this is a Patronus?!"

He stared at the tall silver-white giant, unable to believe that a guardian god could reach such an exaggerated size.

"I don't know..." Newt also shook his head in confusion. "I just inferred it based on the look, color and characteristics of this giant. Except for the size, it is the same as the Patronus in every way... But I'm still not sure it's a Patronus."

"It can't be a Patronus... The size is too ridiculous." Albert shook his head repeatedly, clearly not believing Newt's judgment.

However, at this moment, seeing the reactions of Newt and Albert, Dracula raised his lips in amusement:

"There's nothing unbelievable, this is the Patronus Charm!"

"What?!" Albert was horrified. "Don't scare me, Mr. Dracula... How could there be such a big patronus? You must be kidding me, right?"

"No, it seems that there really has been a patronus as big as a giant in history..." Newt suddenly spoke, interrupting Albert's surprise, "I remember a long time ago there was a very famous wizard-"

"His name is Andros the Invincible!"

"You mean the invincible Andros?"

The two said it almost in unison.

"But, Mr. Scamander..." Albert wiped the sweat from his bald forehead, "Even though I am willing to believe in the great wizards of ancient Greece, even a being like Andros can't cast a patronus as big as a mountain, right?"

"Who knows what happened in the past," Newt murmured softly.

Then, he suddenly opened a button on his old-fashioned suitcase and shouted inside:

"Teddy, help me get those Chocolate Frog pictures that Rolf left in your den!"

"You are..." Albert looked at Newt in confusion.

"I suddenly remembered that my little grandson likes to collect Chocolate Frog cards, and he has a set of cards that Sniff secretly hid." Newt explained with a smile, "That set of cards contains a card about the Invincible Andros."

Not long after, a small yellow paw poked out from the gap in Newt's old suitcase.

The little paw skillfully scratched along the seam of the suitcase, found another snap button, and casually popped it up.

Then, another similar little paw reached out of the box and lifted up a hole in the suitcase.

A small animal with a long duck-like beak, shiny black eyes, and a body covered with black fur poked its head out of the box.

"Is this a Niffler?" Albert leaned over curiously.

"Yeah, Teddy is already quite old. He even helped me steal the Blood Pact from Grindelwald." A trace of reminiscence emerged in Newt's eyes, and he reached out and gently stroked the black fur on the Niffler's body.

"Ah, this is the legendary Niffler from back then." Albert looked at the Niffler in Newt's arms with admiration.

“Did you bring the things I asked you to get?” Newt stroked Sniff’s head gently, an old mother’s smile involuntarily revealed on his face, and he spoke gently.

Niffler Teddy nodded proudly.

Newt reached out and tried to take the chocolate frog picture that Rolf had dropped from the pocket in front of Sniff's belly.

But Teddy covered his stomach with his hands and stretched out a little paw to Newt.

Newt shook his head with a smile, took out two gold coins from his pocket and stuffed them into the sniff's little paw.

Niffler's paw was not big enough to hold two gold coins at once, so Teddy had to lift up his other paw that was covering his pocket and hold the two gold coins that Newt handed over between his two paws.

Newt took this opportunity to reach into the pocket in front of Sniff's belly and pulled out a complete set of Chocolate Frog picture cards.

These pentagonal pictures with cursive text are blue in color overall. What attracted Niu Niu was mainly the shiny golden frame surrounding the pictures and the golden edge on the outside.

Newt and Albert searched separately in the chocolate frog picture cards. After a while, Albert was the first to find the great wizard from ancient Greece - the invincible Andros.

"Andros the Invincible (dates unknown): Said to be the only known wizard capable of casting a giant-sized patronus."

Albert read to the picture of the Chocolate Frog in his hand.

"That's all the information on this card. There's nothing else recorded." He shrugged at Newt. "A giant-sized patronus doesn't mean it's a mountain-sized patronus, right?"

"Professor Dracula, do you know who summoned this patronus?" Newt frowned slightly and looked at Dracula in the driver's seat.

"It's the Andros you guessed." Dracula, who had been watching the show for a long time, raised his eyebrows and chuckled.

"Is it really the invincible Andros?!" Albert changed his previous questioning attitude and became very excited. "I said that our Greece must still be saved. An invincible figure like Andros is still alive! Wow, he is so invincible!"

"I don't know whether Andros is invincible or not, but I know he must be very happy..."

Dracula's faint voice came from the front seat.

A rare expression of envy appeared in the eyes of the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor.

"I really don't know what's going on with that guy's brain circuits. After so much time has passed, this patronus has become bigger and bigger." Dracula muttered to himself.

Before anyone knew it, the silver car had landed on a surface as smooth as water.

Dracula, Newt and Albert got out of the car together, and when they stepped on the ground, ripples appeared like water waves.

In front of us is a group of buildings with a strong ancient Greek style. Most of them are built with solid stones and are almost integrated.

The elegant roof and flat ground are connected by many stone pillars, which are made of drum-shaped blocks, connected by mortise and tenon joints or metal pins. Even the walls are made of stones, which are smooth and fine, with tight joints.

The entire building complex is extremely tall and magnificent, full of the vicissitudes of history.

The silver light shines on the white stones, creating a majestic, magnificent and stunning feeling.

Anyone facing this group of buildings will feel their own insignificance. However, compared with the silver-white giants next to the buildings, even such tall and magnificent buildings are like the contrast when humans face this group of buildings.

Unlike before when I was flying high in the sky in a car, I could barely get a full view of the giant.

Now standing on the ground, one can only see a pair of extremely abstract silver-white feet of the giant, or even only the side like a high wall, but not the soles of the feet.

If the silver-white giant is the only source of light in this world, then there seems to be an aura in the building complex that can annihilate the light source, and it is impossible to see what is behind the empty stone pillars.

But whenever one wants to look deeper into the building, one always feels a sense of sadness.

Of course, Dracula is not included in this list.

Not only did he look into the building, he even wanted to go in.

"Hey - Andros, where are you?" Dracula walked into a stone temple and shouted loudly.

Streams of black air emerged from the temple and swirled around him, as if trying to corrode the tourist who had entered the building without permission.

Dracula glanced at the black air, slapped it away, and left the temple.

Then he walked to the next building.

Just after he had walked around three or four buildings, a tall man wearing a white robe-like outfit with bare shoulders walked towards him from a distance.

"Ah, Dracula, my old friend!" He laughed, stretched out his arms and hugged Dracula, "It's been a long time since we last met!"

This tall man had long curly red hair tied into a braid at the back of his head, and a silver band on his forehead to hold the curls together.

He had a very high nose bridge, almost touching his brow bone, and a very funny big red beard on his face.

"Wait!" Dracula suddenly stretched out his hand to block the man outside, "Don't touch me, you can't even wear your clothes properly! Who knows if you have taken a bath in all these years?"

The man's outstretched arms froze in the air, and a very funny and embarrassed expression appeared on his face.

"Come on, I'm just a half-dead soul, relying on the guardian angel to keep me alive, why do I need something as useless as a shower?" He reacted quickly, immediately supporting his hands behind his head and making a nonchalant gesture, "I think you're just jealous of me!"

"Why should I be jealous of you?" Dracula said through gritted teeth.

“Hahahaha, didn’t you want to learn this optimistic attitude from me hundreds of years ago?” the man said smugly, “You’re always thinking about having fun, but in the end you’re bored of everything. This mentality is wrong!”

"Then tell me, how have you been able to maintain this mentality in such a remote place during these one hundred years when we haven't met?" Dracula curled his lips and asked casually.

"Look, I used the Patronus to confine Herbo's evil soul to this complex of buildings, so I can play hide-and-seek with him every day. Sometimes I win, and then I find Herbo and beat up his soul, making him lose the energy to cause trouble..."

"Sometimes he wins and he successfully hides, leaving me with no way to attack him. But even if I lose, I can't stop feeling happy when I think that I can beat him to his weakest state in one go as long as I find him! Hahahahaha!"

Dracula looked at him with a very complicated expression, seeming to be hesitant to speak.

"How should I put it? Your happiness is really too... simple." He thought for a long time before saying, "Andros, it's been two thousand years, and you've been doing this repetitive thing every day. Don't you really feel bored?"

"I've gotten used to it, and I enjoy it." Andros smiled, "Especially since something went wrong a while ago, which increased Helbo's power by a lot."

His smile faded a little, "Can you see some clues outside? Our previous battle was quite intense."

"Well, Mount Olympus is now surrounded by a fog, and from time to time, the light of your patron saint can be seen, and the black air brought by Herpo has also leaked out." Dracula nodded and said, "What happened here?"

"I don't know which son of a bitch had nothing better to do than kill the Dementors outside!" Andros suddenly cursed, "Dementors are born from negative emotions. Even if they are broken into pieces, they will slowly piece together into a new one."

"I don't know where Helbo got his power from. He can absorb the power of the killed Dementors, preventing them from regenerating and turning the power of the Dementors into his own."

"This is outrageous. I think he suddenly absorbed the power of hundreds of Dementors this time. I almost let him escape before I could keep an eye on him!"

Andros was filled with righteous indignation. "If I know which worthless guy did this, I will give him a few good slaps in the face!"

At this moment, he looked up at Dracula and suddenly found that Dracula's face became very ugly.

"Uh... could that worthless guy be you?" Andros asked stupidly.

"It's me, Andros!" Dracula glared at him fiercely. "Come on, aren't you going to give me a few slaps?"

"You said it, so here I come..." Andros suddenly became excited, rolled up his sleeves, and seemed eager to try.

However, looking at Dracula's increasingly fierce eyes, he still didn't dare to take action.

"Okay, it's just a joke." He patted Dracula's shoulder, "As long as you help me deal with that bastard Herpo, I'll let bygones be bygones, how about that?"

Dracula glared at him again and slapped the hand off his shoulder before nodding.

"Okay," he said.

"Then let's go!" Andros said excitedly, "The sooner we solve Herbo's problem, the sooner we can eliminate the anomaly on Mount Olympus!"

Just as the two were about to walk deeper into this ancient Greek-style building complex, a weak voice suddenly sounded behind Dracula—

"Mr. Dracula, what were you talking about just now? We don't understand..."

Dracula then remembered that he was not alone this time, and there was also a magizoologist and a Greek Minister of Magic in the car!
