Ding ding, ding ding.

The communicator on the table rang.

Feng Chen stared at the communicator, and only reached out and pressed the answer button when it was about to stop ringing.

"Xiao Chen, why hasn't the file been delivered yet?" It was Chen Size's voice on the other end.

Feng Chen took two deep breaths and forced himself to calm down. His voice was the same as usual: "There was a power outage just now, so it was delayed for a while. It will be back soon."

After the call ended, Feng Chen looked at the message again, waiting to see if another line of text would pop up. But he waited for several minutes and got no new messages. He knew he couldn't delay any longer, so he exited the software and turned off the host.

Yan Bubu had just finished washing up in the public restroom and was carrying the basin back to the house when he saw Black Lion walking back and forth in the narrow passage, his face full of anxiety, while Binunu was standing by, at a loss.

"Sasaka, what's wrong with you?"

Just as Yan Bubu finished asking, the black lion suddenly grabbed the wall with one claw. With a "swish" sound, several claw marks appeared on the wall made of special panels.

The black lion was always calm, and Yan Bubu rarely saw it show such abnormal emotions. Suddenly he thought of something and asked hurriedly, "Sasaka, is there something wrong with your brother?"

The black lion did not respond and just continued to spin back and forth. Yan Bubu did not care about that anymore. He threw the basin in his hand aside and turned to rush towards the dormitory door.

He knew that Feng Chen was in a meeting, so he ran towards the military headquarters after he walked out of the gate. However, he saw Feng Chen just as he passed the public area.

"Brother!" Yan Bubu shouted and rushed over.

Feng Chen turned to look at Yan Bubu, who looked panicked, and asked, "What's wrong?"

Yan Bubu rushed to him and stopped, looking at him breathlessly: "Are you in trouble? Are you okay?"

A hint of surprise flashed across Feng Chen's face, but he immediately asked as if nothing had happened: "What can I do?"

He would not hide the information from Yan Bubu, but now was obviously not the right time to talk, so he planned to tell him later when he returned to the dormitory.

"Well, then Sasakata, Sasakata is very unhappy... I thought something happened to you." Yan Bubu touched his chest with lingering fear, "I was scared to death... I'm glad you're okay, I'm glad you're okay."

Feng Chen immediately understood that it was probably because his emotions were too intense just now, which caused a series of reactions from the Black Lion. He then calmly cut off the mental connection between him and the Black Lion, and said with a smile: "Don't let your imagination run wild. I'm fine. I just went to the Eastern Alliance Army headquarters to print some information."

Yan Bubu took two steps forward, hugged his waist and said coquettishly: "I was scared just now, and my heart is pounding now. I need you to pat it."

Feng Chen patted him on the back and said, "Don't scare yourself. Sasaka must be mad at Binunu. Go back and comfort it first. I'll go back after the meeting."

"You framed Binunu again. Fortunately, it's not here. If you want to have a meeting, you should hurry up..."

"Okay, I'll try to be quick." Feng Chen said softly.

Yan Bubu knew that Feng Chen had something important to do, so he let go of his waist and walked towards the dormitory, looking back every few steps.

Feng Chen pointed ahead of him, signaling him to watch the road and not fall. After he stopped turning back and walked into the dormitory area, he strode towards the military meeting room.
