Feng Chen's fever lasted most of the night before it subsided. Yan Bubu went to pick some herbs and change the dressings on his wounds. After everything was taken care of, she curled up beside him tiredly and fell asleep.

However, he did not sleep well. He woke up from time to time, touched Feng Chen's forehead, and made sure his body temperature was normal before continuing to sleep.

Yan Bubu slept until noon and saw that Feng Chen still hadn't woken up, but his complexion was much better than yesterday, only slightly pale due to blood loss.

He hurried to check Feng Chen's body and found that the wound had healed well and there was no swelling at the broken bone. His spiritual realm also remained stable, with more than a dozen spiritual threads floating in the void, emitting bits of light.

"My darlings, you have to be well and do your best. Whether your brother can recover depends on you..." Yan Bubu grabbed them and combed them again.

He looked at the spiritual core in the center of the spiritual realm. It used to be like a white planet suspended in the universe, but now it looked like a gray date pit. He knew that Sasaka was sleeping inside, so he floated over, hoping to see Sasaka's shadow.

However, the inner core wall was like a layer of frosted glass, and he couldn't see anything clearly. He could only say in his heart: "Sasaka, you should have a good rest too. Wake up soon after you have rested enough. Binunu and I are waiting for you..."

Feng Chen did not wake up during the day. Whenever Yan Bubu was free, she would sit beside him, look at him, and talk to him softly.

"I fed you meat soup and water, but why don't you pee? Did you burn away the water in your body when you had a fever? But your lips are not dry at all, it doesn't look like you are dehydrated."

As Yan Bubu spoke, he leaned over and kissed Feng Chen twice on the lips.

He was afraid that Feng Chen would pee on him, so every two hours he would bring a wooden bowl to catch his urine. But even though he kept peeing like a child, Feng Chen never peed.

Yan Bubu stared at Feng Chen for a while, then said, "Are you not used to peeing like this? But you can only lie down now. You are injured, I dare not move you, otherwise Binunu and I can lift you up and support you so that you can pee standing up. Or you can just make do with it?"

Binunu also spent the whole day working on the stone, polishing it with his little claws. His rigorous and cherishing attitude was like an old craftsman who had obtained a rare stone that was hard to find in the world. He would carefully consider each cut and would not start until he was sure enough.

But Yan Bubu couldn't figure out what it was carved on until the fire at the entrance of the cave cast the shadow of the stone on the cave wall. He looked at it from different angles and finally found that although the stone was severely deformed, he could still vaguely make out the general outline of a four-limbed animal.

"Are you carving Sasaka?" Yan Bubu asked.

Binunu nodded this time.

Yan Bubu looked at the big stone in silence, and after a moment he said, "It is so beautifully carved, just as beautiful as Sasaka."

Binunu stretched out his paw, placed it on the back and neck of the stone lion, and stroked it gently, just like he usually stroked Sasaka's mane.

At night, Yan Bubu was worried that Feng Chen would have a fever again, so he stayed up until midnight, touching his forehead from time to time. Fortunately, Feng Chen's temperature was normal tonight, his breathing was stable, and there was no sign of fever.
