Feng Chen made the bed, took the toiletries, and took Yan Bubu to take a shower.

There were quite a few people in the men's bathhouse. There were a total of thirty cubicles, and only one was empty. Feng Chen didn't want to squeeze in with Yan Bubu, so he let him go in first and put his spare clothes and toiletries in the wooden cabinet.

"What about you?" Yan Bubu asked hurriedly.

Feng Chen said, "I'll go to the bathroom next door and wait. I'll come in when there's a vacancy."

Yan Bubu, who had already entered the compartment, immediately got out: "Then I'll wait with you."

Feng Chen had no choice but to say, "I'll just stand here and wait for my seat. I won't go to the bathroom. You go in and wash yourself."

Yan Bubu then entered the compartment, but he was still worried, fearing that Feng Chen would leave quietly, and would call him brother in a while. If Feng Chen answered two seconds later, a wet head would pop out from the curtain to see if he was still there.

The bathhouse was filled with mist and the sound of splashing water could be heard everywhere. Feng Chen was just about to stand at the door when the curtain behind him moved and someone walked out.

There was an empty compartment, so Feng Chen took two steps to the side to make way for the person behind him, preparing to go into the compartment. After waiting for a few seconds, there was no movement, so he couldn't help but turn his head to look, and saw a middle-aged man in a blue sweatshirt.

The middle-aged man was holding a basin filled with toiletries in his hand, with water dripping from his hair. He stood motionless in front of the curtain, staring straight ahead.

Feng Chen was stunned for a moment after seeing his face clearly.

The face was pale and blue, the eyes were bloodshot, and there was a circle of purple and black around the eyes, as if he had not had a good rest for many days.

The middle-aged man walked slowly towards the entrance of the bathhouse, his plastic slippers dragging across the ground, leaving wet footprints. He held a basin in his right hand and a towel on his left arm. The towel quickly slipped to the ground, but he didn't feel it at all and continued walking forward.

"Your towel fell off." Feng Chen couldn't help but remind him.

The middle-aged man stopped where he was and it took him a while to react. He turned around slowly, squatted down, picked up the towel, and continued walking towards the door.

Feng Chen looked at his back, feeling an indescribable weirdness and subconsciously became alert.

When the middle-aged man was about to reach the door, he stopped again, his chest rising and falling rapidly, and his throat made a snoring sound like it was blocked by phlegm, and he seemed to be in pain. He raised his hand to cover his throat, and the basin in his hand fell to the ground with a clang, and items such as toothbrushes and soap rolled all over the floor.

Feng Chen saw his profile, which was originally just pale blue, but now had some dark black blood vessels like spider webs. He was startled, staring at the middle-aged man in blue shirt, and reaching for the dagger behind his waist with his right hand.

But this time he found nothing and then he remembered that he had left the dagger in the room when he went out because he was going to take a shower.

The middle-aged man's body began to twitch, and a strange noise came out of his mouth. Feng Chen stepped back step by step, his eyes darting around quickly, trying to find something to hold in his hand.

At this moment, the curtain of the cubicle next to the middle-aged man was lifted, and a man who had just finished taking a shower came out. The man stopped while wiping his head with a towel and asked, "What's wrong with you?"

"Don't go up there, stay away from him."

As soon as Feng Chen shouted this, he saw the middle-aged man suddenly turn around and rush towards the man with a roar.
