After Lin Hexia reported on the operating conditions of the major subsidiaries of the Umbrella Holding Company, she completed her task. After resting at Zhao Yi's side that night, she was sent to the airport by Zhao Yi the next day to fly to Hong Kong.

Zhao Yi rushed to the China Education Company without having time to rest. Now that schools across the country have started, the China Education Company has officially taken over the compulsory education work in the country.

Although higher education does not require Chinese education companies to worry too much for the time being, after all, even if the proportion of college entrance examination candidates is recruited according to the originally agreed 40% ratio, due to the small base of the number, the expanded number will not be particularly large.

In the past year, Chinese education companies have begun to invest money in major domestic universities, allowing them to expand teaching venues, increase teaching equipment, and increase teaching staff.

However, expanding the scale of existing colleges and universities is only one way. Chinese education companies are also cooperating with the Ministry of Education to build new colleges and universities in provinces with relatively weak educational foundations across the country.

However, new colleges and universities do not just need to build a campus. What is more important is to have enough teachers. This is a shortcoming that new colleges and universities face.

To be honest, although Chinese education companies hold the financial power of education, they do not have the qualifications to randomly select experts and professors from various universities, so the Ministry of Education needs to cooperate with them to do some work.

In fact, new colleges and universities do not require too many teachers. They only need to build the school framework to keep the school in a normal operating state.

As for the teaching staff, intelligent teachers still need to be used to solve this problem in the early stage. Although intelligent teachers may not be able to do so at the doctoral stage, or doctoral students pay more attention to originality, artificial intelligence has certain shortcomings in this regard.

However, at the undergraduate level and master's level, intelligent teachers still have very strong advantages, which are not only reflected in their solid scientific foundation, but also in their teaching patience.

Moreover, compared with real teachers, except for their innovative ability, intelligent teachers are not bad at all, and can even be said to be far ahead. They are very suitable for teaching college students in the basic stage of professional learning.

Therefore, although the newly built colleges and universities across the country are coordinated by China Education Corporation and the Ministry of Education, major colleges and universities are also willing to send teachers to support them.

However, the teachers sent here are relatively young, or do not have particularly rich teaching experience. This behavior is understandable. No university is willing to give away its most talented people to others.

If it were not for the protection of intelligent teachers, to be honest, if these newly built colleges and universities relied solely on the teachers sent here, the quality of the students they would educate would be very worrying.

With smart teachers joining higher education, not to mention how many innovative talents can be cultivated, at least a number of very qualified screws can be cultivated for the country, which can fully meet the current needs of domestic economic development.

Coupled with the gradual popularization of intelligence milk, personal talents can also be greatly developed. In the future, these talents who can only be used as screws can still be called masters through their own efforts.

That's it. Just maintaining the operation of a new higher education institution requires a lot of talents. The talents currently sent by major universities are not sufficient and have not reached the minimum maintenance number.

This is why when I talked with President Jiang of Tianwen University, I hope that graduates of Tianwen University can enter universities as teachers as much as possible, because there are not enough people.

Of course, this does not mean that undergraduate graduates from Tianwen University can easily teach freshmen and second-year students. After they enter university positions, they will not be engaged in teaching at the beginning, but will be engaged in university service-oriented jobs.

However, they can continue to study and improve themselves in their own positions. After passing the assessment standards jointly established by the Ministry of Education and China Education Corporation, they can obtain upgrades in academic qualifications and professional titles, and become qualified to engage in teaching work.

Our country's higher education may be carried out in this way for a long time in the future, from a weak foundation to a slowly solid foundation, until it finally explodes with huge potential.

Anyway, it cannot be accomplished overnight. It requires long-term patience to slowly cultivate and establish a higher education system with our own characteristics, and at the same time cultivate higher education talents with our own characteristics.

Compared with higher education, vocational education is what Chinese education companies are most worried about, because it involves not only the Chinese education company, but also involves too many stakeholders.

Since vocational education requires joint funding from the state and enterprises, the education funds provided by the state have been included in previous education expenditures. In other words, Chinese education companies now bear part of the costs.

Enterprises must also provide vocational education and training funds for their workers, and this is mandatory. New entrants must undergo vocational education and training for 2 to 3 years.

This is a form of education that has never appeared in China before. In the past, China was basically state-owned enterprises. Most newcomers who entered state-owned enterprises were taught by their masters step by step, which was called "teaching and mentoring".

In fact, this method of vocational education is the most reliable. Not to mention other things, at least professional knowledge can be passed down very well, and skills will not be lost just because the elderly retire or pass away.

However, this idea of cultivating skilled workers also has its own problems. The first is that vocational training is not comprehensive enough. This idea focuses more on teaching skills for this profession, but the supporting knowledge related to this profession is relatively scarce.

In other words, in addition to professional knowledge, every profession also has many supporting laws and regulations, which newcomers must understand when entering this industry.

At the same time, the level of each technical elder is also uneven, and the apprentices brought out are also of different levels. At the same time, they lack the training of basic theory, which makes it impossible for the apprentices to innovate at the technical level of the master.

Professional vocational education will professionally analyze and summarize the relevant skills of each occupation, teach students systematically, and also teach students the basic theories of laws, regulations and professional needs.

This not only makes the quality of the trainees relatively average, but also lays a solid foundation for their subsequent development and allows them to practice the knowledge and skills they have learned in their own jobs.

Although this method has its shortcomings, it is relatively friendly to newcomers to the industry. After a long period of training, it can still cultivate some high-level technical workers.

This method can only be realized in state-owned enterprises. Private enterprises do not have so much patience to train technical workers. In the long run, technical workers can only do some basic work, and their level improvement is very limited.

This introduces the second flaw. As my country's economy continues to open up, the participation of private capital will become higher and higher, and the proportion of the private economy in the national economy will continue to increase in the future.

However, the private economy tends to be short-term, fast, and has high efficiency requirements. It does not do enough to train skilled workers, or it is unable to spend huge costs and time to train them.

As a result, the technical level of workers cannot improve, and wages cannot be significantly increased. Due to technical problems of workers, enterprises can only produce some preliminary products, and the technical content has been at a low level for a long time.

Of course, the competition problem of high-skilled employees analyzed before will also exist. Compared with cultivating a high-skilled worker, everyone is more willing to pay higher wages to poach others, which is faster and more cost-effective.

The purpose of vocational education is to solve these pain points, which can not only provide a fair competitive environment for my country's human resources market, but also provide a platform for professional workers to improve their technical level.

Moreover, with the development of technology, new technologies and new equipment will be updated very frequently. If workers stay in one company for a long time, they will not have access to the latest technology and the latest production equipment.

If things go on like this, it will limit the development of professional workers, and at the same time limit the self-upgrading and transformation of enterprises, slowly losing their advantageous position in the fierce market competition.

The current domestic advanced production technology and the latest production equipment are provided by Zhao Yi's companies, especially Tiangong Precision Instrument Company and Tianshu Machinery Company, which are giants in my country's precision instrument and machinery industry.

At the same time, other companies under its umbrella have also provided a lot of basic facilities for my country's industrial development, which has provided great convenience for Chinese education companies to run vocational education.

The troubling point now is how to implement this vocational education system, especially when it comes to corporate funding, which requires the government to cooperate in implementation.

However, local governments also have their own calculations. After all, such a vocational education system will increase the operating costs of enterprises, especially enterprises that already have meager profits and do not require high technical content. They are relatively resistant to this vocational education. .

State-owned enterprises are doing better. After more than a year of state-owned enterprise reform, the assets of many state-owned enterprises have been revitalized, and technological and management innovations have been carried out very well. For the time being, there is still enough money to pay for vocational education.

But the situation is different for private enterprises in various places. After finally accumulating some wealth, they finally purchased some equipment that other enterprises had discarded and opened a small workshop.

This has emptied their own financial resources. If they are asked to pay for vocational education, they are unwilling to do so. This will virtually increase their short-term costs.

In particular, some local governments are more supportive of the private economy and sometimes adopt a more permissive approach. It is even more difficult for Chinese education companies to collect fees.

Faced with this problem, Chinese education companies have no good solution. After all, they are just a company with not many employees. It is really not worth the gain to increase the number of people in order to recover a little money.

So Zhao Yi simply asked China Education Company to use the accounting method to record the uncollected fees, and wait until the appropriate time to calculate the interest and collect them together.

If the company goes bankrupt after it is still open, there is nothing to say. If it continues to grow and expand, then these fees must be paid, and interest will also be calculated, as well as a penalty fee.

Theoretical learning and legal and regulatory learning in vocational education can be completed by occupying compulsory education schools on weekends, significantly saving space costs.

But the actual operation cannot be carried out in compulsory education schools, so they follow two ideas. One is to cooperate with local companies with advanced equipment and technology and borrow their venues and equipment for training.

Of course, Chinese education companies will reduce or exempt part of the vocational education fees for such enterprises, and will also reward them with a fee if their contribution is greater.

It’s just that there are basically no such private enterprises at present, so state-owned enterprises in various places are still responsible for this task, because most of them have just undergone reforms, their equipment and technology are the latest, and they have the basis for practical teaching.

Of course, not all vocational training can be provided in this way, so Chinese education companies will also build 1 or 2 specialized schools in major cities to provide practical teaching.

According to Wang Huaijun's report, vocational education is currently advancing steadily, and a group of students have begun to come in to study. The teaching force is mainly composed of two parts.

The first part is intelligent teachers, which mainly explain the theoretical knowledge and laws and regulations involved in various professions. Intelligent teachers are fully qualified for this part of the work.

The second part is special signing. Chinese education companies will sign technical workers or technical engineers with senior professional titles and invite them to provide on-site guidance and education for students' practical operations on weekends.

Not to mention the psychological problems of workers in this era, this extra income also makes them very willing to accept this offer, and there is no need to delay their normal work. Their income has at least doubled, so why not do it.

Employees under Zhao Yi are the ones invited the most, because most of the current new technologies and equipment come from his companies, and the employees of these companies have an inherent advantage.

In addition, China Education Company is also the owner's industry, so it is quite convenient to cooperate. Both employees and management support the work of China Education Company.

Of course, what's more important is that the technologies and equipment that these newly trained students are familiar with are owned by their own company, so in actual work, they tend to use their own technology and equipment.

Moreover, so many students are learning their own technologies and equipment, so companies have to consider the technologies and equipment that their employees are familiar with in terms of technical routes and equipment procurement, because this way the cost of use is the lowest.

This is just like the major international giants in the previous life who held so-called competitions in colleges and universities or organized related free trainings because these contents all used their products.

After these students become familiar with the use of their products, they will unconsciously use their products in their own production in their future work, which will bring them huge benefits.

Otherwise, why would these international giants organize study and training courses for major universities for free, and even provide school funds and subsidize money to do these things? They are definitely not full of food.

For example, when all students use a company's CAD when drawing engineering drawings, then this CAD will gradually occupy a dominant position in the market and slowly become the mainstream CAD software.

Because their mass base is growing, other companies have to purchase their CAD software products in order to reduce the cost of using their own employees.

Otherwise, employees will have to learn an unfamiliar CAD product from scratch. Even if employees who are familiar with this CAD product are recruited from outside, because there are few people who know it, the recruitment price will go up.

In the same way, students who have been trained in these vocational educations will unconsciously use the technology and equipment of these companies when they return to work or start their own businesses.

When this trend becomes popular, other companies will have to follow suit and use the technology and equipment of these companies. Otherwise, they will not be able to find enough employees, their costs will increase a lot, and their efficiency will drop a lot.

Moreover, Zhao Yi's companies not only use this trick in the domestic vocational education system and higher education system, but also use this trick abroad.

For example, Fanxing Software Company has been cooperating with major universities around the world for a long time, providing its software products to major universities for free, and even paying some schools to organize special training courses.

At the same time, in many third world countries, software product piracy of Fanxing Software Company is very serious, but Fanxing Software Company did not pursue it relentlessly, but chose to let it go, and even leaked some pirated products.

I learned this from Microsoft in my previous life. Do they really not know that you are using pirated versions of their operating systems? They must know, but they do not hold individuals accountable.

Now Fanxing Software Company's main business revenue does not rely on these professional software, but on enterprise information management systems, which is the bulk of their revenue.

In this case, losing a little benefit from other aspects will not bring a blow to the company's operations, and at the same time, it can quickly expand the scope of influence of its professional software.

After individuals become familiar with their own software products, then the whole society will unconsciously use their own products. It is not as easy to charge personal fees as it is to collect corporate fees, and the cost is very low.

Using this routine not only expands the user base and influence of one's own products, it can also attack competitors and hinder their development and growth.

Fanxing Software Company is now very large and can bear losses in some aspects, but those start-ups are different. They are counting on a product to achieve corporate profitability and keep the company going.

If the products of Fanxing Software Company are used on the market, can these companies still develop? If the products of Fanxing Software Company are cheaper, more functional, or even free, then the result will be clear at a glance.

Over the years, Fanxing Software Company has proven that a pure software development company is a feasible development idea, but there are still not many software giants born because it is difficult for them to develop in the same field.

It can be said that there is currently no software company that can pose a threat to Fanxing Software Company. If they want to achieve good revenue, these companies need to avoid the software fields that Fanxing Software Company has already entered.

Of course, except for other software companies under Zhao Yi, if the urban brain of Building Block Software Company develops, its size will not be inferior to Fanxing Software Company. (End of chapter)
