Let me first explain what I have been going through recently.
The initial plan for "Wind from Dragon City" was to release it on the channel after it reached 100,000 words.
But readers who read books through channels should have noticed that this book has about one million words and is only available on one channel (Qiqidao). It is not available on other channels yet.
Let me first explain the importance of channels to authors. The popularity and income of a book are directly linked to the channels. Simply put, only by publishing books on all platforms can our works be seen by more people and have the possibility of becoming a big hit.
So why do we only go to one channel
Because in the past six months or so, the content of "Wind from Dragon City" has been rejected by the channel at least a dozen times! ! The reason is that the content is sensitive and cannot be included!
In order to ensure that it can pass the channel's review, I have to modify and delete the more than 200,000 words at the beginning of the book while updating it.
If you read the book on Taobao, you will find that the beginning of The Wind Rises in Dragon City is completely different. There are two versions. (If you don’t believe it, you can go to Tomato and read it again.)
To put it simply, in the version of the channel, there were not even the words "union", "people", and "class", and there were countless deletions and modifications.
Our book was originally centered around the association, so you can imagine how hard it was for me to revise it and how huge the workload was.

Fortunately, some channels passed the security review, but the more serious problem was that my content outline had to be almost completely revised, because I could no longer focus on describing organizations such as associations and the many extended plots of the association's development.
This is why the story centered on the Hongmen was gradually downplayed, and I began to focus on the political and intrigue line.
A lot of core content was cut, and it was difficult to express the ideas of some characters, such as Wei Xiangzuo, Lu Feng, etc.

This is also the reason why when the website asked me to write science fiction, I agreed immediately.
First of all, I am interested in science fiction myself. Readers in the official group should have seen that I have talked about this topic. I have wanted to write about it a long time ago.

Firstly, my body really can't take it anymore, and secondly, I have to focus on ensuring the quality of The Wind Rises and give an explanation to my new and old readers.
